Very helpful on the phone, I was told if I came over soon, they would definitely service my van before the end of the day. Same day service with no prior appointment; we appreciated this so much! At first, I had trouble finding KAM due to the proximity of a popular car wash being right next door, and I accidentally pulled into the car wash line instead, but then I found KAM just next door, easy to find now that I know. I came prepared to wait for my car for hours, so I began by doing a telehealth appointment while walking around the parking lot. Multitasking! This plaza felt very safe to walk around - and I walked in the parking lot behind the plaza and also along the road behind the plaza, circling around to the car wash. Eventually I used KAM's waiting room to work from my laptop, and this was ok. Not ideal, because the office is so small, but perfectly fine considering this was all a car emergency. The price for the oil change was comparable to my normal service, which I appreciated. The only thing that I felt a little weird about, was that KAM gave me a full repair analysis of things that needed to be repaired on my car. I appreciate the thoroughness, of course, but some of the repairs recommended seemed a bit over the top. In analysing the service readout, the front desk person told me I really needed a whole new set of tires, plus new brakes, new fluids, and several other items. I called my tech at my regular shop, who had just assessed my car a month before, and she told me there was no way we suddenly needed all of those repairs. I don't doubt that KAM was very thorough, and they were correct about the brakes, but recommending that I needed all new tires was a bit much. Therefore, I highly recommend an oil change here, but I would suggest getting a second opinion for repairs. As I was only a customer one time, I would also look to others' reviews on Yelp for decision making, as I did in deciding to come here. Let me begin by explaining my story I…read morehad my Silverados front end suspension completely rebuilt by a shop C J Auto service really good people however after the rebuild the need to have an alignment done which the send out to palm beach tire pros . When I received the truck back I took it for a test ride on I95 when I reached about 60mph I was getting a very bad vibration in the steering wheel which I not had prior to having any work done on the vehicle palm beach tire pros did the alignment and rotated the tires so C J sent me back to tire pros where the seem very knowledgeable but they wanted to do a special balancing process at$75 per wheel and also for me to consider new tires the tires I have are about one year old with maybe 10,000 miles on them and they are a high end tire I was under the impression that C J did the tire rotation so I had a long conversation with Jose an I told him to rotate the tires the way I thought it should be done and also told him to do the tire balancing just in case and make sure all the tires had the proper inflation so they told me it would cost $160 and I agreed . After the work was performed I took it for a test run now the truck ran smooth as ice remember I thought C Js did the tire rotation so I paid them. When I found out that tire pros did the rotation just2 days prior I called them and questioned why the charged me when I already paid for the work through C Js when they created the vibration by rotating the tires in a improper sequence and I thought that the should refund my money or at least credit me something and that's when their true colors came out, they refused to do anything in good faith and became somewhat rude about the hole situation. For $160 they lost any of my future business.so please beware of their nice clean shop or there pleasant demeanor Sincerely, Joe an unhappy customer
