The service itself wasn't bad at all, the techs did their job well and I don't have complaints about the work on my car. The real issue came from the person up front named Adrian. When I asked for an itemized statement (to make sure the discount I was promised was actually applied), he literally laughed and told me I "should know it is." I'm not sure why asking for clarity on a bill is funny, but last I checked, it's the customer service person's job to answer those questions, not the customer's job to assume. Tires Plus Tampered with, and Destroyed my Tires On Friday, Sept 6, 2024, I brought my car to Tires Plus Delray for a tire rotation and alignment. Prior to my arrival, I marked my tires to verify they were properly rotated. I took this extra step because at my last visit, Tires Plus falsely claimed to rotate the tires, charging me the fee, and later I learned the tires had not been rotated. An hour after I dropped-off the car, "Adrian" called and insisted I needed new tires, claiming they were too worn to rotate. I knew there was still 30-40% tread remaining and I declined. Adrian became argumentative and unnecessarily rude throughout the conversation. When I picked up my car, Tires Plus attempted to charge me for the rotation they hadn't done. I provided evidence, showing the tires had not been rotated and another employee removed the charge. Then things got much worse. My drive home is 30 miles. From the moment I left Tires Plus, the Porsche tire pressure monitoring system showed my tires slowly losing air. By the time I arrived home, both tires were completely flat. Coincidentally it was the two tires Adrian aggressively attempted to sell me on replacing. I came to Tires Plus with four functional tires and left with -two- that were destroyed, coincidentally after Adrian's aggressive attempt to push for replacements. We later learned that Tires Plus had twisted our valve-stems to cause the tires to run flat as we drove home. This is the worst automotive experience I have ever encountered, I strongly advise avoiding this shop. read more

I took my car in because the tire I bought a few months earlier was not holding air that was at 1: 45 pm . I was told my tire was still under warranty so their would be no cost for the repair , so I left my car and returned to work . At around 5:00 pm I received call asking if I wanted to replace my others tires I said no but then Jeff told me the wires was showing and he had to change the tire and that I needed a wheel alignment right away, so I said go ahead . At 6:45 I went back to see if my car was ready still not ready ,upon getting off from work at 7:00 I returned with the same response still not ready . I asked why it was only one tire it never took thing long before , he went and got Jeff . Jeff stated you agreed to get a wheel alignment and I want to show you a deal on the other tires that I told him I didn't want he pulled my car down drove it out like the dukes of hazzard and didn't do my wheel alignment until I questioned him he said he thought I said something , he said okay we will do it now . They did complete the alignment that he told me that I needed right away . My car wasn't ready until way after 8. I couldn't pay with my tire plus credit card because the guy in front said because it was way pass closing time that Tire Plus card won't process . I paid and left as I was going down the road my car was pulling a lot to the left so I returned and again spoke with Jeff . I asked him to show me tire with the wire out so that I could have a picture of it because my Husband had checked the car and told me to take it in for service and we had no wires showing . When I explained this to Jeff as he showed me the tire he stated " I missed worded that I meant the trend was running low ". I said well my car is pulling to the left and he said it's going to do that until you get new tires . I asked so why did y'all lie to me, he said what do you mean and I said if you knew all this why would you tell me I needed it done right away . I also said, that I will never come back because of the way he treated me and I end up paying $408.32 for a new tire that costed $224.00 for a buick really . If I could put a rate of zero I would. WASTE OF TIME I've been going there for a few years and I usually wait a couple of hours to install my tires, change brakes, etc but today after 6 hours of waiting (six hours) they didn't even touch my car. All I need was to check where the oil leak was coming from --- either from the gasket or the knob when they changed the oil. They couldn't even accomplished a simple 5 minute task. When I asked why they haven't done anything since 10 am at 4:30 pm they simply responded: "we have cars since 8 am". I wonder if they can't accomplish their tasks why do they keep taking more cars ? So a couple months ago I went bland bought four tires from tires Plus. I got the road hazard protection and got pretty good service that day. Sadly I don't remember the gentleman that helped me. My tire recently blew out, and I brought it in to be fixed. Adrian "helped" me. First he denied that I had no road hazard protection on the tires which was wrong, then he realized I had it but whoever it originally inputed it had put the wrong mileage and there was going to be a problem. I told him I wasn't paying for a tire so he better figure out how to fix it in the computer. They took over 24 hours to just put a new tire on my rim. I finally just showed up and figured if I was there waiting, it might light a fire under them to work faster. I was riding on my spare during this time. My boyfriend, who is a master mechanic, changed my tire to the spare for me. This kid Adrian, accused my boyfriend of stripping the lug nuts while using the 4 way tire iron. I put my boyfriend on the phone with him and he was very condescending and rude to my boyfriend saying "boss man, you did this", mocking him on the phone, and making jokes about him to customers in the office area. Finally he gets moving on my car, and I see him hammering the socket over my lug nuts and in an attempt to "reshape" them. Then he brings me one of the lug nuts to say that the cap is about to break off. Shocking considering he was just banging the hell out of it! He changes my tire out, really struggles with getting the spare back up underneath my Pathfinder, and tries to send me on my way. I told him that he needed to reset my TPMS, and he refused to listen. I asked another mechanic to do it and he didn't know how. Adrian kept telling me that it would reset on its own. I knew was not the case. But because at this point he had wasted even more hours, I just left. I ended up having to go to another tires Plus that knew what they were doing off of lantana in order to get my tire pressure monitoring system ireset. I don't necessarily think that the tires plus in Delray is all bad, but I would avoid Adrian at all costs. He's very cocky, he thinks he knows everything, and he clearly makes obvious mistakes that wasted my time and gas money. read more

Bought tires here 2.5 yrs ago and was happy at the time. Unfortunately I developed a slow air leak in one tire recently. I went in and after they evaluated the situation told me I needed new tires because of dry rot caused by Florida weather. In questioning why, I was told they had sold me new tires but they were manufactured 3 yrs prior to that. Hence they deteriorated while sitting on the shelf. While they offered a discount because I had only 25k miles on them I wasn't interested in buying from a company who sold me old tires the first time. I had paid full price the first time and expected tires to last 50k miles not less because they were new but sat on the shelf deteriorating. Seems like a big scam. This is my go to place for service. I won't have anyone else work on my car, which is a 2009 VW Bug, except Tires Plus, unless it is a repair that they don't do. Jeff, the Manager, is the best. He is honest, very knowledgeable about the business of cars, won't try to sell you something you don't need. He is very caring and considerate of your time as well. I recently moved down south from Orlando. It is a very scary feeling when you find yourself alone on this side of the road with a flat tire in a Area mostly foreign to you. A friend managed to help me and plug a tire for me. The next day my check tire pressure light came on once again. I then drove to tires plus immediately and was greeted with a friendly smile. I really appreciated this after the unfortunate Iuck I had. Tires plus found another nail in a DIFFERENT tire if you could believe that!!!! They gladly patched it up for me and it cost less than $25. I was afraid I was about to spend hundreds of dollars on a new tire. Not only was excellent service was given, it's been a week and the tire has held up. I was in the area for the weekend for my husband to participate in a seminar. We did not get a chance to rotate the tires and change the oil before we drove down from Orlando and it was definitely due. We use a Tires Plus in Orlando and so I wanted to find one in the area to perform the services. I was a little nervous about having this done by someone I don't know (I have heard horror stories about oil changes gone wrong and causing problems when people were on the road.) This was a convenient location and, due to mostly very good reviews, I decided to give them a call. My records were in their system so no issue with the complementary rotate and balance. I discussed what I needed done and confirmed the price for a full synthetic oil change. I was pleased they honored the price I get in Orlando. They were able to get me in the next morning and were honest that it may be a 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait. I arrived the next morning and was treated very courteously. They were very busy, there were a few people ahead of me and only one person working the counter. While waiting a 2nd person arrived to help check customers in. Once again they explained that if would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours but they would do they best they could to get me out as soon as possible. They were very busy. The waiting area has comfortable leather chairs and a TV so not a problem. I was impressed how they treated other customers while I was waiting. One customer had a flat on the highway. They brought the tire in and it was not repairable. They were treated very courteously and patiently. They were very helpful to find a cost effective solution and clearly explained all of the options. The customer seemed very grateful. My car was ready in a little less than 2 hours as they had promised. Upon checking out I found out that Eswin is a former Marine which made me even happier I selected this location. I love working with our vets!! After checking out, as I was going to my car, Eswin came running out with some cleaner and a rag. When he drove my car around when it was completed he noticed someone got shoe prints on my carpet. He wanted to clean it up for me and made sure I was happy. This is an extra step that not everyone would do. All in all, this was a very positive experience. I get the sense that they are honest and have integrity. If I were ever in the area again I would not hesitate to go back to this Tires Plus location. read more

Great Service! I just moved into the area from Miami where my preferred repair service was Tires Plus on Bird Road and have used them in Kennesaw, GA. Needing to change my oil I went to the nearby Tires Plus. My records were complete for my car and available to the service guy. Generally, i am wary of recommendations (up-sell) from these places but when the service manager showed me the area needing a repair I agreed. I had also paid a few years ago for lifetime alignment, so we went ahead and did that, as well as rotation (free). The results were fantastic! My car tracks like a railroad train: straight and true! I had a nightmare of an experience at this shop. I was promised and confirmed an appointment, waited there two hours to no avail and it was a complete joke/waste of time. The reception guy was rude and talked so much crap about his own staff. With reason- the person in charge that day (ADRIAN) who promised me an appointment ended up leaving one hour before closing time. He left without making sure all jobs were finished and a mechanic had to double check on me- by then I was furious. Why would a supposed "manager" leave an hour before close before making sure all customers were attended to?! Completely unprofessional and this kid should not be in charge at all. This place deserves 0 stars. I don't usually write reviews, but this was probably the worst experience I've ever had. I dropped my car off at 1:15 on Saturday to have them check a tire pressure light, rotate tires, and a oil change. They close at 5pm so when I didn't hear back by 4:30 I called. The manager that answered said my car was being worked on now and would be ready by 5pm. When we arrived at 5 they were just getting started on the car. I was sitting in the parking lot when my husband noticed oil was pouring out of my car on the lift. 10 minutes later someone came out to tell me they cracked the oil cap. They didn't have a replacement. They called another store and someone was scheduled to bring over a replacement cap. We were told to wait. This was 5:30. We walked next door for about 45 minutes. Still no update. When we came back apparently they did not have the correct oil cap and it would not be fixed today. Obviously the car wasn't drivable. We were told to call at 9am Sunday and the car would be ready. We returned at 9am Sunday and the car was parked out front and appeared ready. The manager said "we replaced your oil cap at no charge". WELL NO KIDDING YOU BROKE IT! Then he says "we checked everything out completely and you're all good to go". Then tried to charge me again for the work after I paid the day before (regretfully). I returned to my car finally to find the tire pressure light still on. I walk back inside and tell the manager. He comes out and and takes the car to reset the light. I asked him, "did you check and rotate the tires like I asked originally?" He could not answer. So the primary reason I brought the car in he didn't know if the work was done. He could not tell me if the tires were rotated. I paid for all of this. At this point we are furious and have wasted so much time at this place and nothing was resolved. We leave hoping nothing else is broken. Not to mention my car has 31,000 miles and my next oil change is documented at 15,000. Clearly the wrong car!!! I reported this disaster experience to the corporate office and they said someone would reach out to me. It's been 4 days and I haven't heard a thing. News flash tires plus....this was in my tire! I was forced to go to this place. They replaced a tire fine. Of course there was a slight upcharge for $160 to replace the tire. I also did alignment for$100. I shouldn't have done the alignment. On the drive home on the highway, the splash protector in the undercarriage came off and got damaged. I brought it into Audi, and they said they needed to replace it for $850.
