Cant say enough about how the whole crew helped me. Broke down on the other side of town and they came quickly on a hot Sunday afternoon. Got me home then towed car to their shop. They were dispatched as part of my auto insurance roadside assistance. It so happened their shop was next door to my longtime repair guy who moved about 10 miles away. I was surprised when my car wouldn't start but thankfully I was outside of a Starbucks in an upscale area with a lot of people around, not to mention it was a beautiful day. Luckily I was safe and I had a yummy Frappuccino so my situation could have been a lot worse. Geico sent them my info and I was told it could be up to a 45 minute wait but within minutes I heard from the driver. Wayne told me he would only be about 20/30 minutes, how awesome! We had my car towed to the dealership and Wayne was very nice and he helped me get my packages out of the car. Wayne came to my rescue and he turned my frown upside down. Allen was awesome. I had my Stupid BMW break down (AGAIN) and I googled and called the first number I found but they didn't answer. But the second one, Allen did - he tried to help me start my car without coming (who does that? wonderful!) and when he couldn't help me over the phone he said he'd be there in 1/2 half. He was there in 20 minutes. AAA ever do that? AAA had me waiting in the rain for two hours. He was pleasant, tried again to fix without towing and then when he couldn't got me home and charged me less than anyone else would have. I hope you find him when you need a tow. read more

100% recommend: i was broke down in boca, and needed to get back to stuart/palm city area. i called at 6:30AM and was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. Amazing! He was to me within the hour, gave courtesy phone calls to let me know his E.T.A, fast hook up and was ever so gentle with my mustang (has a body kit too)! I broke down just off I-95 so I happy not to have to wait the two hours for another company. Also, his price rate is UNREAL, $70 to hook me up AND tow me from Pompano to Boca.
