The estimate was beyond fair and the owner was thoughtful and kind. My mother had just passed, so my ability to find time to bring my car in was limited. He graciously accommodated me and had me out of the garage in an hour. As other reviewers online have noted, the waiting room is immaculate and they offer snacks and WiFi while you wait. When he was finished, he recommended an additional service that wasn't needed imminently, but one to keep in mind for the not-so-distant future given the mileage on my car. This will now be my go-to mechanic to help keep my old jalopy up and running.

The job he did was incredible and my nephews (4 &6) were able to sit in the lounge comfortable and with all type of snacks while the job was completed in 30m. Besides that Max also did a full assessment of my vehicle for potential issues (for free) and i learned so much from him. I appreciate Max because every time my vehicle is serviced at the dealer I feel that the repairs may come out to a million dollars. Max is very reasonable and helpful and we'll continue to work together.

I called several places that didn't even pick up or call back with a driver available for 3+ hours. the moment i called i got in contact with Allen and he was so friendly and his customer service was amazing. he asked for the address to give me an estimate flat affordable rate out of west way towing (which i would not recommend!) to my destination and informed would've been 30-45 min wait but was even less! I was walking to the corner store while talking to westway towing that I found 55 towing that they were 5 min away they doubted it and even chuckled that is a lie but it wasn't! My husband was in a car accident and we waited for State Farm's tow company for over 3 hours on the side of the road on the turnpike in Boca (which is quite scary) and they were never showing up so we contacted 55 towing and he told us he'd be there in 45-60 min. He called me to let me know traffic was making him run behind which was great since we never heard back from the other tow company. He wound up towing from Boca to Pembroke Pines and literally saved us! We highly recommend 55 towing! read more

Rob and his wife (on the phone)... you two have not only provided an affordable mobile mechanic service but have provided a blessed day for my father and myself. My father passes along "Praise the Lord for Rob and his family." He wants me to add that he has now added you to his prayer list.

Went back, they had admitted they had change the oil and filter, returned back $80 dollars and apologized. Later the same night I noticed trans oil on the ground and on trans pan wiped it up, thinking it was from when they took the pan off. Had to go back home to Texas the next day (was in Florida for work). About a week and half later the gasket starts leaking drops of trans oil. Ended up changing the gasket my self and the oil again. The gasket was not installed correctly. Honest about their mistake, but the gasket shouldn't have been leaking that soon. Yes I'm sure I could've gone back and they mostly likely would've fixed it. But it should've been done right the first time.
