The report and gave us the report number so we could give it to the insurance. At the yard the gentleman working in there was also helpful taking our plate out and other things. It is a sucky scenario, but I was expecting way worst based on the reviews. I did find out they do charge by day (we didn't pay anything since the insurance is taking the car). And you have to be in the registration to remove any items out of the car.

The representative, who identified herself as Karen, was rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me three separate times while I was simply requesting documentation for a charge I had already paid. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency and the poor customer service. In all the years I have used roadside assistance and towing services through my insurance, I have never been charged additional out-of-pocket fees for a tow between my mechanic and my home. Based on my experience, both the driver and customer service representative were rude and unwilling to provide basic documentation.
