Our car was rear ended at a red light, minor damage. Had appointment setup to have car repaired. Husband of driver that hit out car was also there to pay the bill (they wanted to avoid insurance). They asked, Nelson, if their car could have caused the dent on the rear of our car, he said no. Huh? The women admitted to hitting our car. Nelson, was not present when the accident happened, nor should he give his useless opinion on what caused the damage to our car. Do yourself a favor take your car to Classic Collision Tamarac - they are rock stars. We called the woman's insurance company they directed us to Classic Collision. Classic Collision handled everything, even arranged for the rental car. Long story short, we tried to be nice and let the woman pay to fix the car directly. We took the time to get three bids and help the woman out, in the end we should've gone directly to her insurance company. Auto Collision Teck lost out on a repair - you can thank, Nelson. The older woman's insurance will most likely go up and we wasted a lot of time trying to be nice. All over, Nelson and a stupid old man (husband).

A few months ago, I bought $2300 worth of high performance SUV tires for my quick lil SUV. The past 3 weeks the check pressure light came on, thought it was cooler weather and historic flooding weather- refilled with air at gas station a few times. Decided something not right; found a screw head imbedded in middle of tread of a tire with less than 750 miles on it :'( My dealer wanted $50 to plug it, went there and wait was 2.5 hrs on a work day with my elderly Dad visiting. F*#c that wait. Had Yelped earlier to find local spots and called them at that time, would plug for $20 out the door. Returned, took me immediately, even left the car running w/ my 85 year old dad in it, and he plugged it in 5 minutes! Owner was a cool older dude smoking a cigar type all day.. and one other Mechanic.. Maybe Maurice? Was a class act.. Tipped him $20 for the nice words he had for my father/conversation. I'm a car guy my whole life, this will be my go-to for tires and small issues hands down after that service. Highly recommend, they are 4.5-5 star on Yelp for a damn reason!

Took my F-150 originally to King James Custom Performance in Davie right off 595 to have my Ring…read moregear and pinion gear fully restored. All parts were ordered brand new and delivered to him the same day I received them. When I picked the truck up it had a horrific whining sound on the rear end which any non mechanically inclined person could tell something isn't right. The owner of "KingJames" told me he installed it all correctly and that it's a wheel bearing noise, he went and took it for drive turning the ac up to max to drown out the noise and not lowering the radio, which I had to do myself to prove to him there's a sound...first red flag. He said only thing I can say is to drive it a couple hundred miles and see if the sound goes away. There wasn't any "no let me put it back on the lift to check it out" or anything of that kind...just took payment and sent me on my way to drive around and wear out his mess of my parts, another red flag. He said he did everything how it should be done and didn't run into any issues lol. Come to find out that he destroyed my whole rear end and can only refund my labor and not the parts I bought brand new because I purchased them...sounds like damage control for what was done to my new parts, last and final red flag. I'll let the pictures do the talking for this hack!! Letting everyone be aware of this con artist to prevent yourself from getting the same fate I did. Avoid this shop by any means necessary if you value your vehicle!!!!
