I first spoke with Carol, who helped answer all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. We had our car towed to WDCC, and then I worked with Kym. Kym is a freakin' angel and a doll to deal with. She kept me updated, communicated frequently, and was super responsive to any questions I had during the process. She worked with our State Farm insurance and made it so so easy for us! Her ETA on completion was spot-on, and she and WDCC truly exceeded all expectations. To top it off, the car drives great and has literally never looked better. The paint, the body work... all perfectly finished. They delivered the car fully detailed and cleaner than I could imagine. I met Ed almost 10 years ago when I had an issue with the mirror on the driver side of the car. Ed evaluated it and I thought, gave me a fair price. He didn't need to keep my car for more than necessary. When he returned my car, it looked as good as from the factory. A few weeks ago my car was infolved in an accident. I went to Ed after I got an estimate, and his bid was substantially less than the first quote. The insurannce that handled the accident report agreed to the quote, and they began repair. When I got my car back, there was an incident that was done by the auto body person. Ed didn't dispute the problem, but he did the repair without any argument.
