From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to help me through a stressful situation after my car accident. He was professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, coordinated everything with my vehicle, and even personally helped me get to the rental car location. His kindness and attention to detail made a difficult experience so much easier. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and Freddy Maiorino truly exceeded all expectations. Toyota is fortunate to have someone so dedicated and caring on their team. I am extremely grateful for all of his help and highly recommend working with him. Thank you for making a challenging situation much less stressful. A happy customer. Maria Di Stefano from Wellington, FL

I first spoke with Carol, who helped answer all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. We had our car towed to WDCC, and then I worked with Kym. Kym is a freakin' angel and a doll to deal with. She kept me updated, communicated frequently, and was super responsive to any questions I had during the process. She worked with our State Farm insurance and made it so so easy for us! Her ETA on completion was spot-on, and she and WDCC truly exceeded all expectations. To top it off, the car drives great and has literally never looked better. The paint, the body work... all perfectly finished. They delivered the car fully detailed and cleaner than I could imagine. There is absolutely no other shop I would trust with my cars with! Even though we live about an hour and a half away, this will now be our forever spot for any body work/paint! Thank you WDCC and Kym!!!

I've had cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and even boats throughout my life, and sadly, I've needed work done from time to time, but JADI has been the best shop hands down that I've worked with from Malibu, to Texas, to Chicago, New York, the Carolinas, Ohio, and more (I've lived all over). They go above and beyond every time, are thorough with their work, will fight the insurance companies if need be, and ultimately deliver a finished product that I believe is better than the big car shops that like to position themselves as the best. Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but in the likelihood that I do, as long as I'm within 40-50 miles of JADI, the cars will always go here.
