On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. My car overheated on I-95, and because I was blocking traffic, a tow truck was sent to assist me. I had already been sitting in my car for about 45 minutes in cold temperatures. When the driver arrived, I asked if I could sit in the tow truck while my car was being hooked up due to the cold. He refused, which I respected, assuming it was company policy. Once we were on the way to my home, the driver exited the freeway at the wrong exit. I calmly asked if he had the correct address. At that point, he pulled over and became verbally aggressive, telling me I was "starting to piss him off" and then stating he was going to "drop my ass off right here." I was in an emergency situation and completely dependent on a tow truck that had been dispatched through law enforcement. Being cursed at and threatened with abandonment on the side of the road made me feel extremely unsafe and scared. I later contacted the tow truck dispatch to report the incident. The dispatcher I spoke with was kind, understanding, and compassionate, and I felt validated and reassured during that call. My concern is solely with the driver's conduct, which I believe was unprofessional, inappropriate, and dangerous. No one in an emergency situation should ever be made to feel this way.

Firestone told her that she needed five different engine mounts and it was going to cost about $1,500. I told her she needed to get a second opinion so we went to BSO automotive together. Immediately, we were greeted by a very friendly man named Bryant, who I believe is the owner. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He had me get behind the wheel and rev the engine a few times as he watched the engine. He said that only two mounts were bad! And he explained why he knew that. We were very lucky as he was able to fit us in that morning, and a couple hours later, and more than half the price, my mom's car was good as new! Bryant knew what she was bringing the car in for, and what she was told at Firestone. He could have easily just come in a couple hundred dollars under that and taken her for a ride. His honesty and integrity meant a lot to me and to my mother. He even drove us to Lake Ave so we could walk around while he worked on the car, and offered to pick us up! Overall, I left there feeling very good. My mom's car was fixed, the mechanic was honest, and the day was saved! Thank you so much Bryant!
