It takes a lot to impress me, but Bryant at BSO automotive did so today! I took my mother to go get…read moreher car evaluated as her engine was shaking. Firestone told her that she needed five different engine mounts and it was going to cost about $1,500. I told her she needed to get a second opinion so we went to BSO automotive together. Immediately, we were greeted by a very friendly man named Bryant, who I believe is the owner. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He had me get behind the wheel and rev the engine a few times as he watched the engine. He said that only two mounts were bad! And he explained why he knew that. We were very lucky as he was able to fit us in that morning, and a couple hours later, and more than half the price, my mom's car was good as new! Bryant knew what she was bringing the car in for, and what she was told at Firestone. He could have easily just come in a couple hundred dollars under that and taken her for a ride. His honesty and integrity meant a lot to me and to my mother. He even drove us to Lake Ave so we could walk around while he worked on the car, and offered to pick us up! Overall, I left there feeling very good. My mom's car was fixed, the mechanic was honest, and the day was saved! Thank you so much Bryant!

Ladies DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. My friend reached out to this company…read morefor a tow to be provided for less than 3 miles which costed $170. Which is ridiculous for 3 miles but due to it being urgent she decided to have them come anyway. On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. So I had to get my car towed from Costco Tire Center due to Tire Kingdom over torquing my lug nuts…read more Costco could NOT get the lug nuts off without breaking them. The did what work they could do which was replace the TPS sensors on the front two wheels and then said they did not want me to drive my car from their business. They apologized but said the car was not safe to drive. They said they would pay for it, that was how much they believed the car was not safe to drive and in the end they did. I called AAA around 4:00pm, the arrival time went from 5pm, to 6pm, to 7pm... the Costco Tire Center closes at 8:30pm so there was no way I could get the lug studs replaced and the car back to get the balance and rotate completed on the same day. Then I called Priority Towing, they were there in what seemed like minutes. I think maybe 20-30 but it was fast, they loaded the car fast, got me home, unloaded the car and the driver was off to the next job. WOW. The two for 6-7 miles ended up being $233.81 will all charges. Tow service is not cheap and I think for the price it was fair. I do see a lot of negative reviews and while these folks may have had a different experience. I sure did not want to wait around for AAA to show up eventually at 2am. Thanks Priority Towing for your fast and professional service. I will call you again next time I need a tow! p.s.
