On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. So I had to get my car towed from Costco Tire Center due to Tire Kingdom over torquing my lug nuts…read more Costco could NOT get the lug nuts off without breaking them. The did what work they could do which was replace the TPS sensors on the front two wheels and then said they did not want me to drive my car from their business. They apologized but said the car was not safe to drive. They said they would pay for it, that was how much they believed the car was not safe to drive and in the end they did. I called AAA around 4:00pm, the arrival time went from 5pm, to 6pm, to 7pm... the Costco Tire Center closes at 8:30pm so there was no way I could get the lug studs replaced and the car back to get the balance and rotate completed on the same day. Then I called Priority Towing, they were there in what seemed like minutes. I think maybe 20-30 but it was fast, they loaded the car fast, got me home, unloaded the car and the driver was off to the next job. WOW. The two for 6-7 miles ended up being $233.81 will all charges. Tow service is not cheap and I think for the price it was fair. I do see a lot of negative reviews and while these folks may have had a different experience. I sure did not want to wait around for AAA to show up eventually at 2am. Thanks Priority Towing for your fast and professional service. I will call you again next time I need a tow! p.s.
