From the first call to WDCC, I realized this was the place to bring our vehicle! We were hit while parked and inside of a store (gotta love crazy drivers) and our car was barely drivable and pretty banged up. I first spoke with Carol, who helped answer all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. We had our car towed to WDCC, and then I worked with Kym. Kym is a freakin' angel and a doll to deal with. She kept me updated, communicated frequently, and was super responsive to any questions I had during the process. She worked with our State Farm insurance and made it so so easy for us! Her ETA on completion was spot-on, and she and WDCC truly exceeded all expectations. To top it off, the car drives great and has literally never looked better. The paint, the body work... all perfectly finished. They delivered the car fully detailed and cleaner than I could imagine. Worst experience ever!!!! They had my car for two months a job to take 50 hours. Whenever I call I got sent voicemail or if I got an answer, it would be excuses of after excuses. I went on two vacations and came car still wasn't ready when I called them and spoke to the manager. I got the I even had my boss reach out to them and he even. The only time they called me with conviction is when they were ready to collect their deductible and was about to deliver my car to a dealership when I specifically asked them to deliver to my home the day before, and the manager said yes, but was not in the system. Finally, I got my car back two months later for a 50 hour work and the car is still not fixed. It went in for front bumper and headlights headlight is still not working. What were you guys doing for two months? Now I'm calling and still can't get through. I left a voicemail and more than likely. I would have to call back and call back and call back again before I hear anything. The only option that's left is for me to show up and have them fix the problem that I waited two months for this is beyond ridiculous. I would highly not recommend a because of the inconvenience they cost me and their lack of empathy. I did not receive any or even a rental car. I'm glad to finally have my truck back, but the overall experience with this shop was extremely frustrating. My vehicle was there for about 70 days. During that time there were multiple missed completion dates and very limited communication from the shop. Calls often went unanswered and it was difficult to get clear updates on the repair status. The repairs themselves appear to be done correctly, but the timeline and communication were the biggest issues. When I picked up the truck, the interior and the bed were left very dirty, which was disappointing after waiting over two months for the repair to be completed. I also noticed small things that still don't feel quite right, like the windows rolling down slower than before. Waiting more than two months for a repair with repeated delays and little transparency made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. If you plan to use this shop, I would strongly recommend considering other options. read more

I would especially like to give a shout out to Gus, the general manager, and Susan, who seems to be the boss of the office. They take pride in their work and make every effort to make everything perfect for their customer. They did quite a bit of body work for me and noticed that my back windshield wiper blade was worn . It's an SUV. At no cost, having nothing to do with the work they were doing, they replaced the blade at no cost to me. Gus kept me in the loop because he realized that I was quite dissatisfied with the dealer who originally did their part of the job, and he wanted to make sure I was put at ease and taken care of. I even paid my insurance deductible there, instead of having me go back to the dealership which was quite a distance away. They are easy to work with. read more

My daughter's car was in their shop for over 2.5 months for minor repairs and the experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish! The story kept changing- wrong parts ordered, insurance delays, inflated estimates. Nothing was consistent or transparent. The manager promised us multiple times that the owner would call us directly and we're still waiting. At one point, my husband and I had to physically go to the shop and demand to see the car. What we found was shocking, the car was covered in filth and dust, sitting in a condition that looked more like a junkyard than a repair shop. When we finally got it back, we noticed they installed the windshield wiper incorrectly. It was wiping the trunk instead of the window. To make matters worse, I have local friends in the insurance industry who told me this place has multiple lawsuits pending. That tracks perfectly with the disaster we went through. I deeply regret not reading the reviews beforehand -- turns out, we're not the only ones who've been misled and mistreated here. This shop is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely careless. The customer service at this location is severely lacking, and the quality of work is unacceptable. For example, installing a visibly cracked lens clearly demonstrates poor craftsmanship. This shop has been dishonest, telling customers what they want to hear. I dropped my car off according to our agreement, only to find out that they didn't even look at it until four days later. I was repeatedly informed that the paint was drying, but nothing had actually been started. While they did offer to cover part of my rental car expenses, I don't feel like I should have to jump through hoops for a gesture that arises from their delay in starting the work. They also blamed the delay on receiving the wrong parts, but isn't this a certified shop? Shouldn't there be a general understanding of how to reference car parts? As mentioned, the level of customer service, from the mechanics to the managers and the owner, is unacceptable. If you value good customer service and quality work, I recommend looking for another certified dealer. read more

When Kym wasn't available Shannon was amazing as she stepped right in to get me the information I needed and keep me sane during a crazy time frame given parts delays and additional hidden damage revealed during disassembly. I had a terrible experience with this body shop. Every time I talked to them it was a different story from different people. The left hand didn't know what the right was doing. The women on the phone had an appalling attitude and they were trying to make me feel bad even though I had names and times I called and made arrangement to back up my expectations. At the end, I lost a week going back and forth trying to get their process straight.
