From the first call to WDCC, I realized this was the place to bring our vehicle! We were hit while parked and inside of a store (gotta love crazy drivers) and our car was barely drivable and pretty banged up. I first spoke with Carol, who helped answer all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. We had our car towed to WDCC, and then I worked with Kym. Kym is a freakin' angel and a doll to deal with. She kept me updated, communicated frequently, and was super responsive to any questions I had during the process. She worked with our State Farm insurance and made it so so easy for us! Her ETA on completion was spot-on, and she and WDCC truly exceeded all expectations. To top it off, the car drives great and has literally never looked better. The paint, the body work... all perfectly finished. They delivered the car fully detailed and cleaner than I could imagine. There is absolutely no other shop I would trust with my cars with! Even though we live about an hour and a half away, this will now be our forever spot for any body work/paint! I'm glad to finally have my truck back, but the overall experience with this shop was extremely frustrating. My vehicle was there for about 70 days. During that time there were multiple missed completion dates and very limited communication from the shop. Calls often went unanswered and it was difficult to get clear updates on the repair status. The repairs themselves appear to be done correctly, but the timeline and communication were the biggest issues. When I picked up the truck, the interior and the bed were left very dirty, which was disappointing after waiting over two months for the repair to be completed. I also noticed small things that still don't feel quite right, like the windows rolling down slower than before. Waiting more than two months for a repair with repeated delays and little transparency made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. If you plan to use this shop, I would strongly recommend considering other options. read more

My daughter's car was in their shop for over 2.5 months for minor repairs and the experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish! The story kept changing- wrong parts ordered, insurance delays, inflated estimates. Nothing was consistent or transparent. The manager promised us multiple times that the owner would call us directly and we're still waiting. At one point, my husband and I had to physically go to the shop and demand to see the car. What we found was shocking, the car was covered in filth and dust, sitting in a condition that looked more like a junkyard than a repair shop. When we finally got it back, we noticed they installed the windshield wiper incorrectly. It was wiping the trunk instead of the window. To make matters worse, I have local friends in the insurance industry who told me this place has multiple lawsuits pending. That tracks perfectly with the disaster we went through. I deeply regret not reading the reviews beforehand -- turns out, we're not the only ones who've been misled and mistreated here. This shop is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely careless. The customer service at this location is severely lacking, and the quality of work is unacceptable. For example, installing a visibly cracked lens clearly demonstrates poor craftsmanship. This shop has been dishonest, telling customers what they want to hear. I dropped my car off according to our agreement, only to find out that they didn't even look at it until four days later. I was repeatedly informed that the paint was drying, but nothing had actually been started. While they did offer to cover part of my rental car expenses, I don't feel like I should have to jump through hoops for a gesture that arises from their delay in starting the work. They also blamed the delay on receiving the wrong parts, but isn't this a certified shop? Shouldn't there be a general understanding of how to reference car parts? As mentioned, the level of customer service, from the mechanics to the managers and the owner, is unacceptable. If you value good customer service and quality work, I recommend looking for another certified dealer. read more

I had a terrible experience with this body shop. Every time I talked to them it was a different story from different people. The left hand didn't know what the right was doing. The women on the phone had an appalling attitude and they were trying to make me feel bad even though I had names and times I called and made arrangement to back up my expectations. Scammers!!! To provide an update here 2 years later, this shop tends to sue your insurance company after the fact to get more money. Found out today West Delray is suing my insurance company for a few thousand dollars as they feel they are owed more. Please these cats deserve nothing. Come to find out they do this all the time. Kim had told me that they "eat" the cost of what they put into the repairs for whatever the insurance companies don't pay. I told her this can't be a good business practice to lose money on every repair and she said it is the price they have to pay being in the business. Interesting to find out the random document you sign at pick up is what they use as ammunition. These guys need to be put out of business. read more

So happy to find an authorized Tesla service center other than Tesla dealership. The certified technicians are very knowledgable and I find WDCC more cost effective. I am a returning customer for several years after they fixed my car due to an accident. They routinely rotate the tires, align the wheels, and change the HEPA air filter (every 2 years). I recently went to them to fix a tire sensor and a door handle that wasn't protruding. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my Tesla, but I trust West Delray Collision Center!! read more

They do nice work but are very very slow Had my car for more than 5 months Car had front end damage I picked up the car and 1/2 mile from location clutch stopped working Had to push the car off to the side of the road West Delray collision called and said that the clutch master cylinder was bad and was from wear and tear. It worked perfectly before the accident. They told me that I would have to pay for it. I told them that this was not going to happen. They eventually fixed it at their own cost. This is not the way to do business. Very aggravating experience. Never will use them again. read more
