Originally I Was told the job would take three hours, for a price of $249. Which I agreed to. Once the detailers got here, he said if I wanted the tiny strip area around my windows done as well, it would be an extra $50 because it would take him an extra 30 minutes. They knew I was on a time restriction because they had to be finished by 3 o'clock for a showing on my house. So I agreed because of the extra time And felt it would make him hurry up and finish the job so that I could show my house at the scheduled time. They finished in LESS THAN TWO HOURS and still charged me $300. When I questioned the extra $50 that I was originally told was because it would take him so much longer, he said no, the 50 extra dollars is for the trim around the windows. So, beware that when you are paying for someone to buff your car, that different parts of the car, which should be included, are going to cost you extra. It's like selling someone my house and then saying "OH YOU WANT THE AIR CONDITIONING? That's extra" How about I come to clean your house, and tell you (after we have already agreed to a price), that if you want me to clean the floors that's extra. Wouldn't go over too well. Car looks fine but I don't like getting jerked around for more money once they show up at my house. *** After speaking with Francesca at the office, she is now accusing me of making up stories, and insist that the detailers were there for longer than they said they were. Even though I have screenshots, and timestamps, and there are cameras all over my driveway. Not to mention the fact that, doesn't everyone know that Tesla records everything happening on the outside of their vehicle??. It's infuriating that after I write a review, she says that they were there for a little OVER two hours. Which somehow justifies a price increase, not agreed to, for "the trim" around my windows? It's part of the car. I watched the guys merely wipe the area. It literally didn't even take them five minutes. Now she is threatening to "report me". What a scammy business they are running.

Unfortunately I've been pretty busy and have not gotten around to it. Then the other day I was driving down Military and I spotted the One Call Detailing truck. I haven't had the best experiences with mobile detailers in the past, but I decided to scan their QR code and give them a shot. We set an appointment for last Thursday. On the day of the appointment, they showed up right on time and did a very nice job with the service. I was happy to see the car looked like a million bucks when I got home. Big plus, they didn't go crazy with any weird fragrances or scented interior cleaners, which some detailers do and honestly, it drives me nuts. I believe the price was $125 for an extra large SUV which is like double the top level car wash I normally get, but that never includes interior detailing, it's just a quick vacuum and wipe down and an exterior wash. So yeah I think $125 is pretty reasonable for a full detail and wash, considering they do it in your driveway and save you the trip and wait. All in all, I gotta give these guys five stars. The woman who greeted me as I drove up to the entrance was extremely kind as I explained it was my first time there. She explained all the types of interior and exterior washes to me. I ended up getting one with exterior wash and interior cleaning and vacuuming for $41 with tax, which was a great deal. I had to put my car in neutral as I drove through the exterior wash portion where real people were cleaning my vehicle. When this part was done about 5-6 mins later, I drove my car out front for the vacuuming and interior cleaning portion which took around 20-30 mins. While I was waiting, I got an air freshener from the inside of the car wash area which was $4.43. I get the long lasting one that you cut and put under the car seat. Overall, my car came out spotless! I had a wonderful experience here and I will absolutely be back!

We were told they don't honor those deals on busy days. Since we were boxed into the line, it took another fifteen minutes just to be able to leave the property. The entire experience felt very unethical and misleading, causing us to have a truly horrible experience. Based upon my own personal experience, I will not recommend this car wash to anyone. Everything happens for a reason, as I went to another car wash later in the day and had a great experience.
