This Shell station on Linton was convenient, clean cost-effective! On a recent trip, I had to stop to get gas and randomly stumbled upon this spot . From the outside, looking in, it was very clean, and when I went inside, I was pleasantly surprised at being graded, and then the cleanliness of the store as well. I was able to pack up on some snacks and beverages for the road while also using my Shell rewards number to get five cents off each gallon of gas. I stepped to the washroom and that was also clean so this place was great all around. If you're on a road trip or simply in the area, need to stop someplace secure to get gas I suggest you give this place a chance, you won't be disappointed. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at this Shell gas station. Late at night, my phone malfunctioned, and I asked the attendant for help. He completely ignored me and said he didn't know how to use Google. I've spent countless thousands of dollars at this gas station over the years, and for them to ignore me like that was shocking. Never buy a car wash here. They jack up their gas prices then lower it to way above would it should be if you buy a car wash.. but then the car wash drips water out and doesn't clean your car at all, no matter what level you buy. Then when you go in to complain you're met by workers who hate their life and don't want to help. Manager says the car wash is getting fixed and gave me another code. Worst car wash, smudged the dirt, windshield is as dirty with stains as it before before the wash minus $16.

I went through the car wash and the arm literally HIT my car and dented it. The cherry on top was that the wash ended and I had to pull out and leave with soap all over my car and windshield. The manager (Tantita or Tamita, not sure) actually called me a liar and said there's no possible way that the car wash could harm or dent my car. No customer service once so ever, shocker. This is as good a gas station as the others, but not the lowest prices. However, this gas station has one of the best automatic car washes in town and if you buy gas here and a car wash, you get a discount. The works car wash is $10, but you will get discounted gasoline, so the discount is around $3 to $5 depending on how much gas you buy. The car wash is TOUCHLESS and it is definitely one of the better ones. They use lots of soap and strong rinse cycles and the air dryer removes almost all the water and leaves a spot free shine. This wash will not clean lovebugs as well as the TOUCH washes, but this wash will never scratch your paint. read more

I always go this station for fuel and a car wash. Today I paid $11 for a car wash and when I went to use the code the car wash didn't work. I went inside to get a new code or a refund if car wash was broken. I got in line and when it was my turn the clerk was already in a bad mood and asked what I wanted. I explained my issue and she told me I must have done something wrong. I explained the lights never game on and no water came out. Again she said I did it wrong. I then said can I either get a discount or a new code. She snapped at me saying she was busy and waited on other customers. Yelling for her manager to come deal with me. In the end I got a new code. This clerk was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. I spent about $250 a month at this gas station. I will never go back. read more

The pumps here do not have an automatic shutoff when your tank is full. My tank overflowed down my car onto the pavement over my shoes before I caught it. I was hand pumping not leaving it on the lever thingy on the handle and it still overflowed. Went inside where the four employees mocked me and what had happened. So damn rude, I was incredulous. They said there was a sign on the pump. Went outside, no sign of course. No one bothered to check on the spill because it is obvious no one really cares there. Now, couldn't that fresh spill have sparked something say if the next person decided to throw their cigarette or what have you there? Why isn't there an automatic shutoff anyway? I walked in to the store to buy gas and some lotto tickets trying to converse with the clerk the two male Haitian stock boys or what ever started to argue and scream at each other as I was buying my lotto tickets the clerk heard me wrong and gave me the wrong ticket choice I requested in turn I got 4 numbers and because the clerk didn't pay attention I lost $375.00 The two stock boys and the clerk should take a slow leaking boat back to Hattie where they came from. read more

I left my wallet on the counter at 9:30 pm. At 7:30 the next morning I noticed it was missing. I called the station, they had it. I picked it up and the $150 bucks that I had in it was still there. Gotta love that kind of honesty. read more
