I had visited this auto detailer a few weeks back with my Bentley and a young gentleman had been…read morevery courteous and friendly it showed me his shop and given me some pricing. I had come back today to try and finalize the pricing and show him what I wanted to actually get done same gentleman was helping me and then a few minutes later I believe the owner came out and sort of took over the conversation umm I went through the items and the first thing that threw me was to redo my 4 aluminum wheels back to stock finish they had a few road burns on them and other issues and I have priced this wheel correction out numerous times and most of the time it would come out to about $600 or $800 maximum. He began to spout pricing at ridiculously high values and for instance the four wheels he said $1300. I told him I said that's almost double everybody else's and he said I don't care! Which I proceeded to say I guess you've lost this sale and I headed out and he could care less... I have no idea how good these guys are but with that type of customer service how am I "RICH" friends I would stay clear of this shop.... So glad I had this interaction with the owner prior to actually making an appointment if I had any idea he was this arrogant I would have never come back....

If you wait outside its loud as hell as its next to the dryer at the end of the process. There is a semi private drop box for tips outside. There is no guy with his handout, they just waive you over the car. Once again, it was lookin sharp. I think I had written a review back in the day when it was called something else. Its a great spot. A little pricey, but so is the locations area. I'm a fan, you may be too.

My car was clean and I enjoyed a cup of free coffee inside the shop while I waited. I even bought a bunch of accessories. However, the third time I came, I felt pressured by the cashier to get a more expensive option, even though that's not what I wanted. Then when I got my car back, it was dirty. There was hair on the seats and pieces of cotton as well from clothes. The rugs were still dirty. Even the cupholders were dirty. I immediately asked a staff member if they had really cleaned the car or even vacuumed. The cashier came out to me and told me that I should've just paid for a more expensive wash if I wanted the car to be clean. I was appalled because I didn't know they were going to do a subpar job just because I chose the more affordable option for myself. I also didn't appreciate his tone towards me. I tried to explain to him that the car was still dirty and he told me that it was clean or perhaps his eyes didn't work. It was very disrespectful. Not at all how you should talk to a paying customer. I kept coming back here because I liked the service the first two times, but it seems like they are not consistent. Despite paying the same price all three times, my latest wash was a disaster. It doesn't even look like I got my car cleaned on the inside. I've recommended this place to my friends in the past, but I'm going to retract my statement. I won't be returning.

I should have listened to the other bad reviews! Requested a buff and shine on my vehicle, really…read moreit was just a cleanup job because it had already been buffed and polished, earlier in the week. ...but there was excess polish left on the car from a past job. Originally I Was told the job would take three hours, for a price of $249. Which I agreed to. Once the detailers got here, he said if I wanted the tiny strip area around my windows done as well, it would be an extra $50 because it would take him an extra 30 minutes. They knew I was on a time restriction because they had to be finished by 3 o'clock for a showing on my house. So I agreed because of the extra time And felt it would make him hurry up and finish the job so that I could show my house at the scheduled time. They finished in LESS THAN TWO HOURS and still charged me $300. When I questioned the extra $50 that I was originally told was because it would take him so much longer, he said no, the 50 extra dollars is for the trim around the windows. So, beware that when you are paying for someone to buff your car, that different parts of the car, which should be included, are going to cost you extra. It's like selling someone my house and then saying "OH YOU WANT THE AIR CONDITIONING? That's extra" How about I come to clean your house, and tell you (after we have already agreed to a price), that if you want me to clean the floors that's extra. Wouldn't go over too well. Car looks fine but I don't like getting jerked around for more money once they show up at my house. *** After speaking with Francesca at the office, she is now accusing me of making up stories, and insist that the detailers were there for longer than they said they were. Even though I have screenshots, and timestamps, and there are cameras all over my driveway. Not to mention the fact that, doesn't everyone know that Tesla records everything happening on the outside of their vehicle??. It's infuriating that after I write a review, she says that they were there for a little OVER two hours. Which somehow justifies a price increase, not agreed to, for "the trim" around my windows? It's part of the car. I watched the guys merely wipe the area. It literally didn't even take them five minutes. Now she is threatening to "report me". What a scammy business they are running.
