I have been using Auto Supershield since 2012 with my ZL1 Camaro. They have always done a fantastic job on all of my cars. They have been installing Paint Protection Film and Window Film on Ferrari's, Lambo's and Porsche's for years. I've had Auto Supershield put Spectra Photosync on the windshield of my 2015 Macan Turbo and most recently Spectra Photosync IRD on my 2019 Chevrolet Bolt. They are excellent and you can see why so many people trust their high end exotics to the team here. Even though my little commuter car is nowhere near as valuable or impressive as the many amazing cars that roll through this shop, I was still treated well and my vehicle was tinted with the same care and professionalism as the higher end cars that come through. I drove up from Broward and waited in their comfortable waiting area for the car, and I'm happy with the results and the pricing and quick refresher course on how to take care of the tint and warranty on the tint. I've recently purchased a 2014 Kia Forte and wanted to keep the headlights as clear as possible for the length of my owning it. I recently bought and shipped a pre-owned porsche from a cold weather state to my residence in Miami. The Florida heat did a number on my interior and within 2 weeks the vinyl passenger door panel melted! had it replaced with a very $$ OEM part, but was clear that with the sun down here, quality tint is a must. I kick myself, I should have had this done first thing!! I wanted a tint to block out UV/IR to keep interior cool and looking new. I spoke with local tint/detailing shops and scoured car forums where I found many owners of cars many levels more exotic and $$ than mine were tinting using "spectra photosync" which actually changes shade based on sunlight strength and has some very unique properties in line with my needs. (Tesla owners love it as well, this specific tint film seems to be almost a must for battery-powered vehicles to keep efficient. ) I searched the area for a photosync provider and found only one, an hour north in Boca was Auto Supershield. I later found out that it's super difficult to get licensed to apply this film, only the best shops get chosen. Think about that when choosing your provider.. Auto Supershield carries a wide variety of other top films as well including 3M. I was happy to see the many 5 star recommendations for their work. My initial call was answered by Pepi the owner, he was incredibly friendly, informative, and just gave off amazing vibes. Such a welcome change from smarmy or let phone ring forever Miami, seems folks further north are just nicer and are in business to help the customer. There was zero hard sell, quite the opposite actually, and I knew they were the ones for me. With price, I could only compare them to my local 3m film shops since noone else is allowed to do photosync here, and they were a signficant percentage less than quotes I received from licensed shops here. And with the local shops I kept feeling like nickles and dimes were adding up every time I asked a question, knew I was gonna get ripped off. But the price Pepi quoted me was EXACTLY the price I eventually paid. They slotted me in for a weekend appointment on short notice and I dropped the car off on a Saturday at noon. The team greeted me and were professional, personable and it was obvious that anyone with a special auto in South Florida relies on them for tinting, paint protection, body wraps etc.. There was a gorgeous GT3 being worked on when I arrived, found out later they did 3 of those that day, and the walls had photos of gorgeous cars I could only dream about that they've worked on. And normal cars, they can do it all. I was consulted on ideal tint and received an excellent recommendation on a light SPH level (I don't like dark windows). They have a very cozy and inviting waiting room, more like a living room. Big TV playing the game or whatever you want to watch, cool pictures, beverages etc. But I enjoy exploring so went for a walk while they worked on my car. 7 minutes later I ate at an excellent old fashioned style diner they recommended (the griddle) and discovered the largest used bookstore in the state (according to lady at cashier). I bought a few cool antique books I'd find nowhere else and time flew by. 3 hours later and the car was ready. And it looked FANTASTIC. I've driven the car for several weeks by now, can say the spectra tint is beyond awesome, And the Auto Supershield experience was unparalleled - these are top professionals who are personable, possess deep knowledge, customer service perfect, quality of work obviously stellar, all coming with a guarantee and a suprisingly reasonable price. Auto SuperShield did the paint protection film on my BMW, and the work is astonishingly good. When you go inside their shop they have photos on the wall of all their customer's cars. Lots of Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Aston Martins. etc. It is clear that people who want the best come here. My experience lived up to the hype. Not only was the finish flawless on the first attempt (i.e. clean lines, no bubbles, no dirt under the film, etc.) but in addition they also waxed the film to leave the car with a brilliant shine. The car looked perfect - you cannot tell at all that there is a protective film on the bumper. In addition, the installer was really nice and offered to quick detail the whole exterior as a complimentary part of the service so the whole car would be spotless. I declined because I needed to get home. What I liked: 1) The work is flawless on the first attempt. This really was one of the most impressive clear bra jobs I have seen on a car. I also saw some of the other cars they had done and those were perfect too. They have an automated machine which cuts film to Xpel's digital templates. However they are quite smart about hand trimming pieces which are difficult to align like the headlight washer cutouts which helped create a flawless install. 2) They have a fine eye for detail and perfectionist mindset. The installer spent a ton of time going over every inch, removing any remaining bubbles, cleaning up the edges, trimming where needed to get it perfect. This painstaking attention to detail is what makes the place special. 2) They have a very clean shop which is why their installs are so good - there is no dust. They have a mobile service too, but I think going to the shop is the best way to do this. 3) They have the best films. For tints they had a range of films, including 3M Crystalline which is the best film in my opinion. For paint protection they offer 3M and Xpel Ultimate which is the best film on the market because it is both stain resistant and has a self-healing clear-coat so it is scratch resistant. 4) They really are very careful with your car. I had just had my car at the detailer for a 3 day detail, and the paint was flawless. They were very careful and kept it that way. 5) The receptionist/office manager Wendy is very friendly and does a great job explaining the process and booking a convenient appointment. 6) Their pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. I recently had my new R8 wrapped at AutoSupershield. I found them on the Internet and was impressed by the work they had done in the past. I had my first R8 done by a franchise chain and wanted this job to be better. They used the Suntek self-healing film. I, like many, people am very meticulous with my car and want perfection. These guys are impressive. Every detail is perfect. They are very friendly and professional and made me feel like my job mattered. When I first ordered my Audi, I searched the Audi forums to look for paint protection film and window tinting. Xpel was the product I had decided upon based on it's reputation and being a self-healing film. Pepi's company was listed as a sponsor on the website. There was another shop not too far away from him as well. I did my research from 1200 miles away from his shop and based on the company - Xpel who rated their factory-trained personnel - I decided to use Pepi to put the film on, sigh unseen. We had several conversations from PA to FL and also to the dealership. My car was transferred over to Pepi's shop and I arrived to the shop that afternoon shortly after a 3-hour flight. By that time, there were only a few hours left of work to be done on the car. He showed me around and introduced me to his crew. He even let me drive the car even though officially it still belonged to the dealership. Both the car and Pepi's service, quality and customer support were Rolls-Royce in caliber. Anyone who has any doubts about Xpel's protective qualities, should take a look at this. Back in February, there was an incident in a parking lot and someone scraped my right passenger door on my Audi A7 Prestige. The film was ripped and jagged and thought I was going to need a paint job. I brought the car back in to Pepi to see what he could do about replacing the film and I'd worry about the body work some other time. To everyone's AMAZEMENT at the shop as well as myself, once the film was removed there was no paint damage at all. The only evidence was an imperceptible dimple at the crease line of the door just above my rocker panel. Very IMPRESSED with the X-Pel Ultimate wrap. Back when Pepi first did the job last July, he applied the usual bra, entire hood, rocker panels, A columns, front part of 3M wrapped roof and rear bumper. Once I returned from PA, I had Pepi wrap the rest of the car (all four doors and rear quarter panel which is over 6 feet in length) as my condo was in the midst of a 40-year recertification project that will last 18 months. As you can imagine, my car is covered with concrete dust daily. Can't imagine what my paint would look like had it not been for the total car wrap! Finally and most importantly, Pepi's service is out of this world. It compares to that of my father's retail business ages ago. Pepi goes to the extreme to keep you satisfied, backs his products and his work to the hilt and carefully screens his teams whom I've worked with. They too are more than top notch as well. I know he has many a repeat customer with their exotic (Ferrari's, Maserati's, Lambo's, Bentleys, Rolls Royces,, Porsche's and McLaren's etc_ cars in the south Florida area, but he and his team have treated me the same way which is very much appreciated.
