Really good guys here. I'm sure a tint and audio place is easy to end up with a bad review. In both cases a customer expects(and deserves) perfection. I'm sure they fall short now and then, seems like that would be obvious. But they sure haven't for me, they really came through. First I went in to beef up my stock Audio in my new Bronco. It's a great truck in so many ways. But the audio isn't great. I was driving by some month ago and stopped in, and asked what they could do. I expected a hard sell on what all could be done. But these guys were honest and humble. Apparently the new Bronco had issues with after market amps not syncing up right. After a couple weeks of back and forth we decided on just replacing the bass speaker with a proven product. They were spot on, it was an amazing improvement. I trusted them enough to do the tint as well. Considering they are based in Boca Raton the price was really great. and the results were near perfect. Foolishly, I drove through flooded streets disregarding a flash flood warning. Water came up through the floorboards of my Subaru Forester and shorted out the underseat Amplifier Jose removed the part, ordered a rebluit one on line and reinstalled the unit a fuses all within less than a 9 day turn aroungd time and les then 2 hours in the shop total. This place claims to be JL certified, I wouldn't recommend them, after bringing my subs to a real JL certified company after dealing with the headache of both of my W7s blowing the new dealer explained whoever installed originally set the output of the amp to high output which with w7s you want it to be on low output, soo basically that's what over worked my speakers to blow and now I have to pay 2000$ to get them repaired and since it's been a few months since the original install I'd imagine they won't offer any assistance with this... stay clear of this place, however they did do good job with tints read more

I have been a loyal custom of theirs for years. They have tinted over 5 cars for me, my associates, my friends. I had nothing but great thing to say about the quality of work and people here. Until now... I brought them the car I just purchased to have the top of the line Llumar Stratos clear tint put on. What started as a simple tint job turned into a nightmare. Though no tint job is absolutely perfect, you see what I am left with is not anything you'd expect from one of two Select Pro Dealer in the area nor with ultra premium tint such as Llumar Stratos. I had my window tinted "3" times, yes "3" times. The first round, I was sent home with a 1/2 inch long nick and creases right in the middle of my field of vision along with some dry blotches on the passenger side. I brought the car back and had it redone again the second time. The installer did take his time and did a pretty decent job except this time around there is a 12 inch long curved hair line across the window. I bought the car back a third time. This time, I was sent home with debris every where, a hand full of scratches, cut marks all over my glass as you can see where they cut the tint (on a window that has never had tint on it so possibility of prior damage is impossible). Now I will have to find another company and have the tint removed and reinstalled all over again. I am really just speechless with this experience and the poor quality of a job I paid the premium tint price for to be perfectly honest. read more

They have tinted 5 of my vehicles and the tint job is always superb. Why the bad review then? They have twice scratched my cars. The last time they obviously took it for a ride and put 34 miles on the brand new car and caused damage to the car. They then denied driving it. Took me 10 seconds to pull up my App and show where and when they had driven it. The owner denied it. They actually committed a crime but since they begged me not to report them I just reversed the charges on my credit card. They also will install illegal tint for cash if you are into that. read more

So get this, the owner of this store replaces a HID bulb for me and charges me $50. I didn't think anything of it until the other side burned out and found the part is $7.49. If I did both sides he would have charged me $100 to unscrew a total of 4 screws for $15 in parts. I understand margin and I understand getting paid fairly as a business but this is ridiculous. I swapped emails with Lois / Jose for a few weeks as I was thinking on upgrading the audio system in my Mustang, getting an after market backup camera and fixing my vinyl stripes. They made very good recommendations in a wide selection of price ranges/features etc, spoke with me on the phone and I didn't feel pressured at all as they took the time to answer my many questions. In the end I went for a new Kenwood and Mastro which they asked me to supply myself but they would fit etc, along with their backup camera and they handled my vinyl stripe issue. I dropped the car off and they kept me informed to progress (I wasn't in a rush to have it back - not driving much during COVID!) and I'm extremely happy. I know what a pain these things can be, but they really did a great job and it looks so good. They took the time to walk through it etc even though it was well past shop close. I did have to take it back for a minor issue that they dealt with immediately and with no hassle. I contacted them and spoke to Juan about having a clients bathroom windows frosted because the company I typically use does not travel to boca. Their price was typical and the time to come to complete job was good but the quality and follow up was NOT professional. I am a very reasonable person so when the customer questioned the quality I let them know I would contact Juan and I'm sure he would rectify the problem. I tried calling the shop for the 3 days following the installation and no one answered. When I called a week later someone finally answered. Being the person I am I told Juan that the film must have shrunk because the gaps around the film were very large(iv don't this dozens of time I know it was a bad job but didn't want to start the conversation that way). Juan gave me some BS story about how they don't tint to the edge on residential because of dirt. First, I am reasonable with some space but 1/8-1/4" in some places is not reasonable. He told me to caulk the edge to solve problem. I did not argue and thanked him for his time. This job is very poor quality and filled up w BS excuses. I have a lot of previous jobs to compare. I would NOT use this company for residential tint. read more
