I received a text around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there had been a simple miscommunication, and only the windshield and front two windows had been completed. These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. I'll definitely be back for PPF and ceramic coating and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amazin Tint to anyone looking for high-quality tint work.

Although I rarely leave reviews, I chose to leave one for Tint and Tunes. I checked other shops in the area and found Tint and Tunes prices to be highly competitive. The biggest selling point becomes apparent as soon as you talk to the owner, Peter Sullivan. He is very professional and totally committed to customer satisfaction. That was apparent throughout the whole process from initial contact through picking up the car after installation. He is easy to talk to, knowledgable, answered all questions to my satisfaction and worked around my schedule. My car looks great! read more

I have been having Robert, the owner of Tint & Tunes, tint all of my cars for the past 14 years. He has tinted over 10 cars for me, the latest tint being performed November 25, 2013 on another new car of mine. I have never had a problem with the tint, and his attention to detail is excellent. My daughter had called around because I needed a new radio for my Toyota Camry, and after reading all of his wonderful reviews, we decided to give him a call. The reviews were absolutely right. At first, Jacob believed the problem was with the touch screen/display (the glass portion of the radio), so he ordered the replacement part. Before moving forward, he realized that replacing the screen wouldn't solve the problem after all. Rather than charging us for a part that wasn't needed, he absorbed the cost himself. He then continued troubleshooting until he determined that the entire radio needed to be replaced. He found a replacement radio, installed it at a very fair price, and made sure everything worked perfectly. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. Instead of taking the easy route, Jacob did what was right, and that says everything about the kind of person he is. What impressed me most wasn't just his expertise --it was the way he treated me. He made me feel like I mattered, not just like another customer. In today's world, that kind of genuine care is rare. When comparing tint options, the installer only showed me CTX and Pinnacle in noticeably lighter shades, while Stratos was shown in a darker shade. This created the impression that Stratos was the only film available in the darkness I wanted, even though all LLumar lines come in the same shade percentages. Because of this presentation, I ended up choosing the most expensive option without realizing that CTX or Pinnacle in the same shade would have looked similar and cost significantly less. The tint performs correctly, but the sales approach felt like a gimmick designed to upsell rather than inform. Overall, good workmanship but disappointing transparency

At first, I read the reviews and most of them seemed good, so I decided to use this tinting company. I contacted the company and they provided me an estimate, date and time they would install the tint on my brand new vehicle. Everything seemed to be on the up and up. Installer arrived and installed the tint on my new vehicle. I pulled my vehicle out of my garage so I could get a look at the job that was completed. That is when I noticed that the tint installer damaged the interior of my new vehicle, which had 45 miles on it. I immediately texted the number, who set up the appointment and advised her of my findings. I sent her photographs of the damage. She stated MILTON would call me and make sure the vehicle would be fixed. Milton called and said he would have his guy "Chris", who fixes interiors. Weeks go by and Chris sends me several text messages saying he is coming to my house to fix my vehicle. "Smoke Screen" to make me think MILTON actually cares about his clients. A month later and my new vehicle still has damage and CHRIS and MILTON are no where to be found. I have texted the initial person and advised her that no one has fixed my vehicle. Again, she said MILTON would make it right. "SMOKE SCREEN" again. I'm looking into potential Legal Action against the company for the damage. I have never written a bad review before but this needed to be done. Shame on you MILTON for not taking care of your customers!

This morning they put Xpel PPF on my Cayman GTS after I had a GT4 front bumper, side scoops and rear spoiler installed on my car. Ping, the shop manager really took his time removing the headlight squirters and front fender marker lights to do the job correctly. I can highly recommend their work and when you walk into the showroom and see the hundreds of high end cars that they have done over the years, you know that you have come to the right place for your PPF and window tinting.
