I needed some tint re-worked on my truck, so I opted for Auto One. I was able to drop it off and let them take care of it while I went back to work. They were upfront with letting me know that due to the tint being computer cut they wouldn't be able to fulfill the request I had for the visor strip. After picking up my truck I saw they were indeed able to do the strip how I wanted. That was great to see! Thanks Kenny and team! It was pricey. But, sh*t what isn't expensive any more these days? Auto One is recommended by me!

Recently I was lucky enough to find a local merchant who was honest and did excellent work. I am referring of course to AUTO ONE window tinting and many other excellent add on specializations for cars and trucks. Ken was honest, straightforward and looks out for alternative possibilities when the normal request was made. The prices were more than fair and availability for what I needed was his primary concern. I can only say that not only did I save money and get an excellent add on to my car but it was within a timely manner and he seemed to care as much about my car as if it was his own. In closing I can only say that if you need anything related to window tinting, tow hitch or specialized station customization using Weather Tech products, this is the 1st and only number you should be calling. 561-689-0262

Whoever owns this company should be completely embarassed by his customer service team as well as…read moreservice technicians. If you can even call them that. The team showed up at my condo this a.m. only five minutes before their two hour window closed. I had a pin prick size nick in my windshield. Over an hour later, the person who was sent ot fix my tiny glass crack, I revceive a call, however he speaks no English. All I can understand him say is tomorrow. I go downstairs and confront him about why tomorrow after an hour here? And then I look at my glass and the pin prick size nick in the glass has spread and is now a semi-circle with multiple layers of riples. I call the company and they interrupt me and all they can say is: "you have to replace your glass. It is not our responsibility if things go wrong." Chris who answers the phois nice enough on the front end when scheduling, but he takes absolutely no accountability. And the other Mexican man working there (name unknown) was down right rude, dismissive, laughed while talking to me and was talking to other people in the background while on the phonewith me. Longe story short, Charlie's Auto Glass showed up to fix a pin prick size nick in my window and left me with a huge shattered crack for which I now am going to have to replace an entire windshield. THere is a reason why your dealerships and other providers DO NOT refer Charlie's. They may schedule you quickly, but beware!!!!! The technician spoke absolutely ZERO English. He called his shop after I came down. Without saying a word or even trying to put me on the phone with an English peaking representatie, he got into the company van, windows up and drove away. That was it. This company came, they created problems, they left, and they take no responsibility. If I were in a third world country I would expect this kind of "don't care...not my problm " attitude. But we are in the United States of America. They wasted my TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They also explained that in the state of Florida, auto insurance policies often include coverage for chip and windshield repairs, and that these repairs can be done for free. I had no idea! I was also told it is a Florida law that your windshield can be replaced 1 time for free. I felt really confident bringing my car in today to get the chip repaired. I checked on line and made an appointment for Friday, August 21st- the only available option was to do a 'Drop and Go'. All communications said bring your car in by 9:30AM. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am. Initially, I asked how long it would take, the woman working the desk said '3 hours'. The man says 'don't give her a time'. I leave my vehicle with the understanding that the car would be available before 5pm when the shop closes. I was told I'd get a message when it's ready. I called the listed number for the West Palm Beach location and speak to 3 different automated voice prompts before reaching the main customer service at the national level who says let me try and call the store. This was at 4:00pm, Naomi, the representative says they may or may not be done by 5pm. I take a ride-share over and my car at 4:54 is parked exactly where it was at 8:30 this morning. The woman at the front desk is repeating everything I say, with no additional detail. It's 5:12pm and my car has just been taken into the back for service. Expected work time: 2 hours. I can't stress this enough, please choose a different retailer, location or overall option. No apology or explanation for the inconvenience. 1 star is too generous.
