AVOID THE COCONUT CREEK AND BOCA RATON FRANCHISE LOCATIONS:…read more I'm leaving a one star review because the franchise owner is truly off his rocker. I had service performed at the Boca Raton location including XPEL PF, Tint, Blackvue Dashcam, and Ceramic coating on two new luxury vehicles. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and products provided. Two days later I noticed a large bubble in the PF along a curve in the bumper, called the location and was asked to bring it by. Upon visualizing the vehicle at the Boca Raton location, the technician insisted that the PF needed to be re-cut and re-applied to the entire bumper. They explained that the employee who applied the PF lived in Tampa (hundreds of miles away) and he would contact us shortly when the technician was going to be in town to get the vehicle scheduled for repair. Over the next month and a half, where I contacted them weekly, they only returned my call once to schedule me (late on a Tuesday evening and I returned their call promptly on Thursday morning). Unfortunately, I was told the installer was no longer in the area. Finally, after more phone calls, the local technicians "escalated" us to the franchise owners. The franchise owners DEMANDED pictures of the bubbled PF, VIN number of vehicle and lots of other information that had already been provided to the BOCA RATON location where the work had been performed. All this information was also available on their original estimate and invoice. After providing this information multiple times, I was finally told that they would fix the vehicle but only if I traveled to the COCONUT CREEK location on a date of their choosing. After dropping off my car to the COCONUT CREEK location (significantly further from my home), I returned to pick it up 3 days later. Upon entering the shop, my wife and I were verbally accosted by the owner, and berated for apparently mentioning to his wife that their customer service was not up to our expectations (returning phone calls). He proceeded to seethe and scream at us for 10 minutes while we patiently just repeatedly requested that he return our car. Even as we walked out the door, he was still threateningly screaming at us. This franchisee obviously has some serious anger issues (read the many other similar reviews posted here) and I would encourage others NOT to interact with him in fear that he may turn physically violent. To be clear we never expected, received, nor asked for any discount, rebate or free product.

This morning they put Xpel PPF on my Cayman GTS after I had a GT4 front bumper, side scoops and rear spoiler installed on my car. Ping, the shop manager really took his time removing the headlight squirters and front fender marker lights to do the job correctly. I can highly recommend their work and when you walk into the showroom and see the hundreds of high end cars that they have done over the years, you know that you have come to the right place for your PPF and window tinting.

These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. I'll definitely be back for PPF and ceramic coating and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amazin Tint to anyone looking for high-quality tint work.

I'll start by saying this, it feels really unfair to have my one-star review that I left in complete honesty, silenced, as I suspect the company did it just to hide a bad rating. I'm going to re-leave my review again. Johnny (the owner of the shop) and his son promised me that my vehicle would be wrapped on an agreed upon date. After finding out after the fact, the shop basically wasted my time and claimed my wrap material wasn't purchased via the shop and therefore his "wrap experts" we're not able to do the install. I reached out to Johnny and his team several months prior and they told me they would have no issue with doing it. I wasted over two months and had to take my vehicle to another shop and then re-wait for it to get wrapped. If you value your time I would not recommend this place. It's quite annoying that they can't take honest feedback and removed my last review. Really not a good look at all. read more

From the time I walked in until the day I picked up my car I was impressed! These days everyone talks a good game but in the end few deliver...Johnny and his family wowed me from the beginning; they one by one educated me on the product, it's value and the attention to detail that is so lacking in today's world. Ironically they had just detailed a car similar to mine and I was blown away at the pictures of the results. Their shop is immaculate, every cart is organized and clean, the floor is spotless; so you can tell if they put that much effort into the surroundings and environment how much more will they put into your car. When I picked it up it literally blinded me, they did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. Some may be cheaper but you truly do get what you pay for. Amazing world class service. This is the spot! He's not even done with my new car yet... but I can tell it's going to be amazing. I'll report back with follow up review. But my gut instinct that's usually right tells me it's gonna be great! Also, left a message late at night for fear that I'd not be able to find someone to detail my wife's new car for the big reveal. The gentleman called me back literally first thing this morning. Again that's would I would do as well being in the service industry. But it's extremely rare. I knew right then and there it was going to be a good experience. So far very impressed. Fingers crossed but I'm 99% percent sure it's going to be outstanding. I had an amazing experience with Johnny Detailing! I brought in my 2023 Mazda and purchased the Ceramic Pro Gold Package, and the results are absolutely incredible. The paint has an amazing shine, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that my car is well protected. I also loved that they included a free ceramic coating for the interior--it was a great bonus and made the inside look and feel fantastic. On top of that, they performed a complete detail on the entire vehicle, and every inch of the car looked showroom new when I picked it up. Fantastic experience. I wish I took "before" and "after" photos so you could see what a great job they did. My kids eat in the car and the interior was pretty awful. I am 1,000% sure it was there beforehand as I'm quite OCD when it comes to my car. The owner said he couldn't do anything about this and was unwilling to help offset the damage costs for me seeing as there's no way I can prove I'm not lieing. Then sent me a picture that they took themselves (without discussing the "prior" damage with me at the time of service) stating that they noticed it missing, which only tells me that they knew they messed up when they damaged it and had a prepared excuse for when I found out. It costs hundreds to replace this unit for a used one and it was in perfect condition before he came. The buttons are not sold individually. They also did not thoroughly clean out my center console. It looked like a rushed job and I had to go and clean it myself afterwards. Use a business that won't take you for your money for both the service AND any damages your car incurs thanks to them. Or just clean your car yourself. At least it's free and you can hold yourself accountable.

To put it simply, both vehicles were in pretty rough shape, and the results were nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, I was completely upfront with Aarron that I am extremely picky and have very high expectations. I even told him I would probably be difficult to satisfy. Without hesitation, he assured me that he was a professional and that I would be happy with the outcome. He absolutely delivered. The level of detail, care, and professionalism was outstanding. Every surface, crevice, and hard-to-reach area looked immaculate. Both vehicles looked and felt refreshed beyond what I thought was possible. It's rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and follows through on every promise they make. If you're looking for someone who is a true professional and can deliver exceptional results, I highly recommend Aarron. Even for those of us who expect perfection, he exceeded my expectations.

Requested a buff and shine on my vehicle, really…read moreit was just a cleanup job because it had already been buffed and polished, earlier in the week. ...but there was excess polish left on the car from a past job. Originally I Was told the job would take three hours, for a price of $249. Which I agreed to. Once the detailers got here, he said if I wanted the tiny strip area around my windows done as well, it would be an extra $50 because it would take him an extra 30 minutes. They knew I was on a time restriction because they had to be finished by 3 o'clock for a showing on my house. So I agreed because of the extra time And felt it would make him hurry up and finish the job so that I could show my house at the scheduled time. They finished in LESS THAN TWO HOURS and still charged me $300. When I questioned the extra $50 that I was originally told was because it would take him so much longer, he said no, the 50 extra dollars is for the trim around the windows. So, beware that when you are paying for someone to buff your car, that different parts of the car, which should be included, are going to cost you extra. It's like selling someone my house and then saying "OH YOU WANT THE AIR CONDITIONING? That's extra" How about I come to clean your house, and tell you (after we have already agreed to a price), that if you want me to clean the floors that's extra. Wouldn't go over too well. Car looks fine but I don't like getting jerked around for more money once they show up at my house. *** After speaking with Francesca at the office, she is now accusing me of making up stories, and insist that the detailers were there for longer than they said they were. Even though I have screenshots, and timestamps, and there are cameras all over my driveway. Not to mention the fact that, doesn't everyone know that Tesla records everything happening on the outside of their vehicle??. It's infuriating that after I write a review, she says that they were there for a little OVER two hours. Which somehow justifies a price increase, not agreed to, for "the trim" around my windows? It's part of the car. I watched the guys merely wipe the area. It literally didn't even take them five minutes. Now she is threatening to "report me". What a scammy business they are running.

I made an appointment and the day before needed to change it and they reworked their schedule. I bought a new car and they are cleaning it now. I can see that they care about their work. It is a mess and they are making sure it comes out superbly. I would use them again for sure. I will have one happy wife when they are done.

I found Mobile Detailers right here at Yelp and was immediately impressed with how the owners reach out to folks right here, replying to their posts - that's rare. I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Main thing is, I'm SO glad I found Mobile Detailers in my area, and will definitely be a regular customer going forward. This is a tough job done in brutal weather, so I have to give a "high five!" to Avol and the crew here.
