Stopped in with no appointment, and was greeted by Rob who was behind the counter. We Told him we wanted our two front windows tinted. He showed us all the different types of film and grades of film. He was very good at explaining what all the different films were capable of and we decided to go with a lifetime warranty film which is always a smart move. Window tinting. Made an appointment for a week I knew I would be down in FL (I live in VA but have family nearby). Where I live, it is not worth getting the tint as they are too light - in FL on the other hand... tint the hell out of them. The guys were quick and get me in and out in about 45 minutes. Price was what they quoted - I cannot attest as to the cost versus others as I just do not tint vehicles windows often enough. Definitely did a good job for me and the end result looks great. They missed a window and was persistent that I had told them to do 4 windows instead of 5. Basically called me a liar so I had to show them my invoice in person to prove I didn't get what I paid for. Not only did I have to come back to get the job completed, I didn't even receive an apology. Mistakes happen, I understand. But to tell your customer that they're wrong from what you thought you remembered hearing was not and will never be the smartest move. So apparently customer warranty service isn't a priority when u can't make a commission at Tint World Boynton Beach. After scheduling warranty work two weeks ago & taking off from work for a "full day appt.)...when showing up for my appointment yesterday they tell me they don't carry #3M tint anymore & won't cover the Lifetime Warranty. After going round & round with Jerry or Carry & Marvin to no avail eventually asking me to leave as I told them I would be posting this...I call #TintWorld Ft. Lauderdale & spoke to Richard & Elise, also in Pompano Beach who tell me it isn't a problem & it shouldn't matter. Corporate wasn't much help. Jason Dimov helped me choose the right UV and color for the tinting based on my needs and preference. I stayed for LESS THAN A HOUR while they did the tinting. MY CAR IS TRANSFORMED!! (I was having them install a stereo I was providing.) They always help me feel more knowledgeable about the products in store and we're willing to work out a little better of a deal than sticker on the box and subwoofers. I purchased the Supreme Package at 18% for my 4-Door 2013 Honda Accord and the total was $251. Spend the extra money as you get a lifetime warranty. Location did a decent job with the tint. However, during the process they melted/burned the outer door pillar on my Lexus. They said they would replace it. After more than a month and multiple phone calls to them, they've failed to replace the part. Thoroughly look at your car after leaving this place. There's no guarantee that they'll fix it. read more
