I called prior to going to this business to get a quote for a shock sensor alarm installation added to my existing factory alarm on my vehicle...the quote $448...After taking my vehicle in for this installation, I went to pick it up, and it was nothing that I had asked for. They put a cheap Walmart type alarm on the vehicle which was not shock sensor and while doing a demo on the alarm, the alarm did not go off the installer told me I would need to wait for this alarm to recycle itself before it can be turned off with the factory key fob.. Long story short, they did not know how to install the shock sensors and tried to "bait and switch" me with a cheap alarm. I got my money back and got the hell out if there. A whole day wasted! I would never recommend this business. They need to stick to tinting only because they have no clue about alarms. read more

Had an appointment with a guy named David at 9am on a Saturday to have my headlights replaced for a price that we agreed on. When I arrived he appeared to be high on drugs and asked me if I was there to "fix my two windows"... I walked out after that and I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone in the future. Very disappointed as I'm sure anyone can relate- driving with a broken headlight is not very settling and now I have to wait even longer to get it fixed. read more

Got my tints done here recently. Although they didn't have the 15's I wanted. It took maybe 3 hours to have my Old tints removed and install the new ones. The 20's came out really nice as well. I definitely feel the difference when I'm in my car now as far the heat resistance. The only thing I wasn't too happy about, is they only offer a 3 year warranty. There sign says, "lifetime limited warranty". Which can be misleading. But overall, they got done and they look nice. I just wish they had the 15's and longer warranty. read more

DO NOT USE West Palm Beach Tint World. I got a quote to tint 5 windows in my house. The quote was $ 2,685.70. They came to do the tint job but refused to tint 3 of the 5 windows. They said they were difficult to tint. They tinted 2 sliding glass door windows and charged me $1,609.44. They're prices are extremely higher than other tint companies. read more

Awesome Job ! 8/10/16 I had a great experience here at Brake World, 1213 N. State Rd-7 in Royal Palm. My brake needs were professionally explained by the technician, after his thorough inspection. I had my 1995 Jeep Wrangler towed in, because it was sitting unused for a couple of years, and its brake fluid leaked out a long time ago. I knew the job was going to be expensive, with a lot of labor and parts because of the serious underbody rust issue. The entire brake system was corroded beyond repair, and needed to be completely replaced from start to finish. Eli worked up an estimate for me, and factored in a current special being offered to help offset my expense. My car was ready when projected, and Eli's estimate was accurate. When he called me to tell me my car was ready, he told me there were a few additional unrelated concerns with my Jeep, AND he was ready to continue with THOSE repairs if I authorized them. Although I chose not to OK the additional repairs, I was very happy to know my Jeep was being well looked-after. ALSO, my Jeep does not have a top, and Eli told me they keep all customers' vehicles inside the shop overnight. IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Right off the bat I thought I was paying good money for all my windows to be tinted but at the end they did not film my front windshield. In the beginning I specifically asked for all my windshields to be tinted and front windshield to be transparent so coming in I thought $190 paid for everything but it didn't. I spoke with the supervisor and he said it's an extra $130 for the front. I told him about what was communicated to me in the beginning and I specifically told the associate that I want the transparent film. This was an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF and a waste of my time go to a different business. read more

I brought my previous car to Tint World of Boca many years ago and was impressed by their work so I thought I would get the same thing here. I was wrong, the back windows and back windshield all bubbled after a few days. I brought it back and the guy there told me they would replace the back windows but not the windshield because "I don't look out the back that much." I wasn't happy because they were basically telling me they are ok for collecting money for less than perfect work. It's now been a few months and it seems like there are bubbles still in most of the windows. To be fair I haven't contacted them again, even tho I would like them removed and give me my money back so I can go somewhere else with it. read more

I had the windows tinted on my wife's car a few days ago. I needed them done quickly so I didn't have time to wait and they were the only shop that could do it that day. I thought their prices were grossly overpriced. Every car I have owned I have had tinted and I usually spent at least $50 less AND had the front window done as well. They wanted an additional $150 just to do the front window. I chose $25 for the strip instead. He gave me an excuse how hard the front window is and how long it takes to do is why they have to charge so much. I have seen front windows done and they weren't much different then any other window. They did a great job on the tint itself. It looks great, but they wrecked the car in the process. Not literally wrecked, but it is a mess. They made very weak attempts to clean the messes they were making with the liquids they use to tint. They also must've used dirty rags to wipe what they did because everything has crazy streaks. At night the front windshield is barely visible. I left there and had to take the car to a car wash to clean all of the liquid runs from the outside on the doors. I will wait 5 days to clean the inside glass. I have never had a car left this dirty before from having a tint job done. If all that matters to you is the tint, then this is the place for you. If you care about price or cleanliness, I would find another shop and wait for an appointment. read more

The guys at the West Palm Beach Store on Okeechobee are the best. They installed an an alarm that I had purchased on Amazon in my wife's 2004 Malibu. Now she has keyless entry and auto trunk release. We dropped the vehicle off Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. and I received a call at 10:30 a.m. that it was complete and ready to be picked up. The guys at the shop showed her how to use the alarm and even the remote trunk release. To say I am a happy customer would be an understatement! I'm an extremely satisfied customer and will tell anyone who asks me about tint alarms or stereos to go to Tint World. Cary, you and the guys are the best! read more
