Made arrangements to have car and 2 house windows tinted for Tues around 10-11am. When no one showed up or called by noon, I called and left a message. That was 2 days ago and I still haven't heard back from them. I wasted half a day waiting around for them to arrive. Elite did the tinting on my wife's car and today tinted my car. The techs are polite and efficient. They explained the proper care of the tinting after the application . *DO NOT USE THIS WINDOW TINT COMPANY* The car dealership next-door recommended this place. My vehicle had to be re-tinted a total of 4 times. First it was bubbles in the tint, ok no big deal it happens, I take the car back. A month later still blemishes in the window tint. 2nd re-tint lasted about 1 year. Then the driver side window gets two large creases and both rear smaller windows each have a crease. 3rd re-tint, not the exact same darkness percentage as the rest of the vehicle. The installer tells me, don't worry when it drys in a few days they will all look the same again. Wrong, the new tint had somewhat of a mirror finish. 4th re-tint closer match with the original tint but not exact. Today the front passenger window now has large crease in the tint. I'm done with this place! Save your time & mo and use any other company! If I could give negative stars I would! *UPDATE* I took my vehicle to another window tinting company today. They placed the tint meter on my 3 side windows, which are all supposed to be the same tint. Wrong, 3 different shades of tint we're installed by Elite tinting. This place is the WORST! read more

I got an outrageous quote from Tint World for $400 to do all the windows on my Volvo wagon and when I called Elite, Mario immediately gave me a quote for half of that. I can honestly say after working at several car dealerships, this is the BEST quality work for the price. Very good quality 3M film and phenomenal craftsmanship. Had windows tinted in my s10 pickup guy i spoke to gave me the hype about how good they are. Brought truck in job was done it 40 min i looked over job and found some small issues i was tild he didnt have time to fix issues and told me to come back. Wow he couldnt take 5 min to fix it . That just set me off after i paid and everything. Learned my lesson never pay until you are completely satisfied. Will never go back to elite window tinting of west palm. On a happier note i found a nice rechargeable led light in my truck afterwards wonder where that came from. read more

Called and set up appt with Ken to tint bedroom siding glass doors. He offered Tues. at 9:00, and that he would be here right after he dropped his son off at school. Today is Tues., and at 9:45 I called to make sure we were still on for today? He fumbled with the phone and some papers, and clearly had forgotten about the appt. I had removed the blinds in the morning, moved the furniture, etc., however he was on a job in Delray and no way could come out today. When I asked when he would be able to come out, he said not until Friday, or "maybe not ever"!. I said what? This is how you treat your customers? I told him not to bother, and I called another company, Heatwave, who is coming out today. I'm sorry, but Ken is the one who set this appt., regarding his son, etc., and he needs to learn a little customer service, especially when he setting the appt. I would never recommend this company, he's a jerk! read more

If I could leave a negative star review I would as this place deserves less than that. I brought my new car to Elite Window Tinting (2920 Okeechobee Blvd, west palm beach, Florida.....so there is no confusion) and delt with a guy named Mark. From the start it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they make Comcast look good, and after staying patient and polite, even after offering to return at a later date as they seemed way to busy to have time for a customer, the attitude never changed. I think I'm pretty reasonable where if I can get good work done and only have to deal with terrible customer service, I would still give a good review. But when I picked up my car and gave 4 days before cleaning or touching my Windows the quality of work was horrible. There were bubbles in the tint that would not come out. It looked like Helen Keller cut the outline for the tint. There was ambient light coming though on the bottom of all four Windows and scratches in the tint from where it was rushed. I would never send another customer to Elite Window Tinting in west palm beach ever again. Save yourself the trouble and go see John at tint world right down the street. Clearly Mark has not made good choices in life and takes it out on his customers. Enjoy the tip Mark and please find a new career, for everyone's sake. read more

Went to Elite Tinting because Llumar film referred me there for warranty work. I had my windows tinted when I first bought my vehicle & the shop I originally used no longer carried Llumar film. Arrived at Elite Tinting & was met by Mark. I explained to him that I was selling the vehicle & the buyer wanted the defective tint replaced. Produced my receipt with the Llumar specs #s. Mark proceeded to tell me to "just rip the tint off & sell it like that. Or to take my car to a dealer that pays cash for vehicles instead & they wouldn't be worried about the tint." I told him no Thank you & that I just wanted it replaced. He said he would have to contact Llumar & get approval. I waited 3 weeks & after not hearing back from Mark I called Elite Tinting to inquire. Mark told me he hadn't heard anything. I asked if I should contact Llumar directly & his response was "go ahead, good luck." I called Llumar directly & emailed them that day. I received a response the very next morning that they would send the approval over that day to Elite Tinting. I waited a day & called Elite back. Mark answered & told me "nope haven't heard anything." I emailed Llumar back & was given Tint Kings information. Spoke to TInt King & it was a night & day customer service experience from Mark & Elite Tinting. Don't waste your time with Elite Tinting. By far the worst customer service I have dealt with in years. I wouldn't normally go out of my way to write a negative review unless it's rightfully due. Very much so in this instance. read more
