Let me first say, I always use Yelp in making up my decision when finding a business of ANY type to use. Yes. I read all the reviews. Every customer except one was happy. 1 out of 13 are fantastic odds. You won't please everyone all the time. After experiencing what happened to me, I have to side with All Florida on the one negative rating they received. They didn't deserve one star I will tell you that. When I first spoke to Mike he was extremely helpful in making my decision. Both Mike and Jen were very courteous. Upon walking into their business I was greeted like an old friend. Both were wearing masks. A very clean waiting room, TV, and water. My tint was installed in a reasonably good time. I was told that in a day the tint will look better than at that moment. Within 1 day it looked perfect. The next day I was out n about and while sitting at a light on a bright sunny day, I noticed a line going directly across the tint. It looked as though I was looking through a window with a seem in it. Two different views. I called Jen and was told to come on Monday. They looked at it and apologized up one side down the other. They got me right in and replace the tint on the one window. While I was waiting, Mike came out with a huge piece of tint. He showed me the crease it was on the whole roll. The particular tint I chose they don't use often. I was the last customer that bought it, so they didn't realize it was damaged. Don't be worried by one person being un-happy. I can tell you first had they handled my problem with ease. I love doing business with a company like this. read more

This is my sixth vehicle I've had All Florida Tinting done in the past 15 years and they alway come through with absolutely the best service and product in the state. I've had them do everything from my trucks 2017 Ram limited to my personal cars 7series BMW and they are done to perfection. They protect the seats and interior and paint laying cloth down so there is no possibility of damage to the paint or leather . I usually own my vehicles 8-10 years . I just sold two vehicles that they tinted in 2014 and the tint was still absolutely perfect . No scratches , bubbles or shrinkage. Took my brand new 2020 Acura TLX A spec to All Florida Tinting. Jennifer and the team were very knowledgeable, professional and great customer service. Highly recommend taking your car there. They do a great job of covering your door panels and using towels with the towel rope for your windshield so water doesn't destroy any electronics. I would recommend doing your homework on their fantastic website with all the tint options and price. I got the highest heat rejecting film Llumar IRX 15% all around With Air 80 for the front windshield. Great ceramic film. Makes a huge difference in the FL sun. Price: wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. They also offer lifetime warranty. Jennifer called the next day to see how the tint came out and I brought it back to have her double check. After going back and forth with these guys over my last post, I saw they left another comment a month ago. I was going to let it go but the untruths and vitriol written can't stand as the last word. Everything I wrote prior is true. I ended up submitting a claim to my credit card company. Through the process they issues a provisional credit in favor of the vendor pending more information from me. I supplied this and in follow up with the credit card company learned the files for my case uploaded to their system were corrupted and could not be read. By the time I learned this the window had closed for me to update the file. Apparently my card (Citi) has to operate within a specific timetable set forth by MasterCard. Since this window closed there was nothing left for Citi to do but award the merchant. So, All Florida Tint, you did get a credit back. THIS WAS NOT ON THE MERITS OF YOUR CASE. And when I filed further with Citi they awarded me credit PAID FOR BY CITI. I made sure their file reflects my full complaint and unless you take your disparaging remarks about me down from youR post my next move is to file complaint with BBB and CoC. Please do the right thing. Your response so far is very tell as to the type of establishment this is. read more

It's hard to find good customer service these days. I was pleased with AFTC and the professionalism of their scheduling. The tint was flawless. I have been using AFTC for nearly a decade. They have tinted 6 vehicles over the years. One vehicle has 8 years of wear on the tint, it still looks like new and keeps me cool. These guys are simply the best. read more

Theses guys did a great Juno on my auto. Took a bit to schedule as they are out of the office a lot. Very professional. Competitively price excellent job. However when I contacted them for some work at my home their quote was nearly three times all the other bids I received. Do your do diligence and get alternative bids. I appreciate your thoughtful response. And yes. I received three quotes for 1/3 the price of yours. I understand the cost of doing business. Believe me. I just wanted the community to know that your pricing may not always be in line with other installers in the area and some caution might be advised I received a lifetime warranty from the installer I chose. The service at All Florida Tinting was personal and outstanding. I have a luxury vehicle and was very particular about who I would allow to do my Tinting because I had an issue with my Porsche with a different tint servicer. After doing my research, I went to All Florida Tinting and they did a spectacular job.
