Every customer except one was happy. 1 out of 13 are fantastic odds. You won't please everyone all the time. After experiencing what happened to me, I have to side with All Florida on the one negative rating they received. They didn't deserve one star I will tell you that. When I first spoke to Mike he was extremely helpful in making my decision. Both Mike and Jen were very courteous. Upon walking into their business I was greeted like an old friend. Both were wearing masks. A very clean waiting room, TV, and water. My tint was installed in a reasonably good time. I was told that in a day the tint will look better than at that moment. Within 1 day it looked perfect. The next day I was out n about and while sitting at a light on a bright sunny day, I noticed a line going directly across the tint. It looked as though I was looking through a window with a seem in it. Two different views. I called Jen and was told to come on Monday. They looked at it and apologized up one side down the other. They got me right in and replace the tint on the one window. While I was waiting, Mike came out with a huge piece of tint. He showed me the crease it was on the whole roll. The particular tint I chose they don't use often. I was the last customer that bought it, so they didn't realize it was damaged. Don't be worried by one person being un-happy. I can tell you first had they handled my problem with ease. I love doing business with a company like this.

I spoke to one of the owners and we set an appointment date and time . Now this is the short version and where it goes bad . I show up to my appointment after confirming it , she asked me to come at 5 pm to her location. I show up and she nor her husband (owners) are at the store . I called her again she sets my appointment up and she is in Las Vegas with with husband at the Dema show . There's a young man at the location that wants to take my name and number and will have the owners call me back . I explained I was just on the phone with her. Why would anyone set up an appointment and confirm it if they were going to be out of town . There clearly was none there that could give me a price to wrap my truck . I called her while sitting outside her building . I told her I drove 35 mins in traffic on a Friday evening at 5 pm to make her appointment time she set up only to have no one there . I was furious and had wasted 1 1/2 of my time . She did nothing but apologize, but could not answer the question if you knew you were going to be out of town why set up the appointment. Why not just say to me we are scheduled to attend dema in Las Vegas . Why not just be up front and say let's meet when I'm back in a couple days . I'm sorry but anyone without that insight will not be working on any of my vehicles of property. I will never work with them again . Fair warning I don't think the establishment can be trusted .
