What car wash yesterday at the Unlimited Auto What at the shell station on Indiantown Road just east of I95 in Jupiter Florida. Ready... Here we go! On a great Thursday afternoon I brought our 2028 Ford Expedition in to be washed and cleaned inside. As I pulled up a nice younge man wrote me up and I told him"the key fix is in the center console". He said no problem I got ya! I went into the Shell Station to pay my $26.75 and then go outside and wait for the SUV to be done. Here comes the crazy part. As I was waiting the same nice young man came up to me and said "do you have a spare key?" I said No, why? He said that one of the workers locked the key fob inside the car. Well about 50 minuets later the locksmith showed up and in Locke the SUV. The vehicle was in the wash bay for approximately 55 minuets. The owners son cam out and was very apologetic. I told him now sweat, no big deal! It took about another 35 minuets for them to complete the process. When they said I'm one and have a nice day. The SUV looked the best it ever did by them and I drove off. They didn't ask for my name, offer to pay for the visit of anything. Trust me, our Christmas is all about Jesus but an offer would have been nice. I'll go back but trust me I'll stay in the car and bring a spare key. I'm glad I tried them out with just the exterior wash before paying to have more done. Every single part of my car still has something on it. The only reason the sides look semi clean is because of the woman that towel dried the car just smudged the dirt around, most likely scratching the paint. $15 wash plus a $5 tip down the drain.... I have been contracted to the Jupiter area for a year. Contact is up at the end of May22. I pass this business twice a day and finally decided to patronize it. Wish I would have sooner. I had a complete in and out on my car. What a great job they did. Detailer took his time and was very good. Like most car washes, they sell monthly passes. The price though seems pretty good. I highly recommend this business for Jupiter residents. Taking the wife's car next week for the same service. This car wash is located at the car wash at the Shell gas station. It's a simple process, really. Go to the side of the gas station where the stand is, look at all your options then get a piece of paper with the option you selected. Take the paper inside of the gas station to pay for the service then wait outside in the waiting area. Went in on today (around 11am), saw all the options they have and went with the $19.99 option which it covers a lot. For what they do in 20 minutes, I have to say, they do a great job. For one it's the hand wash, it's better for the paint on the car rather than using machines. But they leave small little things out like cleaning under the floor mats (which my service that I paid for covers). You can see by the photos, they missed basic spots. When I come back, I'll be sure to go through it thoroughly before I leave next time. read more

I have been looking for a new place to get my car washed. The place I had been using in the past really didn't do a good enough job. I was kind of skeptical of this place when I saw it. It is attached to a Shell station, so it's not your typical car wash. But, it got really great reviews on Yelp, so I thought I would try it out. I'm glad I did! They did a really great job. It was $25 for the top tier wash and wax, Yelp had a $7 coupon which made it even cheaper. I was very impressed with the job they did. It's the best job I've ever seen to be honest. They cleaned the inside windshield so well, it's nice to see it's no longer streaky. The one thing preventing me from giving them five stars is really two-fold. I don't care if they are attached to the Shell, but be your own entity. It would have been nice if I just was able to pay them, and I didn't have to go into the gas station. The biggest issue for me was the tip. I rarely carry cash. I was hoping to either buy something and get cash back or have them charge a few dollars and just give that to me in cash for a tip. Neither one was possible. Instead, I was pointed to the ATM. They made me spend $3 in a service fee on top of whatever my bank charges, just to get a few dollars out of the ATM. So my $20 car was wound up costing me $25 plus tip. A huge deal? No. But, I think that's something that could easily be fixed. I would rather not have to deal with the gas station cashiers in the future. All in all, I would highly recommend the job they do here! read more

I have been a member of Unlimited Auto wash for about 6 months, moving from Stuart. I was a member of an unlimited Auto wash in Stuart, track washing with brushes, you had to vacuum and wipe the car down yourself. My girlfriend introduced me to Unlimited Auto Wash in Jupiter when I moved down here to Jupiter. Here's my take... all hand washed, individually wiped down and vacuumed by their staff, the wheels and tires are also done by hand, ever an air compressor to blow out dust in the car. And best of all Unlimited usage at an unbelievable price, just $39 a month. Extremely professional and never a long wait, the staff works extremely hard and always polite and willing to satisfy the customer! I have been a long term member. I took my car in last week to have it washes. When they let me know my car was ready as I was leaving I got an indication that my trunk was open. I got out to check it and it was closed and would not open. I spoke to one of tje attendants and he said he would look at camera and get back to me yhe next day. Received no response so I asked for the status. He called me and said sorry they reviewed the tape and saw the truck was opened twice with no issue and he did not see a problem. I stated so the trunk was opened twice and now it will not open. He told me to call the dealer and not mention the car wash part. He would have someone reach out to me. Later that Friday I received a series of security camera footage so grainy and far away you could not see anything. It is now Monday and still no call. I sent a message saying what the video tape was for and asked for info on how to cancel. Got a message the said your membership is cancelled. Great customer service. NOT read more

There's one like it in my town but it's much more expensive and smaller so the wait is really long and I always spend more than I should, both in terms of time and money. Went to the tequesta location. Awful... just awful and no one spoke English. Car had water spots all over. Barely vacuumed the inside and it wasn't very dirty; it's a 4 month ok. I would never go back here. The one on okeechobee Blvd is really good but steer clear of this one!!!!! **** I would have gladly spoken to a Manager but when I tried I was told there was no manager there and I would have to wait until Monday and cAll Dave. Decided to give another car wash company a go as I would normally go to another in Jupiter, namely Jupiter Inlet; but they been getting sloppy with the service they provide. From the moment I arrived was greeted by Nery and given time of day. Selected service wanted and he mentioned all options and about membership as well. Mentioned that found them on yelp and he honored the discount for checking in. Before walking in to pay he assured I would be happy with the job and if not to please make mention so they correct. The wait wasn't too long considering they had so many cars in line. The job was pretty good. Just a few minor details which the guy handling the car was happy to revisit and get it done properly. I have been a member of Unlimited Auto Wash for several months. I typically goto the Palm Beach Gardens location. Usually, I get superior service, a fast, detailed car wash and sweep out. Yesterday, I had my car washed at the Jupiter location. The attendant told me, "We are sorry, we broke your door handle." The door won't open from the outside. He said the manager would call me today with details on how to get it fixed and make it right. I spoke to the manager and the owner today. Both assured me that my handle was broken / loose on arrival (it showed no evidence of breakage prior to). My car was old (its a 2008), its common for cars that old to just "break" in the Florida heat and sun (my car was meticulously maintained by 1 owner in another state from 2008-2022), its a known issue with Chevy, and "not their problem". He offered me to mail me two free car washes. I sent an email to cancel my membership. Very disappointed in the service I experienced during this visit. read more

I really enjoy coming here but I struggle with the fact that their published coupons say one thing but their posted signs say something different. As a customer, you of course receive the lesser of the services. The people working here are very nice and hard working but it certainly seems like management isn't on top of things.
