I opted for the All American Wash as it wasn't too dirty and the price was right. He took care of both interior and exterior but also got into a lot of small areas where most people don't. He also got my rims looking brand new which is pretty hard to do because my car gets a lot of brake dust that builds up on them. We spoke a bit more about his other services which I will be using in the future(he does it all). On a great Thursday afternoon I brought our 2028 Ford Expedition in to be washed and cleaned inside. As I pulled up a nice younge man wrote me up and I told him"the key fix is in the center console". He said no problem I got ya! I went into the Shell Station to pay my $26.75 and then go outside and wait for the SUV to be done. Here comes the crazy part. As I was waiting the same nice young man came up to me and said "do you have a spare key?" I said No, why? He said that one of the workers locked the key fob inside the car. Well about 50 minuets later the locksmith showed up and in Locke the SUV. The vehicle was in the wash bay for approximately 55 minuets. The owners son cam out and was very apologetic. I told him now sweat, no big deal! It took about another 35 minuets for them to complete the process. When they said I'm one and have a nice day. The SUV looked the best it ever did by them and I drove off. They didn't ask for my name, offer to pay for the visit of anything. Trust me, our Christmas is all about Jesus but an offer would have been nice. I'll go back but trust me I'll stay in the car and bring a spare key. Have your spare key or door code at hand when you have your car parked, washed, moved or other wise. Have a safe and Merry Christmas.

Not sure how that happened??? Those items might still be laying on the ground. Had I not gone over and pick them up. Washed did not even remove bird dropping from my highly coated paint. We had a few text communications to set up a time and he was a great communicator about price and timing. AJ arrived at my house and it took him about 2.5 hours to finish the job. The car smelled so much better and looked brand new. Every inch of the car was sparkling. I would definitely recommend Flawless for any detailing work.
