Shame on me for going back here. I went years ago and was really disappointed with their work, but decided to give them another try to clean my wife's vehicle. I paid for the $75 interior clean service. They were done in about 5 minutes. Horrible work. Screen still covered with fingerprints, cup holders not cleaned at all, nothing dusted, prints still on the windows. I'd love for someone from the car wash to get back to me. read more

I started going to thid car wash because Unlimited Car Wash had gone downhill. Well, this car wash has joined the ranks of mediocrity. I just left the car wash. The two side view mirrors were not clean nor was the back rear window. Very disappointing read more

Jupiter Inlet Car Wash did an amazing job cleaning my SUV after a busy summer with 3 kids! They have great customer service, it's always a pleasant experience having my car washed here. read more

Paid $35 for wash that was to include interior dash and cup holders. Neither were cleaned. Looked over and noticed numerous items that had been in my door's side compartment on the ground. Not sure how that happened??? Those items might still be laying on the ground. Had I not gone over and pick them up. Washed did not even remove bird dropping from my highly coated paint. Waste of time and money. I could've gone through a quick $10 drive-through and gotten the same results. read more

Not only was Gunner honest and accommodating, but Mervin repaired not only what was asked beyond expectations but another area not even requested... now that's being proud of your craft and going above and beyond... thanks so much for your detail... Sincerely, Ken Beyer, North Palm Beach read more

First of all, they told me that my $20 off any detail coupon was only for full details, not express details. They were done with my express detail in about 15 minutes. They did a crappy job, had no apologies, and even the outside of the car didn't look really that clean. If you're going to spend the money on any detail at a car wash, get the mini detail at Mint Eco. It is about $10 more expensive but they do an amazing job. read more

This is the best car wash in Jupiter. They always do a great job and very friendly. The store inside always has great gifts!

Literally disappointed EVERY TIME. This was immediately after coming out of the team WIPING IT DOWN. Then they look at you expecting a tip. See the pics for reference. Not worth your money read more

Easy to use and convenient location. Very friendly staff. Vacuums worked so fast and so well I cleaned my car in half the time than at home.

James Tobin paid for a wash and wax--- after wash car came out and was driven to service lane nearest office behind a parked pickuo-- no one worked on the pickup for at least 20 minutesafter seeing several cars that came in behind me leave I asked the cashier what was going on she said it was being picked up-Asked fot the manager after another 10 minutes he came and had it moved gtg o another bay-was vacuumed-- but additional services not performed and driven foreward for my pickuo-- spend tv another ten minutes unscussfuly trying to complain to the manager and get what I paid for completed before I had to leave for a Dr's appointment-- was totally scammed. read more

absolutely horrendous place to get your car taken care of. I took my brand new 2025 Cadillac CT4 V Blackwing with less than 3k miles here on recommendation of a close friend and my car came out with swirls and micro-scratches across the entire body. Not to mention the massive gash where the clearcoat and paint was stripped off on the roof of the car it's clear they don't take care of any of their equipment. If you want your car washed right go to Mint Eco for the hand wash or just do it yourself, these guys are guaranteed to give you back your car in SIGNIFICANTLY worse condition. Never going back. read more

Mediocre car wash for the previous $20 was ok, but at $37 it's a joke and a rip off. 10+ year customer won't be returning.

Brand new truck now covered in scratches due to they dont clean rags and the employees dont care at all. I even called them over to wipe up cup holders and they asked me if I cared about it.... I would not have wasted $40 if I didnt care. I hope the owner buffs my brand new truck that is now covered in scratches due to their horrible work. read more

Well well, As a resident of Jupiter inlet, I came in with all day sun baked car covered in spots and road dirt, I paid for the top of the line Exterior wash and detail, 89.The had an exterior option that seemed great for 49? Or less I believe, good for people who go more often than twice a year like myself. Also there was a deal at 89 for exterior + interior and lots more, but my car was quite full of Beach supplies, bags what not. Not only did they buff it back to almost perfection, my wheels look slicker than the photos I looked at to buy the car. On top of that, they graciously cleaned my floor mats at interior windows, dash/ mirror wipe etc. Right on!! Walking into the the shop I was taken back, couldn't keep my mouth shut from the shock. It's a boutique!! Full of yeti products, party supplies for ladies tee time or on the way your gals party, travel books, and some picture ready pricey nice ladies clothing and beach accessories. Don't worry guys there's a sitting area with drinks for sale or my favorite the outdoor tiki hut full of super nice adirondack chairs to watch your baby get pampered. Great location with its own light to turn back into the busy intersection, so safe to say.... I'll be back! read more

They raised the prices quite a bit and it's still not a great service. I always have to point out the bugs they didn't remove from the front, and the door jambs. I use the exterior wash only from time to time when it's not busy. read more

There seems to be a communication lax between the front end, and the back end, I don't mind paying for an interior detail, but when I walk up to the car and you haven't done half the things are on the list, and my doors are filled with garbage, and clearly you didn't bother to wipe down the car because there's literally dirt and cobwebs in the door jams. You would think for $53. They would do it right the first time. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when the 40 minute job only took 20 minutes. Only to stay in here for another 35 minutes and watch him fumble and go backwards. read more

My car was in serious need of some TLC, and Jupiter Inlet Car Wash did an exceptional job. Florida weather is tough on cars, and mine was no exception. Visited the facility today to have my brand new BMW I7 washed outside only, the machine operator entered the wrong wash code which in turn saw me get stuck in the wash tunnel blocked as there were blocks from stopping the car from moving forwards, instructed by there employees to keep moving forwards once they had stopped the equipment from operating. After exiting the tunnel it was clear that the rims and front tire had sustained serious damage to a $160,000 car with a few hundred miles on the clock. After talking with a service representative he wanted to brush off the damage as nothing and to get a somebody to the rims, he was very dismissive of the damage oh we need to look at the cameras as if to say I was lying. I was directed to pull up in front of this warehouse, after standing there for a minute some guy come over and starting asking why the car was part washed, I pointed and explained what happened, he again was oh let's check the cameras, I know somebody who can sort this out, he was dismissive about the tire damage. I was asked to go take a look at the camera footage which I headed inside to an office and was then told it would take hours to trawl footage when it had only just happened. I was told once again he would find somebody to sort it out. On a brand new car of that value their is not a sort it out with a tin a spray and a Tyre repair kit it's a your replacing the damage with new rims and tires ! I was getting pretty frustrated by the don't care attitude of this establishment not really any care or concern at all looking at some of the comments it seems this is a regular issue it's clear the machinery is worn out and the operators don't know how to program the equipment properly. As my frustrations grew I was asked to leave the facility which I did and went to a respected company near by. read more

We had a discount coupon for Jupiter Inlet Car Wash where I have never had my car washed. I actually had very little knowledge about this car wash, but I was interested to determine if this will be my future 'Go to" car wash. We waited on a short line and finally reached the price board. Since I was only interested in an outside & inside cleaning, I chose the Dolphin Wash. Once I entered the Car Wash store, I found all kinds of retail items for sale. Somewhat surprised me since this was the first car wash I have been to that you can buy clothing, a cooler, birthday cards, or books while waiting for your car. I stayed away from all of the retail distractions and just paid for the wash, then waited for my car outside where they had seating. I have provided a Yelp four star rating for this wash because they miss a few spots on our windshield, which my partner could not stop complaining about. For me, it was not a big deal. I will come back again and we shall see if the windshield is spotless this time. read more

Inlet car wash is where you bring your car if it's already 99% clean. If there are any Palm tree dots, bugs, or road grime this isn't the place for you. If you get the monthly plan and use it it's a good value. Workers don't like you to point out missed spots either. If you need it to be clean you have to pay for the full detail or pre-treat and wipe the bugs and pollen BEFORE you take it here. My cars are brand new and garage kept and washed weekly and I still need to wipe off the missed spots most of the time. Bright notes: great gift shop and customer waiting area and they work fast. They do good on wheels and tires too! read more

This place charges over DOUBLE what I normally pay at the Shell wash by 95 on Indiantown and they do a horrific job. I have visited this wash once prior and was left disappointed as well but I wanted to give them a second chance thinking maybe this was a one off bad experience...however, my second visit left me equally discouraged. I paid $80 for the deep clean hand washing and there were still sticky messes from our dogs all over the back seats/doors and bug splats still covered the wind shield! I took it back to be cleaned a second time and they acted like I was in the wrong....I wish I took more photos. Can't believe this place. read more

I have been a local customer of this veteran owned business since they opened and as of late, their quality has really gone downhill! Not just their basic car wash services, but their "professional" detailing as well. Today I brought my wife's car in for their top-of-the-line complete exterior detail service (NOT their cheap express service but their complete detail service) and it was returned to me covered with water spots and swirl marks and looked terrible! Totally unacceptable and management on duty DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to try to remedy this finish disaster except to make it worse by trying to use a cloth with some wax on it! Gunnar - shame that you have let your business go so-far downhill - and shame that you have lost me as a customer! read more

I love and have used this place almost exclusively for years, but lately I feel their quality has slowly gone downhill. This past Thursday took my car in. When it came out and after it was detailed I had to have someone come back and wipe the roof again as there was bird dropping that had not been washed off and no one noticed in the dry off / detail area. Then once I drove away I noticed the windshield still had wiper marks showing and hadn't been wiped and tires and wheels were still dirty. Tried calling to possible alert them to malfunctioning equipment but phone was never answered. Are they becoming mediocre or less? I'm not sure but I will be paying a lot better attention to details going forward- since they don't seem to be read more

This car wash has gotten terrible. I have been a loyal customer for several years now. In the last year, the service has gone way down. I brought my car in to get washed and the inside rear windows were not cleaned. My wife brought he car in and the front and back windows were dirtier when she left. They are using dirty cloths to clean the windows. The dirt swirls where they did the windows makes them look worse. I spoke to the manager and he said bring it back. When my wife brought it back and told the guy what happened he said the manager isn/t here and " if you want hamburger don't go to Burger King" meaning if you order the $20 wash VS the $24 wash you windows might not get cleaned. Well my friend two things are for sure I don't eat meat and I don't get my cars washed by you anymore. The prices went up and the quality went down. GOOD BYE. read more

They do a great car wash but I have to say before I left Jupiter in March I asked them to take my credit card off file and to not charge me monthly anymore I signed what I had to and I have called numerous times seeing my card being charged monthly I called they said they'd take care of it for me it is now September yet another month of them charging my credit card and when I called they were very unhelpful telling me she can't find my paper I signed and that she can't take my card off file and won't stop charging my card I'm sick of it read more

This is supposed to be the best car wash in the Jupiter area, and has been until recently. They are now using hard bristle scrub brushes to clean the front and rear of most cars/SUV's because "the machine doesn't get all of it". Definitely not the treatment expected at the upper level wash in town. Maybe invest in new/better equipment or use sponges instead of hard brushes on paint. I know most don't care, but some of us know car care and what to expect. C'mon Jupiter Inlet Car Wash, you can do better! read more
