Paid $35 for wash that was to include interior dash and cup holders. Neither were cleaned. Looked over and noticed numerous items that had been in my door's side compartment on the ground. Not sure how that happened??? Those items might still be laying on the ground. Had I not gone over and pick them up. Washed did not even remove bird dropping from my highly coated paint. This is the best car wash in Jupiter. They always do a great job and very friendly. The store inside always has great gifts!

First of all, they told me that my $20 off any detail coupon was only for full details, not express details. They were done with my express detail in about 15 minutes. They did a crappy job, had no apologies, and even the outside of the car didn't look really that clean. If you're going to spend the money on any detail at a car wash, get the mini detail at Mint Eco. It is about $10 more expensive but they do an amazing job. read more

I took my brand new 2025 Cadillac CT4 V Blackwing with less than 3k miles here on recommendation of a close friend and my car came out with swirls and micro-scratches across the entire body. Not to mention the massive gash where the clearcoat and paint was stripped off on the roof of the car it's clear they don't take care of any of their equipment. Well well, As a resident of Jupiter inlet, I came in with all day sun baked car covered in spots and road dirt, I paid for the top of the line Exterior wash and detail, 89.The had an exterior option that seemed great for 49? Or less I believe, good for people who go more often than twice a year like myself. Also there was a deal at 89 for exterior + interior and lots more, but my car was quite full of Beach supplies, bags what not. Not only did they buff it back to almost perfection, my wheels look slicker than the photos I looked at to buy the car. On top of that, they graciously cleaned my floor mats at interior windows, dash/ mirror wipe etc. Right on!! Walking into the the shop I was taken back, couldn't keep my mouth shut from the shock. It's a boutique!! Full of yeti products, party supplies for ladies tee time or on the way your gals party, travel books, and some picture ready pricey nice ladies clothing and beach accessories. Don't worry guys there's a sitting area with drinks for sale or my favorite the outdoor tiki hut full of super nice adirondack chairs to watch your baby get pampered. Visited the facility today to have my brand new BMW I7 washed outside only, the machine operator entered the wrong wash code which in turn saw me get stuck in the wash tunnel blocked as there were blocks from stopping the car from moving forwards, instructed by there employees to keep moving forwards once they had stopped the equipment from operating. After exiting the tunnel it was clear that the rims and front tire had sustained serious damage to a $160,000 car with a few hundred miles on the clock. After talking with a service representative he wanted to brush off the damage as nothing and to get a somebody to the rims, he was very dismissive of the damage oh we need to look at the cameras as if to say I was lying. I was directed to pull up in front of this warehouse, after standing there for a minute some guy come over and starting asking why the car was part washed, I pointed and explained what happened, he again was oh let's check the cameras, I know somebody who can sort this out, he was dismissive about the tire damage. I was asked to go take a look at the camera footage which I headed inside to an office and was then told it would take hours to trawl footage when it had only just happened. I was told once again he would find somebody to sort it out. On a brand new car of that value their is not a sort it out with a tin a spray and a Tyre repair kit it's a your replacing the damage with new rims and tires ! I was getting pretty frustrated by the don't care attitude of this establishment not really any care or concern at all looking at some of the comments it seems this is a regular issue it's clear the machinery is worn out and the operators don't know how to program the equipment properly. As my frustrations grew I was asked to leave the facility which I did and went to a respected company near by. read more

I hate to do this, 99.9% of my yelp reviews are 5 star, but I had the worst car wash ever at Jupiter Inlet Car Wash. I wouldn't post this if I had just gotten the basic cheap wash, but I paid for their top of the line interior and exterior full service wash, wax, shampoo, etc. They missed entire parts of the vehicle that weren't washed or waxed. I keep my truck exquisite, so it was clean to begin with, but a few places needed cleaning, like a few coffee drips around the cup holder and they completely missed them. I'll stick with the $7.99 touch free wash from now on, it does a better job! read more

Inlet car wash is where you bring your car if it's already 99% clean. If there are any Palm tree dots, bugs, or road grime this isn't the place for you. If you get the monthly plan and use it it's a good value. Workers don't like you to point out missed spots either. If you need it to be clean you have to pay for the full detail or pre-treat and wipe the bugs and pollen BEFORE you take it here. My cars are brand new and garage kept and washed weekly and I still need to wipe off the missed spots most of the time. Bright notes: great gift shop and customer waiting area and they work fast. Somewhat surprised me since this was the first car wash I have been to that you can buy clothing, a cooler, birthday cards, or books while waiting for your car. I stayed away from all of the retail distractions and just paid for the wash, then waited for my car outside where they had seating. I have provided a Yelp four star rating for this wash because they miss a few spots on our windshield, which my partner could not stop complaining about. For me, it was not a big deal. I have visited this wash once prior and was left disappointed as well but I wanted to give them a second chance thinking maybe this was a one off bad experience...however, my second visit left me equally discouraged. Today I brought my wife's car in for their top-of-the-line complete exterior detail service (NOT their cheap express service but their complete detail service) and it was returned to me covered with water spots and swirl marks and looked terrible! I love and have used this place almost exclusively for years, but lately I feel their quality has slowly gone downhill. This past Thursday took my car in. When it came out and after it was detailed I had to have someone come back and wipe the roof again as there was bird dropping that had not been washed off and no one noticed in the dry off / detail area. Then once I drove away I noticed the windshield still had wiper marks showing and hadn't been wiped and tires and wheels were still dirty. Tried calling to possible alert them to malfunctioning equipment but phone was never answered. Are they becoming mediocre or less? I brought my car in to get washed and the inside rear windows were not cleaned. My wife brought he car in and the front and back windows were dirtier when she left. They are using dirty cloths to clean the windows. The dirt swirls where they did the windows makes them look worse. I spoke to the manager and he said bring it back. When my wife brought it back and told the guy what happened he said the manager isn/t here and " if you want hamburger don't go to Burger King" meaning if you order the $20 wash VS the $24 wash you windows might not get cleaned. This is supposed to be the best car wash in the Jupiter area, and has been until recently. They are now using hard bristle scrub brushes to clean the front and rear of most cars/SUV's because "the machine doesn't get all of it". Definitely not the treatment expected at the upper level wash in town. Maybe invest in new/better equipment or use sponges instead of hard brushes on paint.
