We came in to get our car washed around 30 minutes before they closed. When they cleaned it, not only did they miss a spot, they somehow managed to destroy the rear view mirror mount. Instead of telling me this, they let me leave and drive further in the parking lot. The mirror was dangling in its socket so every time the car turned, it would swing like a pendulum. There is no way they did not notice that they broke this but they left before we could ask them to fix it and their sign specifically says they are not responsible for mirrors, which makes me believe they break them all the time. We then had to spend another two hours at O'Reilly's fixing their mistake and even then, it's not completely fixed. All of this for a car that was left with soap streaks and beach sand in the mats. read more

I loved coming here bc they did a great job cleaning my car but I noticed every time I picked my car up, I'd have a new car dent (same "U" shape, same place) where they'd open the drivers door and smack it into something. At the entrance as you pull your car in, there are pine cones used to divide the area into two rows, when only one car can enter the carwash at a time, it causes confusion. Please consider removing the pine cones. read more

Took my car for a car wash and detail asked for some tiny ink stain to be removed. Was told it was impossible to do so the stain remain. As for the general cleaning it was sun standard. By the way I googled how to remove ink stain and was able to remove it myself. Not recommended. read more

Asked to speak with the owner about the damage the employees had done to my car and he refused. Since i was parking to ask about the services the guy not even say hi He waited for me to ask "what do you recommend/suggest for me and I guess he couldn't answer" Payed $24 for a car wash were they need to wipe the doors w a wet rack right? I bought my wife's range rover in to be clean and not only did they do a fabulous job inside and out they also sat in the cupholder several $20 bills that my wife had probably lost behind the seat or over the visor. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to this wash and paid $60 for the "managers special" which was described as a "mini detail". This took approximately an hour and a half. I transport my dog in my car sometimes and there is dog hair on my back seat floors. After the wash, it appeared as though the detailer didn't even attempt to vacuum the dog hair from the floor board! Included in this mini detail is a hand wax on the exterior. The wax was so bad I had to go home and redo it myself. It appears as though this car wash only cares about turn over and there is no attention to detail. There was also trash and old receipts flying all over the waiting area outside. I will not be back to this car wash, ever. read more

They left my door jams filthy. Carpets were sort of vacuumed, still had dirty areas. Paid for the Ultimate but didn't get what I paid for. I sat and watched the workers as they processed cars and 3 different workers were wiping the same area repeatedly to make it look like they are busy doing something but not one of them was bending down to wipe out door jams! read more

Definitely the best car wash around. The employees are hard working and do a great job, even during very busy times. I have heard they are treated very well compared to some of the other places and that could be what makes all the difference. I think they're still working out some communication glitches between management and team members but it seems like the owner does care and wants to provide the customers with the best service he can. I have tried this car wash 2 times. First time they added shiner onto my seats for the door and dash part, half the dash was wiped down the other half was never touched didn't catch it till the next day since it was dark. They offered to redo the wash. Next time I went the car wash was super spotty on the outside, took forever to get the car back on a very slow part of the day they left mine in the middle to work on a different car (all of them went to the other one) then once the car that was done that came out behind mine they came back to finish it. Under part of my car looked untouched for the undercarriage part that comes with the car wash. Prices are more then others but this is closer to my house so was hoping I would like it but save ur money go else where. read more

Went there today. Noticed someone stole a cigar, I had in the console. Called them and asked to speak to the manager. I had to explain to the girl that answered, why I wanted to talk to the manager. "Supposedly", another girl got on the phone. When I asked if this was the manager, she hesitated and said she was the assistant manager. Completely sounded like the same girl, that answered the phone. She immediately said, "we don't steal". I said but, you did. She said again, "we don't steal". I said, that's the most arrogant response for a manager. She hung up on me. Yeah, that's professional. And then proceeded to not answer the phone, when I kept calling back. Seemed to be a very efficient car wash. They did a good job on the inside. When I got home and looked at the front of the car, half the bugs were still smashed on the car. He decided to be a smart ass when I preferred to keep a foot of distance... His machines have had technical issues in the past... His employees have shared that with me as to why they had to close early... But I'm supposed to entrust my new car to it...I don't think so! BEWARE that this car wash is the very best there is in the Treasure Coast HOWEVER their working hours may not be reliable. They may randomly close beforehand because of rain and they ALWAYS effectively close at least 15 minutes beforehand claiming that their tunnel shuts down at least 15 minutes before the end of their business day. Even if you call ahead and you are told that they are open until the certain period of time ("Today we are open until 3:00 PM" I was told) be aware that they will not be open until that period of time because of shutting down at least 15 minutes prior to stated hours. They randomly shut early on rainy days. If they are only going to take vehicles up until 15 minutes before closing hours then they should state that in advertising and on their signage and their person answering the phone should say so. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and although the work is very good, and I love Brooke and I love Saul (AMAZING employee -- ask for him) who works out in detail and on the cars, this issue with closing the tunnel down early should be stated up front and definitely should be told to the customer who calls at 3:30 and arrives at 3:47 only to find out that they will not wash your vehicle and by the way? Paid $38 for a wash and I had to wipe the car down again because they use dirty clothes to dry the cars. Everyone is very nice but the short girls can't reach over the cars to properly clean the windows. For the price my wheels we're still dirty. I went at a slow time but, they are so busy don't even try to talk to a manager, he was dealing with a customer who's mirror was damaged.
