If you value your rear window defroster, DONT go here. I asked 3 times if the back window was going to be a problem and 3 times I was told it would be fine. HA! Not only did they break it, they lost the connector that goes on the clip. Very unprofessional! After arguing with me, and trying to give me every excuse she could think of...she finally pointed to a sign and said We're Not Responsible! Each time they charge me to have it redone instead of replacing it for free since they acknowledged both times that the tint they were using wasn't good tint.
