The employees were very friendly, very professional, and did a great job. When I went to pick up my car they had done the passenger side window as well. They wanted to match the windows and tint color. Surprise! They did not even charge me for the extra window. I don't think I've ever gotten better service or product in my life. First of all, I had to change the time of my appointment. Then, they had problems installing the tint on the rear window...it is a very difficult car to work on (240 sx). When the installer had difficulty making it perfect, she upgraded the tint, no charge to me. She still couldn't get perfect, she is, by the way, a very talented professional in her craft. Therefore, she rescheduled an appointment for next week so she could get the proper tint ordered. None of the problems were her fault, and she promised to get it right. Not happy with the service at all! Got it done a week and a half ago and there are bubbles in the back of my windshield and little specs in the front of my windshield. I've taken 3 cars here and have been more than satisfied with the results. They are very kind and quick. Even getting the lowest quality film installed, I have never had one bubble or wrinkle in any if my cars. It cost $125 for my car, plus $15 for the visor strip tint. I was here the other day and was taken care of quickly with out an appointment. They tinted two cars with in an hour and a half. So far the tint job looks flawless. They were even able to save our gate stickers so we didn't have to purchase new ones. Both the installers were very friendly as well as the woman behind the desk. Just a little tip. If you are willing to pay cash they are more likely to give you a discount. I've gone some where else in Stuart and was charged more for the same product and the job wasn't as nicely done. Another bonus is that this place has a computer cutter for the tint and of course they can do it by hand if you prefer the classic way. In the waiting room they have a little play area for the kids, TV for the adults, and a computer for you to surf the interweb while you wait. All around a good shop.
