I would agree that the equipment has not worked. my second time there and both times didn't work. I know, why did I go back?? BUT, the second time it happened I looked around and there was a card to fill out for a refund if you lost money. So, I filled out the card and pretty much figured I would never hear back. Well i received the $6 back that I lost and i have to say that you have to think better of a company that actually follows up on something like this!!! So, Hopefully they fix some of the equipment so people start to think better fo this place. Giving them 4 stars for getting back to me and the honesty of management!!! read more

terrible car wash I would never recommend anyone to come here. It cost over $10 to wash your car by yourself on your own and then the timer will run out and you only have one option is to spend another $10. I was using the touch free car wash and the the thing that goes around your car to rinse water water scratching the crap out of my car I had to move my car back and fourth to try to avoid the thing to keep hitting my car. I had to get my car out of there to inspect because I swear that thing scratch up my car. So now my car had soup and wasn't washed Right I wanted to get my money back but ofcourse there is no number or customer service to be found, I will never go here again!! read more

Never go to Waterway Car Wash if you intend to get a clean car. I brought my car there and went to the drive through car wash. When I got home, my car was absolutely filthy! I had to hand wash my car. It was all dirt! I paid for the most expensive wash and it did nothing but scratch up my car with dirt! This place should be closed down! read more

Why do I waste my time? Swore off this place several years ago but was desperate for a quick wash today. Place is filthy...had to spray a clean path to my car, there was so much mud, sand and beer caps on the ground. No chemicals in the system...just water on every setting. No soap, no spot free rinse. This place is a joke, there Is a 25% chance the foaming brush will actually dispense soap. Whether it's out of soap like usual or the hoses are kinked or leaking. Good luck trying to get your money back or find anyone to talk to. Avoid this car wash at all costs, your car will be cleaner just leaving it in a rain storm. I went through the auto wash in Bay4. After spraying presoak solution on my car it stopped working. That was $12. I had to use a manual bay to wash it off. Another $6. Don't waste your money. I used it on Sunday, 11/11 and I wish I had read the other reviews first. It only sort of cleaned the drivers side of my car, the left was not touched. I had to come home and wash it by hand. It was a waste of $10.00. I really don't know how to report the problem but it doesn't clean your car. Beware. read more

Last time I came in for a car wash, I couldn't find a vacuum that worked well, and ran the car through the wash, it sounded like it did a great job, but left me with a streak down the back of the car and did a terrible job on all the corners. I called and left VM, hoping the owner would call back and offer to give me another wash, once the machines were fixed, but never heard a single word. I went through the automatic car wash and the soap sprayer hit my bumper, stopped working, and then dragged up over my hood and roof denting my hood and roof. I was told i was paying $6 and then was charged $10 for a half soapy car and a huge dent that is impossible to get out. in total i lost $12 after having to rinse off the soap. read more

Tried the drive through bay but car wash never went on...waited with my car tire placed properly in the track...NOTHING. Drove out of the bay and some foam soap dropped down onto the concrete. Waterway ran the $5 fee on my credit card a month later!
