I would agree that the equipment has not worked. my second time there and both times didn't work. I know, why did I go back?? BUT, the second time it happened I looked around and there was a card to fill out for a refund if you lost money. So, I filled out the card and pretty much figured I would never hear back. Well i received the $6 back that I lost and i have to say that you have to think better of a company that actually follows up on something like this!!! So, Hopefully they fix some of the equipment so people start to think better fo this place. Giving them 4 stars for getting back to me and the honesty of management!!! read more

Went to this car wash it scanned my credit card but none of the functions on the washer worked. I waited till it timed down and it charged me almost 7 dollars for absolutely nothing when I called the phone number for the business. It was no longer in service.! read more

terrible car wash I would never recommend anyone to come here. It cost over $10 to wash your car by yourself on your own and then the timer will run out and you only have one option is to spend another $10. Why do I waste my time? Swore off this place several years ago but was desperate for a quick wash today. Place is filthy...had to spray a clean path to my car, there was so much mud, sand and beer caps on the ground. No chemicals in the system...just water on every setting. No soap, no spot free rinse. Just water. Abysmal. read more

Never go to Waterway Car Wash if you intend to get a clean car. I brought my car there and went to the drive through car wash. When I got home, my car was absolutely filthy! I had to hand wash my car. It was all dirt! I paid for the most expensive wash and it did nothing but scratch up my car with dirt! This place should be closed down! read more

Greg K. Second time the ultimate was was malfunctioning. No way to contact anyone.. Will be the last time if it isn't made good..

This place is a joke, there Is a 25% chance the foaming brush will actually dispense soap. Whether it's out of soap like usual or the hoses are kinked or leaking. Good luck trying to get your money back or find anyone to talk to. Avoid this car wash at all costs, your car will be cleaner just leaving it in a rain storm. Any reviews over 1 star must be from ownership. read more

I went through the auto wash in Bay4. After spraying presoak solution on my car it stopped working. That was $12. I had to use a manual bay to wash it off. Another $6. The phone number listed is disconnected so I will not get a refund. Because this car wash does not consistently work, I will not return. read more

Don't waste your money. I used it on Sunday, 11/11 and I wish I had read the other reviews first. It only sort of cleaned the drivers side of my car, the left was not touched. I had to come home and wash it by hand. It was a waste of $10.00. I really don't know how to report the problem but it doesn't clean your car. Beware. read more

This place needs a phone number! Charged me twice and I can't get a hold of any manager!

Last time I came in for a car wash, I couldn't find a vacuum that worked well, and ran the car through the wash, it sounded like it did a great job, but left me with a streak down the back of the car and did a terrible job on all the corners. I called and left VM, hoping the owner would call back and offer to give me another wash, once the machines were fixed, but never heard a single word. I will not spend another quarter at this facility. read more

How many stars would you give a place that has broken machines that take your money, and don't release it. No attendants to help. Waste of time. And to add insult to injury, the person who watched the nightmare jumped ahead of me and took the next available car wash booth. Their number doesn't work either. Buyer beware. read more

Terrible, the automated wash miscalibrated stopped with soap all over my car and charged me anyway!
