Worst car wash EVER! Come here if you want to pay $15 to wash and dry your own vehicle. I had limited time to get car washed-well I had to VACUUM the whole vehicle and wipe all the windows inside and out. All they do is pass your vehicle through the water jets and clean the tires. NO WAX. They just want to make money with detailing services. That is it! I paid $15 to get my car washed by someone-well that is NOT what they do here. To do it myself I would have done it at home and FREE. Please do not waste your money like I did. Do not be fooled by the sign 'Jupiter Hand Car Wash'. Go across the street. I came here because in the past it was an AMAZING car wash. Wish I would have read the reviews before stopping here. read more

Just tried to fill my car up with gas. Put credit card in, picked gas grade, put nozzle in tank pressed level for gas to began. Gas started to flow for 20 seconds at the most I think. Then pump stopped after 20 seconds. It showed that I put 13.21 gallons into my tank within a 20second period. I did not. It showed that my credit card was billed 51.26 for no gas entering my vehicle. Not a drop. Just so you understand my credit card was charged 51.26 for ZERO gas. The worse of it was calmly going into the store to explain. I was sure someone who come out after understanding the situation and reset it. Nope just met with a rude don't care attitude. I was given my receipt saying talk to the person tomorrow. Person behind counter didn't care. The receipt shows $51.36 was charged for 13.21 gallons of gas I never received. Which would not tell the person on Monday what happened. I could not get anything from the person behind the counter to enter any information that stated my issue. I have lived in Jupiter for 34 years. I have purchased gas at that same Shell station for many of those years. Why are they stealing from their customers now? No way to reach the owner. Person behind counter was rude, and unhelpful. They could care less. Beware. Don't not risk being billed for gas you will never receive. read more

I could deal with the unfriendly staff and sketchy people coming in to buy a can of beer with pocket change if they actually did a good job of washing your car. Unfortunately this is not the case. I have been here multiple times and this past weekend was the last. The employees seem to take no pride in their work. There was still traces of bird crap on the passenger door that I cleaned off myself when I got home. They seemed to clean only half of the inside of the windshield and left streaks on the parts they did. They didn't fully wipe down whatever they used to spray the interior surfaces which left a wet residue all over. When I went to pick up the car, the guy I showed the receipt to had a cigarette in his mouth. So much for that clean car smell. For the $20 I spent on the wash, I would have been better off giving it to the neighborhood kids to wash with a hose. There is a reason there are rarely any cars here getting washed. read more

So I just had a very unfortunate experience with the store keeper at his location. I live local and this is my gas station. In the past year I've had my credit card stolen 3 times at Jupiter gas stations. Two of those incidents were at this location. A week ago I drove in and saw all of the red "void" stickers we displaying the word "void". The whole point of these stickers is to protect customers from credit card theft. So I left and gassed up elsewhere. Today I showed up and the stickers all said VOID still. Since this store got my card stolen twice already, I decided to walk inside and tell them about the void stickers. I went in and told the man behind the counter that all of the stickers say VOID. He immediately had a very irritated tone and posture and said he knows. I asked him if he was going to change them, and explained my credit card got stolen there twice before. He replies I don't know where where my card got stolen (despite AMEX telling me exactly where it happened) and that I need to show him proof of my credit card fraud and stop blaming him. I was completely flabbergasted by his aggressiveness and attitude. I am a customer that USED to spend over $2K a year on gas at this station and I was trying to help him. I even told him most people like me just drive away (like I did the prior week) when they see tampered with stickers; especially people with my history of fraud issues and gas stations. Again he just got aggressive and told me to stop assigning blame. He told me eventually he opened all the pumps and that's why they say void. He said the locks were changed and there is only one key. I explained to him locks are easily picked by those who know how. My locksmith picked my front door in 5 seconds flat. I told him yet again the stickers cost pennies and that I am trying to help him; I also asked why use the stickers if you're not gonna change them when tampered with. The whole point of the sticker is that they never say void. If they say void you're suppose to report it and not use that pump. Well if there was a zero star option I would have used it. There has not been many encounters like this in my life where a store staffer was that rude to me. I'll take my 40 gallons a week next door where they aren't rude to me anytime I've been in there. read more

Look, if gas is $2.45 everywhere else in the State, and they are charging $2.99, and the answer to the question of, "Hey, why is gas so much here?" is, "Because we're right next to I-95 and we can," I say, EFF THAT. The absolute worst customer service. Beyond rude The manager made up a price all because he didn't want to wash my car. Granted my car was pretty gross after hurricane Irma... however I've never been treated so terrible. I literally said, " so you don't want to wash my car because it's too dirty for you?" He looked at me and replied most cars are not this dirty. I said you know that a hurricane just went through so yes some people's cars are more dirty than usual. He then just made up a price and I was baffled by it so I said you know this is a ridiculous price right and I can go someplace else? He said, then yes, please go someplace else! I wish I could select zero stars in order to write a review but I was forced to select 1 star. Just like other reviewers rudest people on the planet inside this station. Sad because I have had great car washes here as a local however the inside staff is aggressive, hostile, and combative! For some reason outside does not communicate with inside and vice versa. I had my car washed at Shell gas station 6751 Indiantown RD in Jupiter. They damaged my car & have taken NO responsibility for the damage. Ray the manager even suggested that the damage might have occurred from someone trying to steal my rims. I wish companies would take responsibilities for their actions. I was at this station 2 days ago and was trying to use my card at the pump but it was not working. The pump said Please see Attendant. I had my young daughter in the car with the window rolled down but the car was off to pump the gas. I ran inside the station to let the attendant know and he said he would cash me out there so he asked my pump number. Needless to say, it was not a busy day with lots of cars pumping gas, but I looked back at my car and told the attendant I was behind pump # 5 and my color and make of vehicle. Another attendant (a taller man) sweeping out of nowhere came over and started yelling at me for not knowing my pump number and that I should know it not ask and its my responsibility. He was completely rude and out of line. There is a way to say things no matter who you are speaking to and that was certainly not the way. I looked back at him and told him if his pump had taken my car I would not be in there to begin with and that totally infuriated him. So the attendant refused to sell me gas and in fact told me to GET OUT. Meanwhile a customer standing behind me though it was unbelievable how rude these men were and started taping the incident. This is completely unacceptable behaviour towards anyone and the worst service by far that I have ever experienced. I have been to this gas station before and witnessed the taller man being rude to others. People with this attitude and unprofessional character should not be in the service industry. They give SHELL a terrible name and I will now pump my gas at another gas station as it is not the only one there. Brutal! read more
