I have a Hyundai Tucson that was being serviced at the Hyundai dealership as part of my free service for purchasing the car. Well now that it's no longer free, and they did not offer coupons this month, I decided to take my car to Tire Kingdom (I work next door so this is the most convenient place for me). They were offering a great coupon for $100 oil change and free tire rotation! I made an appointment online, I went in the day of the appointment and someone helped me right away and got me all set up. I asked if it would be ready before lunch and they said yes. And it was! However, they notified me of a nail in the tire, as well as very worn down front brakes. I immediately ordered a new tire (I had road hazard so it would be covered) and I had it shipped direct to them. I was there the next couple of days to get the front brakes done (reasonable price) and then one day for my tire replacement. Both days, my car was ready before lunch and the whole thing went super smooth. I can attest that having car trouble and maintenance can be annoying, but they made it very easy! I had an appointment at Firestone down the street and they kept me waiting for over 45 min without even looking at my car. Frustrated, I made an appointment with Tire Kingdom down the street. They were $15.00 less for an alignment, prompt and respectful of my time. To top that off,Shawn applied a coupon and brought the price down by $30.00! Great service in the past. Last 2 times forget it. Time before last, I had to wait about an hour and a half for an oil change. They said they had "limited staff." This time I made an appointment the day before and when I arrived the worker said he showed no listings for my name and that they were swamped and a worker had called out. I told him that I had problems last time I was there and a worker calling out has nothing to do with me. He said I may have been scheduled through a call center. I needed the oil changed because I was going out of town and it was due. No organization anymore at this place and they don't seem to realize that customer service is what keeps people coming back. They were ready for my appointment when I showed up, and a little over one hour later I was on my way with a new tire for the price they quoted over the phone. I think I experienced as close to a scam as humanly possible. I registered for an appointment to get my air conditioning done. To their credit they looked at it the same day I gave my car to them unlike a dealership would. I receive a call halfway through the day saying that they couldn't fix my air conditioning because the last people to have worked on it put the wrong Freon in my car. They explained this meant they couldn't touch my cars AC without messing up their own machine so I understand why they wouldn't want to mess with it. Fast forward to the bill and they charge $200 just to look at it! But fine, I get it, the cost of "labor" is expensive ($200 an hour is pretty expensive though.) Later, I realize I might save myself some money on a diagnostic if I have a write up from this place saying what the issue they discovered is. I call them back and they said they keep no such records. I'm not the most well spoken in cars, but what kind of operation are we running here where there's no written record of the people you see and the things you do or don't do for them. Isn't that some sort of legal liability? Fast forward to once I get my AC actually fixed from a dealership and the dealership replaces the whole compressor because it was cracked. My AC works great now which screams to me that Tire Kingdom essentially made it up about the wrong Freon being in there. The odds of both things being true seem low and I'd imagine they would've noticed a broken compressor if the had actually done any sort of due diligence. I can't completely assume they didn't not look at my AC but the outcome from the dealership doesn't inspire much confidence. read more

Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation - oil change they didn't even reset the mileage. I'm not sure they even rotated my tires which I asked and paid for. Told me I needed back brakes immediately and the front brakes were bad. This is two months ago - took the car to my regular mechanic today and he said the brakes are fine and no problems - wouldn't deal with this place at all ever again and I'd be real careful going to any Tire Kingdom!! read more

DO NOT go here for anything. Even something as simple as an oil change turned out to be a nightmare. They have too many appointments booked and not enough care goes into each customer. Had an oil change with them and as I'm driving to my doctors appointment I noticed smoke coming from my engine bay. I pull over and I read my oil stick and it's dangerously low. Pretty much no oil left in my car low. I drive back and they tell me they forget to screw something on and I was leaking oil... I was driving for about an hour on little to no oil. They didn't offer anything as far as a compensation for the mess up. They topped my oil off and that's all. Now my car smells of burning oil anytime I turn on my car because it leaked all over. read more

The staff was very professional. The gentleman that greeted me at the front Desk was easy to work with He was service oriented. I came back to tire King because my wife had trouble when I was not at home, she went down to tire king, they manage to take care of the problem with the tire quickly and without a service charge. They did it as a hospitality. The issue was small, but that courteous response made my wife feel so much better. So when I needed service, I called Yire King, they quickly scheduled an appointment, I showed up, they were waiting, did the work at the price that was quoted, no issues, and things have been good with the car since I pulled out. Decided to try these guys again. Found a nail in my tire. Drove in and met Octavio. He was very helpful in detailing why my tire could not be repaired and showed me the wear on the tread of the tires. He suggested that I purchase at the very least a new set of back tires. He gave me a price and I also looked up new tire prices and found a better price online. He said to have them shipped to them directly and call to make appt for mounting and balancing once they were ordered. I called after they were ordered to get an appointment as I did not have the luxury of dropping off a car for the day. I was told Octavio out on leave and I could not schedule an appointment in advance. I also had to schedule online. I attempted to do while on the phone and there was no option for mounting and balancing. Then I was told to call back after they delivered and they would " get me in". I called the same hour they were delivered to Tire Kingdom and was put on hold for 30 minutes while they "try to find the tires" despite agreeing there was an employee with the name signed for the delivery there. Regardless I was told they only option I would have is to drop off my car and it would be ready by the end of the day (7 hours later). I explained this was not possible and I would like to wait. I was told I should have made an appointment. At this point, I was done. I immediately picked up the tires and drove to Firestone. Firestone completed the work in 40 minutes after I arrived. Sadly Tire Kingdom has continued poor customer service at the Juno beach location. It's too small of an area for poor customer service. And I really hoped they changed but sadly history repeated itself. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! read more

I'm happy that I can go into a tire shop like this place and the customer service reps are knowledgeable and able to help you with genuine care and honesty. I've used this location several times in the past. Last time I was here about 6 months ago- bought two tires specifically for the front. They put them on the back. When I asked why they said well for rear drive cars they should go on the back- I told them the car is all wheel drive and I wanted the best on the front. Oh well. This week bought two more tires. Called and specified I wanted the same as six months ago and they said come right down. Except their website said that store didn't have them....so I asked them to check and oh no. Need to order them so come Tuesday. Tuesday I show- who are you? Why are you here? What car??? Oh they should be in later just leave the car....ok at closing time they call and say oh the tires never came. But they should be here in the morning. Next day I call about noon. Oh they're on the way should be done by 4....i call at 5. Where's my car? Oh no the tires are supposed to be here, they show that they are here but we can't find them. Please tomorrow we will have your car ready. Guess what. Noon Thursday...3 pm....4:30 I call. What's happening is my car ready? It'll be ready we promise at 6 pm. No. Not ready. 7 ? Not yet. Hard to get mad when it's just a screwball operation. No one knows what's going on or what to do. read more

Like many I am sure I had a tire go bad on the road. I called the store as I was nearby and asked how much to patch the tire. Brad told me $25. Which was a very fair price. 5 minutes later I was in the store. Brad told me $25 as I drive a Prius with 15" tires. I then asked how much for a new tire. They gave me a fair price I ended up getting 2 tires. BUT my dilemma was their wait was 1.5 - 3 hours. I needed to be at poll training for the election in 2 hours. Brad a salesman understood and took it upon himself to say he would do the service. We agreed and he went right off and started my car. They HAD my tires in stock which was great my regular tire place I called and they did not. So Tire Kingdom really took great care of me!!! read more

10 am scheduled appt for an oil change, car taken back at 11 am. Car remains on the rack at 3 pm. due to oil filter not being delivered and not followed up on. Do not come here unless you have a day or two to waste, if you do, say "hi" cause I will probably still be here waiting. The one bright spot at this location is Sol who is the woman who works upfront constantly putting out fires. I have gone to Tire Kingdom several times, just to make sure every season my car is fine to take the long trip back up north. They always are honest and priced way below what BMW charges. My car service light came yesterday so I drove right to Tire Kingdom. Immediately I was met w Ronald Doon. He followed me to my car and after a few minutes told me it was just my gas tank lid not secure tightly enough. I asked him for a bill and he told me not to worry about it. DO NOT take you car here. They try to tell you that you need work done that you in fact do not need. I bought 4 tires for my Lexus IS 350 there in May and was initially happy BUT a few weeks later I was driving on the 95 interstate and heard a loud bang like I was hit by something but there was no one near me and nothing in the road. It sounded like I came from the wheel well, so I thought it must have been a balancing weight. I returned to the store and reported what happened and asked them to check my tires, weights and balance and was told that there was "no way it was a weight that came off" and it would be a couple hours before they could do anything. So I left since I was assured it was not a weight and I would feel it if it was out of balance. 2000 miles later I begin to feel my cars front end shimmy when I applied my brakes. Looking at my paperwork for the purchase of my tires, I saw that they reported the incorrect mileage of my vehicles at that time, 5500 miles more than what was actually on my car. So I called to make any appointment to have them rebalance and align my tires and correct the odometer reading previously reported. They could not find my name or records of the purchase in their computer system and told me to bring it in for an appointment 2 days later. The women making the appointment didn't even ask for my information to make the appointment, I had to ask her if she was going to take it so she knew who the appointment was for. I get to the store and no appointment was made in the computer. I'm told it would take 1 hr to 1 hr and 45 min, so I waited there. 2 hours later I'm told that it was my brakes and that I needed both new brakes and rotors but they could not do it then, so I'd have to bring the car back in at another time. I asked them to please do the balance and alignment now and give me a price quote. They did and quoted me almost $800. I asked why they had to do the rotors and was told they can't replace the brakes without new rotors too. Knowing that is not true I called the Lexus dealer for a quote and was told it' would cost $400 for brakes and IF rotors were needed it would be $700 total. Before leaving the store I was told it would be just a few more minute because they were checking the air in my tires. When I got in the car I check the tire pressure and they had only put air in 1 of the tires, 6 psi more than the other 3. When I got home I inflated the other 3 tires so all had the same psi. The next weekend I took a trip on the 95 interstate and discovered there was no longer any shimmy when I braked and in fact my brakes felt perfectly fine and I DID NOT need brakes AND/OR rotors. read more

I decided to bring my car here to get my tires rotated and wheels aligned. I had previously had positive experience here with just basic tpms issue and found them to be helpful so I decided to come back. I found Nathaniel and Roland to be very helpful as well as the mechanic I interacted with. I've had negative experiences at other Tire Kingdoms so I was totally prepared for illiterate service. Quite the opposite. They charge fair price for good work. I also wanted to get my fluids done here but unfortunately the fluids they use here I cannot use on my Porsche. I asked them if I could bring my own OEM equivalent fluids and they said yes but the markup prices are not worth it so I will go to a local mechanic for that. My car requires Mobil 1 and they only have Valvoline. They did tell me they can do it with Mobil 1 and price was fair so I will be back for oil change in due time. Excellent service, fair price and caring employees. Unlike any other tire places(including discount tires). Reminded me of Costco tires. I would highly recommend them! Ask for Nathaniel. read more

Good Service, Excellent staff, and great prices. I have used this shop before and have always been pleased. Today, I visited them and they were more that helpful diagnosing my Acura's problem. Even though the issue was outside their scope of work, both the mechanic working on the diagnostic, and Ottavio Mdollum explained what the issue was and how I should proceed to get it fixed. Very helpful to me in dealing with an unusual auto problem, and as a result I can highly recommend this Tire Kingdom to all. They also gave me a great price on a tire for future replacement. I really like this location and the attentive management that assist you at the kiosks. Upon entering, you can check in to reserve your spot, and once you do, they begin calling you by your first name - a nice dealership feel. They have a loft area with seating that overlooks the bays where your car is being worked on. They also have a single-serve coffee maker as well as filtered water or water bottles (which I don't prefer due to the excess use of plastic). A lot of natural light fills this location which doesn't leave you feeling like you're sitting in a dungeon and don't know what time it is. The folks that run the store are fair, accommodating and knowledgeable. You can leave your car if it's going to be awhile and get a ride somewhere in their courtesy vehicle. I was in town over the weekend with a rental car that had the TPMS warning show up on the dash. I pulled in to ask if this was common to the BMW rental I had. Nate said that the air pressure can fluctuate when big storms roll through. He had me drive up to the bay where filled each tire and reset the TPMS. Nate deserves 10 stars for his friendly service. Instead of allowing me to make on appointment over the phone I was referred to make the appointment online. The appointment was scheduled for 09/20/2023 for 11:00 AM. Showing up at my scheduled time this morning I was informed that there was a long wait because they still didn't start on the 10:00AM appointments. When I called in for this appointment the first available time was 11:00AM and the rest of the day was actually open. Something regarding his excuse didn't make any sense. The recommendation to wait for three hours or leave the car was not an option. He informed me that I can come in tomorrow at 8:00 or 8:30 AM and I will be the first in line. I failed to be understanding since I am the one who had to get ready and drive 7 miles for this appointment and excuse and apologies did not make the situation any better. He also informed that the appointment can be made on phone, but the point is who answered the phone didn't. I am very disappointed in their conduct. read more

This is my fourth visit with the same issue in less than 6 week. Slow leak rear tire, last time I waiting 2 hours for the inspection and outcome. Drive home , still slow leak! This fourth time I instructed then exactly on how I wanted the tire inspected. Remove from rim , visual internal inspection, clean rim bead area replace Tire Pressure Monitor Gasket, refit tire and balance. The Sales guys went out and explained to the fitter my request twice (once at my request) because he wasn't following instructions. One hour later I went out and explained what needed to be done. After watching the fitter wander around and wasting as much time as possible he has finally started to complete the request . Ordinarily I wouldn't comment on something I had little experience with however, after 10 years in the Tire and rubber industry 7 of which was spent as a retail store Manager this has got to be the worst display of customer service I have had the displeasure of being a part of!
