I love coming to this place so much more than jiffy lube or any other chain. They're always so polite and do not try to pressure you into buying anything. They will of course give you suggestions, but it's not in a pushy shovey way. They also always have coupons on their website so you don't have to go searching for them all over the internet or waiting for them to come in the mail or something. I think it is a few dollars more than jiffy lube, but it always well worth it because they are just so nice and never give you a problem. read more

Do not go to Valvoline in Jupiter , Fl! They changed the oil in my 2021 VW Jetta R-Line improperly and my car's engine seized 4 miles after leaving Valvoline. My car had in 14,000 miles on it. At first they apologized and said they would take care of me, but soon after discovering their mistake and how much it was going to cost, they denied responsibility and blamed Volkswagen. They called me the next day and said you need to come get your car and have it towed somewhere else than here and haven't been in contact since. I had the vehicle towed to Volkswagen who said the car needed a new engine and turbocharger and it wasn't covered under warranty due to Valvoline's negligence and that it would be $8,900!! I had to file an insurance claim and Geico said it would be covered as Vandalism and that Valvoline was responsible. My deductible was $1,500 out of my pocket and then it took VW almost 2 months to get all the parts it needed to change the engine and turbo charger. I couldn't wait that long and ended up having to trade the vehicle in at a loss and buy a new vehicle! VALVOLINE SUCKS!!! read more

Went there for an oil change and air filter change. Two hour wait to get in a bay. Got a quote for the oil change, air filter, cabin air filter, and new wiper blades. (I don't have anything special, just a 2019 Kia Sorrento). This all would have cost me $200!!! Needless to say, I said no thanks, just the oil change. P.S. I ordered an air filter and cabin air filter from amazon. Total of BOTH items was $35.00. I'll get my wiper blades at Walmart. I know I'm paying for installation too, but that seemed way overpriced. DO NOT GO HERE. Got an oil change here because I didn't have time to do it myself. Went to change my oil as I typically do, and the whole bottom was soaked in oil after I cleaned the under carriage for two hours fixing another problem come to find out they didn't put a gasket in the oil filter.. Which is the least of my problems mainly running my car for 7,000 miles with half the oil. Hard to believe when the gasket is in the same box as the filter, let alone the one job of oil changes. Sometimes you have to get things done and have someone do it but no one is going to care for your things as much as you do. Start here do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else if you don't want to blow it up. read more

On November 19th I took my son's Jetta for an oil change. I was charged $175 for services not rendered. My son's engine light turned on, and come to find out there was no oil in the car! We even brought the car back to see if they would be able to help and they didn't do a single thing. These people are thieves and scammers. My husband has gone to this location to service the car several times. this was my 2nd time there personally. I went in for a Transmission fluid service and an oil change. In this and in my prior visit Zachary Claus the Onsite Manager attended me upon arrival. He and his teammates (Johnathan, who did the service/ in bay 1, Joe who assisted Johnathan top of bay) and Peyton who answered my questions (despite that he was on lunch break with a smile), have all been just wonderful. Zack explained the service I requested in great detail, showed me the vehicles service history, provided timeline of duration of the service, explained how they were going to do both of the services and provided best discount available based on services to be rendered. In fact, j can't remember the last time I wrote a good review for anyone. My experience today was excellent. Staff was professional, courteous, and quick. I started coming here after Jiffy Lube kept making to many mistakes. I guess I expected them to be like the other guys, uncaring and just overall to busy to give good customer service. I was so very wrong this place is amazing. Brad checked me in, he did try to up-sell up, but he was not pushy at all. In fact I bought 2 filters & a wiper because he was just so genuine about it all. Every person who worked on my truck was so polite, knowledgeable, and just such wonderful customer service. They had me in and out in less than 20 mins. Pretty decent service. Stay in car feature is unique. They do check tires and filters and are heavy on the up sell . I just wanted the oil changed so I said no to additional services. Price with coupon was about $70. A little steep but out in about 30 minutes. Dealer takes about 2 hours so the extra bucks were worth it. They give you a reminder for 3000 miles however, today's cars go 5000 between oil changes so ignore it. Overall, not too bad. read more

The workers that work there have great personalities and are very personal. What I had an issue with and to make note of future customers, if they offer you a 10$ off coupon, make sure they do not give you 6 quarts, cause they are only required to cover up to 5 quarts, the extra quart is 9.99$ so it defeats the purpose of the "Discount". I was never informed of the "extra quart" and was never told or asked if I wanted the 6th quart. According to my manual my car holds 5.5 quarts so make sure they are not overcharging you. If anything 6 quarts should guarantee 20$ off so you know you are saving money. If you ever have an issue, just call Valvoline customer care, they were great and I got credited my extra 10$ off. read more

I travel a ton for business and for some reason whenever I am due for an oil change (once a month) in my work vehicle I'm in Jupiter on business! This place is always fast and efficient. Their technicians are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and generally the same employees are always there. They never try to oversell/up sell you on anything. I'd say my average time is about 15 minutes for a complete standard oil change. If there is a wait, it's usually pretty brief. Highly recommended. read more

Honestly, worst experience. They didn't have my oil filter, so they told me to go buy it and come back. I did and one of the guys was mad I came back because (as the assistant mgr stated) "he's lazy and doesn't want to unscrew the cover". They proceeded to tell me the engine cover was missing screws. They left it hanging when it did not show up like that. Then they tried to charge me full price. I explained I purchased my own oil filter (that was $28) and he took $7 off. I also had a coupon which he did not want to apply because "he couldn't give any more discounts". I have only been there once but I will not go back due to the customer service and care. read more

Visited The Jupiter Valvoline for the first time for an routine oil change last month. Initially, I was really pleased with their service. The staff was polite and professional. My service was fast, and I was impressed. They reviewed my oil change and maintenance with me, and said everything looked great. However, as soon as I left I noticed a new, loud squealing coming from my engine bay. It continued to get louder throughout the day. I returned as soon as Valvoline opened the next morning, and the same associate who was there the day prior greeted me. I explained the situation, and he offered to take another look under the hood. After looking, he grabbed another associate, and explained that there was a large leak from my power steering, and that I needed to see a mechanic to get my power steering pump replaced. I asked how that would happen so quickly, considering I had no problems before visiting them the day before and they had expressed my car was in good shape the day before. The two associates couldn't give me a straight answer. I pushed and asked if it was possible that something happened while I was there the day prior or something was wrong with what they did and they said no. As they seemed so professional, I trusted their word and left. Well, after getting my car checked out, it turns out the power steering pump was not the problem. The associates had put something wrong into my power steering fluid when topping off the fluid. I found out that Honda's can only receive Honda power steering fluid, which is clear, and whatever they put in was dark and clogging the reservoir. I needed to get my power steering flushed out, which solved the problem. However, had it sat it there longer, it would've severely damaged my car. I am super disappointed that this happened, and luckily was caught in time before their mistake cost me a lot of money! I trusted their knowledge and service, and am even more disappointed that they were either miseducated about what can go into a Honda car or lied about their mistake. read more

Well if you want a $171 oil change, this is your place. Your Air filter will get changed regardless of its condition, you will be told there's nothing to grease on the chassis when I found eight grease fittings, and don't expect a next oil change reminder sticker For the windshield.
