Atlantic told me they tested the battery several times and could not find a problem but would exchange for a new one if it would make me feel more comfortable. They performed that service at no charge, much appreciated! I will repeat my experience thus far with Atlantic Tire is, they are very honest and would certainly recommend them.

Walking past my tire I see a big ole screw jutting out and the air pressure is low according to me sensor - wonderful. Having had some negative experiences with the local tire shops who all want to sell you a new tire instead of a relatively cheap repair, I popped online for a search to see what the alternatives were and Perry Mobile Tire Service popped up. All the reviews looked promising so I gave them a call - James answered, we had a quick chat and he said he would be by in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later that truck pulled up and we had a good conversation as he proceeded to repair my tire while the car was in my driveway- what more could you ask for? Price was what he quoted over the phone and James was just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for all your tire needs- he does more than repairs so keep him in mind.

Interactions with 2 staff members are what leads me to provide this review so that others can avoid…read moresimilar treatment. First, I logged on to the Goodyear website to make an appointment with a local service provider to replace/fix a single tire and was assigned this location. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, walked in and was not met with greetings, I was met with "We are super busy do you have an appointment?" I indicated that I had an appointment and they said I wasn't in their system. I said that I made the appointment online using the Goodyear website. Reply: "We don't have anything to do with corporates website, you need to phone us directly for an appointment." Strange, nothing on corporates website indicated this and they did assign an appointment to this location, with text-based confirmation. If this is the case, it's between this location and corporate to clear up, not me as a customer. Then the two men at the front desk alternated and said they would look at the tire and give an assessment but no guarantee they could fit me in or fix it and why didn't I make an appointment? I was willing to wait or come back but I didn't understand what else they needed. I tried to keep an open mind but when one of them looked at me and said: "Didn't you look where you were driving, how do you get a bolt stuck in your tire anyway?" And laughed in my face, that was the line. Finally one of them said why didn't you call the warranty number, we don't do any warranty work direct only through the warranty line, pieces of the puzzle were clearer. I asked if they had the number and was met with "call the company you originally purchased the tires with and let them give it to you. We don't have that." I reiterated how I found them through the Goodyear website for repair/ replacement of a Goodyear tire, and that Goodyear was in their business name and they reiterated that they couldn't help me and why did I come here without calling the warranty line. I found out later that they could have looked it up, and when the warranty number customer service agent mentioned this, and that they could arrange the replacement for the tire through this location, they understood why I declined. Another local area tire company was able to order the tire that I needed, I phoned their number and was given exceptional service over the phone. They explained the process, next steps to getting my tire replaced, they would call when it was ready and they provided a number if I had any additional questions. Granted, I didn't know that I needed to call the Goodyear warranty number first to open a claim before showing up for the original appointment, but there's a nice way of telling me this and one that involves laughing at my expense more than once, and then saying "just messin with ya". Not interested in being messed with, thank you. Goodyear may be in their name but they must not be cozy with corporate because they don't know their warranty number, don't honor their booking system and are not prepared to relay policy information nicely. Hard pass.

Should have told me that from the start as it was evident when the job started. Left that job to me. Engine still runs rough and perhaps idles too high and seems to bump harder than it should when I put it in gear. I was told on Firday that "just a few more minutes " was needed to drain the brake lines "it will be ready tomorrow" , Saturday. Satuday I didn't hear from the shop and called to find out, Todd was gone for the day and he would call me , he didn't. I would have made arragments for a car on Firday if I knew. A/C is working but blowing out the defroster instead of the vents. I brought this up on the first day . Upon pick up I was told " we don't want to go under the dash". All well and good but had I know from the start that you would pick and choose what you would fix and what you wouldn't I would have gone else where. So to sum up, it still runs rough, the A/C isn't coming out the vents and I had to drain the gas out out myself. i know $4100 isn't a alot of moey to the shop but it was a lot to me and I was left with three problems the were known when I first came in. And then the lack of at least a call on Saturday was very disappointing.
