Highly recommend Paradise Tire and Service. My first time there I requested an oil change and new brakes. After looking at my car, Brian told me I needed an oil change, but my brakes had life left in them and to wait until my next oil change. I was and am very thankful for their honesty. We have been going there ever since and they are always professional and prompt. Once, I had damage they could not repair and they referred me to a local and affordable body shop. Paradise is a locally run business with excellent service and reasonable pricing. Support local! read more

Be cautious when considering their services. They share a close affiliation with Palm Tree Auto Sales, which initially seemed convenient but has proven to be far from advantageous. My car faced ongoing performance issues, and every time they failed to identify and address the problems. They replaced some components and did not resolve the main issues. It has become evident that their primary focus is on ensuring customers keep returning, rather than delivering satisfactory repairs. This situation has been frustrating and financially burdensome, as I had to cover the expenses for repairs that should have been addressed under the car warranty sold by Palm Tree Auto Sales. read more

I used to go to "H", then "FS", but they never listened to me, because I'm female. I found this place, family owned and close to me, I'm so glad I did, I explained to the nice younger gentleman this issue I have had for years about my windshield wiper pump breaking every 4-6 months which is not normal. I asked "H" for two years, "FS" for four years, to check the wiring and mounts for loose wire/unit. None of them did, they just replaced it, never even checked the unit, wiring or mounting screws. Each time they charged me (H) 125.00, (FS) 175.00, to " replace" it. However, at Paradise, He listened to me then ran right out there, said I was right the mounting screws were lose, there was nothing wrong with the pump. screws were loose, causing the site to be loose, He tightened it in minutes, I only go there now. They are respectful, honest, fairly priced and I know I'm helping a family, not a corporation. Win win. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! They replaced the resevoir and still was leaking coolant, took it back and replaced the thermostat and car was leaking and overheating, I was charged over $850 for parts not needed. Went to dealer and it was the water pump from the beginning. All they can do is replace a tire. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS !!! read more

I've bought two sets of tires for two vehicles. They stand behind their work and their prices are not much more than the internet when comparing apples to apples. I've been very happy with their work. read more

The guys are really nice to deal with, however, they charged me 211.22 for a Bosch O2 Sensor part no 15569 that sells for 87.50 at Auto Zone. Won't be going back. read more

This place goes above and beyond to fix all of our cars. I will never go anywhere else. We've been taking are cars there for the past 7 years and once again they do everything we need and then some! Definitely recommend! read more

Just moved to the area and brought my car in for an oil change. In the process of changing the oil they broke my oil cap and blamed the last person who changed my oil. They charged me the full retail price for the new cap, no discount. In addition, they were spraying auto body parts in their parking lot. Not good for the environment and overspray will land on customer cars. read more

I use them for everything. They stand behind their work. There is something to be said about doing business with a family run business rather than one of those company run stores. Everyone is professional there and makes it a point to go above and beyond so the customer stays happy. I highly recommend them for any auto repair need. It's hard to find a garage that you can just drop off your car and say to them whatever you think the problem is just go ahead and fix it. You can here. Nice waiting room as well. read more

Great place! Because of their Yelp reviews, I chose Paradise Tire and Service when my car needed four new tires. And the reviewers were correct -- this place is great! Everyone I spoke to was friendly but professional. They did the job on time as promised. They did not try to upsell me on any additional products or services. The price was very fair. And they even offered to meet a competitor's price on service. I'll certainly come back should the need arrive. read more

THE BEST.... Honest, reasonable pricing, fast service capable of repairing any car including my 30 Year old Mustang

I want to thank Roman and the others involved at Paradise for saving our holiday road trip. The vehicle problems we experienced were addressed and the price was fair. If I lived closer I would consider using Paradise as my regular mechanic. read more

If you are looking for a family owned, honest repair shop this is the place. Anthony and his crew will take awesome care of you and your vehicle. My husband and I had the dog , baby, cooler and everything packed and on the road to Key West when we got a flat tire. The guys here were super sweet and super fast. They had us on our way in no time. Thank you! read more

There is something about using a local mechanic that really feels good. I love when they all know my name and I know all of their names. I have used a dealership for years. I didn't have a bad experience, but going to Paradise Tire and Auto Repair, I found a 'family' type atmosphere. It's nice to just walk in and not wait in long lines to get a service rep. It's nice to have pleasant conversation and meet new people instead of being put into a lounge area. It's nice to know the prices and service are likely to be better than that of the dealerships. I have been very satisfied with all of the above when it comes to Paradise and more. I will continue to spread the word about them. They deserve it and you deserve to know them. read more

I took my car in to resolve a mysterious "chugging" engine sound that happened after the car idled temporarily (like at a stop light). I was able to get an appointment the very next day, and I dropped the car off in the morning, The service manager, Brian, was very friendly and helpful. Later that day, Brian called to tell me that he'd found the problem and fixed: a worn- out ignition coil. He told me price of a new part (under $40) and that it wouldn't take long to repair. When I picked up the car, I was happy to find out that Brian solved the problem by using a new ignition coil to testing each of the old ignition coils, until he found the bad one. He could have replaced ALL of the ignition coils (as many repair shops do) and charged a lot more. He went on to tell me that he treats customer's money like it was his own money. There is such a knowledge gap in the auto repair business, it's hard to know who to trust, and who is trying to soak you. After meeting the family, and getting such honest service, Paradise and Palm Tree are my new go-to for all things auto. Thanks guys! read more

I recently had a new timing belt installed on my 2005 Mitsubishi Galant, and I can say with certainty that Paradise Tire and Service exceeded my expectations! Not only was the price more than reasonable (this was my 2nd time replacing the timing belt on this vehicle), but I was actually allowed to enter the garage and observe Jason, the mechanic, working on my car. This is never allowed at most other auto service establishments, but at Paradise, they want you to observe the care and detail that goes into their work. Brian, the Service Adviser, kept me company while waiting for my car, even though he had other things that he was working on. Might I add that a job of this magnitude normally takes 3+ hours, yet at Paradise, they were finished with my car earlier than scheduled. I was very pleased overall with Paradise Tire and Service, and having met both Lisa and Anthony, who are members of the family who own Paradise, I feel comfortable stating that I will be a customer for a long time. You can clearly see the attention to detail and service that goes into a family-run business such as this one. Frank S. read more

Absolutely fantastic! I called in with an a/c issue. They got straight on to it, and within 2 hours diagnosed the issue, had parts delivered and installed, all at a price that it wasn't worth me getting my hands dirty for. Thanks guys. read more

Went here for an oil change. I was able to make an appointment and was in and out in 25 minutes. Best prices anywhere and they didn't try to sell me anything extra - great experience read more

Paradise Tire and Service has been servicing our cars for the past three years. Their staff is very friendly and courteous, but most importantly honest! It's difficult to find service providers who treat women intelligently and with respect. Their rates are very competitive and will not perform any service that is uneccessary. When they do find additional work, they are sure to contact me before they perform the work. I would highly recommend them to any auto owner. read more

I recently went it to Paradise Tire and Service to have a problem fixed and I was so happy with the amount of professionalism that was displayed by their staff. I am completely out of my element when dealing with car repairs and they made it very easy and explained everything that needed to be done and why. I felt very comfortable and was very happy I went to them. Paradise Tire and Service will handle all of my repairs and service going forward. read more

Paradise Tire and Service is the only place I take my car for oil changes, tires and repair. They keep my car in great shape that I have very few repairs. They are experts and the prices are fair. If you have any car repair needs you must go to Paradise Tire & Service! read more

Big shout out to Paradise Tire and Service. This is the second visit to Paradise for different services, the last visit was for new spark plugs on a Lexus RX 350. My car is out of warranty and I refuse to go to the dealer who inevitably comes back with a laundry list of unnecessary repairs and hours of diagnostic time. As I am relatively new to the area, and as a woman who is not that car savvy, I needed a mechanic I could trust completely. I found Paradise through Yelp and am very pleased. First, Ramon, the service manager, is awesome. We discussed possible needed services (my suggestions) and he said they would check while doing the main service. He called to give me an update during the day and said no other services were necessary, except brake pads which I could tell I needed. He said the rotors were fine. Imagine! An auto repair shop that doesn't try to take advantage of you. I asked the shop to check over my vehicle for other issues and they came back with a minor repair to be done at a later date. Since I left my car at the shop for the repair, Ramon called me a couple times during the day - once to let me know what they found and the other to let me know the service was completed (and it was at an earlier time than promised). I should mention my vehicle has about 145,000 miles on it so the potential for repairs is high. I feel like Paradise Auto and staff are trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I highly recommend it! Thanks! read more
