Every time I get my car serviced, I have a good experience. I trust them completely with my car! Thank you Total Tire!

Unfortunately, after spending thousands of dollars at Total Tire, I no longer feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. I originally brought my car in because my A/C kept shutting off. I was told I needed a new A/C system, which cost over $3,000. When the same issue continued, I returned and was told there was a faulty part covered under warranty, but I still paid over $600 in labor. When the A/C started doing the same thing again, I returned and was told it was now a coolant-temperature sensor. I authorized the recommended repairs, including a coolant flush and other work, and paid $2,712.41 on 9/5/26. 9/15/26, I had to pull over because smoke was pouring from under my hood. I had the car towed back to Total Tire and was told a "freak accident" occurred, a piece of the cooling fan broke off and damaged my radiator. Nothing was covered, and I was charged another $2,603.24 for the radiator, fan, hoses and coolant. I'm not a mechanic, so I won't claim they caused the damage. However, after repeated repairs, the same original A/C issue, and over $5,300 spent in just 10 days, I feel extremely disappointed and taken advantage of. I would have expected more accountability or consideration given the circumstances. Based on my experience, I won't be returning and would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before authorizing major repairs here. read more

Have been using them for a few years . They've always treated me well and the prices are competitive.

I don't normally do this because I'm a business owner myself, but I just went into the store and I needed a tire for my truck because I am pulling a the came said they did not have the OK no big deal I said can I just change the tire and put my spare on real quick so I can make it to where I need to can't help that as I offered to pay then I said can I just borrow some tools and I just changed the sparrow real quick nope they can't help me with that either because the mechanic said no one touches his tools. read more

Kailey and Emily B are super friendly and helpful. I've been happy with the work and prices for new tires! They give quotes and stand by them. read more

I worked for them for 2 weeks. What a mess!!!! Dont go here!!! The wheel may fall off your car like the Volvo they worked on. It fell off on the highway and caused an accident. They didn't know about "TORQUE WRENCHS" after the accident they bought some. The techs joke about how "bad" the repairs are. STAY AWAY, TOTOAL MESS IS MORE LIKE IT!!!! read more

Avoid this auto repair shop. I had a disappointing experience, being told my engine may require repair, only to discover through a second opinion that 4 spark plugs on my Kia Soul replacement was necessary. This shop attempted to charge me for unnecessary service fees and inaccurate diagnostics, displaying unethical practices. High Prices just for Minor services. RIP OFF!!!! Price is Way Expensive then other mechanical Auto shop read more

Ian and the team at total tire are the best. They are very kind and helpful and have talked me out of things that I thought I needed on my car. I take 7 cars to them because I property manage and all my friends and family have been referred to Ian and they love him. They are honest and they know what they are doing for sure. read more

Fast, efficient and reasonable pricing! They went above and beyond to figure out why my tires were wearing so quickly while other automotive places in the area would continue charging me for new tires without wondering why they were installing new tires on my vehicle every year. Best in town! read more

WARNING- Do NOT take your cars to this establishment. Their markups on products are way too high. You are better off buying tires online or at Costco and having another mechanic put them on. Further, be aware shops are legally required to provide written estimates for repairs over $100, however the employees here will not give you one unless you ask. I brought by car in and had issues caused by the work of the employees after the vehicle had been serviced, however they argued that they didn't cause the new problems and refused to acknowledge or fix their mistake. (This was after they had to fix their first poor alignment job, which they did fix at no extra cost). Not a good experience. I will be taking my car to a reputable shop to be looked at to evaluate the damage caused by this mechanic shop. Steer clear. They will treat you well as long as you pay the insane prices and don't point out their mistakes. I will be looking elsewhere for my vehicle maintenance needs, and you should too. read more

I was driving on the Turnpike when I got a flat tire near Stuart After the highway ranger changed my tire he suggested I get another tire at the Stuart exit a few miles up. I was fortunate to find this Total Tire who took care of me right away. They gave me a comparable tire and didn't try to upsell for a second tire since my other tire was still good. They even followed up a few days later to see how everything went. Really great place. read more

I would not recommend taking your car there. They have the worst customer service EVER!!!! I went to get air put in my tire and no one acknowledge me. They said they were busy and had no one that could help and I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get Air put in my tire, the manager was very rude and overall terrible customer service read more

I went to Total Tire in Palm City, Fl with a flat. they wouldn't look at it and told me I needed a new tire. They didn't ask if I had a spare and a new tire was going to cost $246 just for the tire then mount and balance for another $30. and they told me I'd have to wait all day cause I was stuck. then when I remembered I had a spare, they put it on. when I went to pay for that I was told the spare had to come off since they already mounted the new tire which could be undone easily as it was done. the guy I spoke to was Chris and he was rude too. I'll never go back there again for trying to take advantage of me! read more

WOW!!! I was over an hour away from home on the highway and my car started making this horrific noise. I managed to get off the highway and I kept driving until I came to the first business I saw, which was a 7-Eleven, When I pulled around the parking lot I saw Total Tire-Total Car Care!!!! When I walked inside and I told Mike and Ian what was going on they had me up on the lift in 10 minutes and removed a large piece of plastic covering on the undercarriage that was loose and making a horrific sound. Not only did they take care of me within a half an hour but they only charged me $27 to do so.. Complete gentleman and total professionals. Thank you so much for not taking advantage of me and making it safe for me to get home. Much thanks from a very satisfied customer! read more

Called ahead of time to make sure they would have my tires size and they did and I went over there and he said it was going to be 1 hour wait. Total Tire - Tires Near Me - Palm City, Florida

Be careful about what you leave in your car. I left not so cheap earphones in my center console in a bag like I alway do and haven't been able to find them since leaving here. update from yesterday ...I told them the tire maintenance light came on. the light is still on bc the tires didnt need air they needed to be rotated. I believe he knew this and just didn't want to do the rotation which came free with my purchase so he told me it needed air. omg how unprofessional. I'm not sure if this is a good review or bad review.... But here's my experience with this company. around d 5 months ago I went in for ...yep ..tires and rims. The receptionist couldn't be more friendly or professional. I picked out tires and rims...about 5k and although a day later than originally stated I had no issue with the install. Finished up on time and my infinty looks great. So I let them put new tires on my 1981 Corvette. Good tire at an average price. all is still good at this point. Today my SUV tire check light came on so I stopped by his shop. I parked in front of an empty bay where the vehicle needed to be for them to check. A mechanic comes out and tells me I cant park there...I tell him why I'm there and he says i understand but you got to move. I parked the car in a parking space and go into the office. Receptionist as nice as could be said sure we'll check that out...she said just pull up to the empty bay and park. (funny at this point) so I do as I'm told..again..and park my vehicle in the same spot where the mechanic just told me to move. He glares at me like I'm an ahole so i said "funny how life works out sometimes". 1 minute later Dan the owner comes out and asks if this was my truck. Dan knows me and my vehicles so immediately I get a bad feeling. I said yep. he said I heard your dicking my guy over. I told him what happened and his guy lied bc I wasnt dicking him over...he said that they work hard around his shop and I needed to lighten up. I instantly defend myself by telling him I work hard to and I didnt appreciate him barking at me bc his mechanic was mad at the situation. Dan kept going on and I got mad and told him he just lost a customer and i wont be bringing my cars back. His comment back was "didnt I read you just got arrested"? seriously...dan....find out the situation before you bark at customers. I mean I did just spend around 7 grand with you. I did what I was told by the mechanic a nd you receptionist and you run out to call me names? thanks but no thanks. so now after actually writing it out I've changed my mind....this is intended to be a bad review. Small town buddy...good luck when people see what I saw today read more

My family and I have been going here since we moved here about 12 years ago and we have never left disappointed. They are always super friendly and very honest about what you need to get done. They even put it into terms someone who had no idea about cars(like my self) can understand. All in all I would recommend. read more

This place is the biggest joke of my life, my girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change, they came back said she's going to need $1200 worth of work for car to be safe. I was at work and busy so I couldn't communicate with her so they told her bottom line for the bare minimum to make sure she can get to and from work and swapped out a brand new battery that I bought for her 6 months ago. A week later the alternator went. They charged her $110 for the electric diagnostic test, $65 for oil change and $235 for a battery replacement, which replaced a brand new battery. I went there with her car asked for them to pull up the electric circuit test to show the battery volts and they couldn't find it. I confronted them about the battery and asked if they could give me a deal for the alternator to be replaced and they told me $800. I went to advanced auto bought the alternator for $135 watched a 10 min YouTube video and replaced it within 30 minutes. If you read the rest of the reviews for this place my story is very common. A bunch of crooks in my op read more

I can't give Total Tire in Palm City enough praise! I have been taking my 2003 Jeep there for a number of years whenever I have a problem and they always solve it-haven't stumped them yet! They charged me for two different scans just to see what the problem was when AutoZone, Cartenders, and several others car mechanic shops do the scans for free. Then TotalTire says there's a million things wrong with my car which will cost me $1000 so I take my car to Cartenders where they charge me half the price and tell me 50% of what TotalTire has told me was incorrect and a scam. I will never go back there again. I hope everyone sees this post before they get ripped off. They are the most untrustworthy people I have ever met. read more

Paid $400. To fix car's cooling and it wasn't fixed. Took it back and they want another $350.00 To fix what they were suppose to fix before. Wanted $1100 to fix a motor for the window could be done for $200. I will go elsewhere read more

They need to shut this place down. This place is horrible along with that piece of shit mechanic. If you plan to go here for car repairs, find a different place. They are dishonest. Replaced sparks with cheap AC Delco. My car takes NDK platinum only. Either the mechanic is a complete moron or it was done intentionally for markup value. BMWs need car specific parts. Replaced 1 coil with some cheap aftermarket brand. Water was leaking from water pump and that sorry excuse for a mechanic replaced the thermostat instead. Then realized it was the water pump while backing out of the car bay. I hated going to this place because I knew in my gut something wasn't right. I take this as a life lesson to never trust anyone!!! I've since found a great mechanic. Please DO NOT take your vehicle here for any service whatsoever!!!!! read more

Great service . In and out quickly. Reasonably priced . Try's to accommodate all of your needs

If you want a straight shooter... Bring your car here! Awesome. I bring all three of my vehicles here. Fair. EVERY TIME!

Thank you, Tony and Buddy! A couple of days ago, I got an oil change at a big chain company in South Florida - not Total Tire - because I was about to take a family road trip. Right after I got the oil change, but before leaving town, the check engine light went on, so I took the car back to the store. They checked it out, assured me everything was ok, and turned the light off. Yesterday evening we started our road trip and shortly after it got dark, the oil light pressure indicator started blinking intermittently. We pulled off the highway and found the dip stick was totally dry. We bought several quarts of oil at a 7-11 and drove to the closest hotel. In the morning, I went to Total Tire, where Buddy and Tony saved me. At first they thought we might have a cracked oil filter housing, which would have been a small disaster for my family vacation, but they quickly figured out that the guy who changed my oil at the other place put the wrong O ring in the oil filter housing, which caused us to lose all our oil. I know nothing about cars, which was obvious to Buddy and Tony, so I was completely at their mercy. They knew I was from out of town, that I was eager to get back on the road for my family trip, and that I was unlikely to be a repeat customer since I didn't live nearby. But they still took incredible care of me and I was back on the road in no time, for less than $50. I will forever be grateful. Thanks, guys!!! P.S. While I was there, a couple of other customers came in and Buddy greeted them by name and they greeted Buddy by name, which shows me that great customer service is the norm there. read more

As a woman I am totally and thoroughly embarrassed that an owner of a business would berate and disrespect a loyal female customer in an email after all that I did was ask a question and expect a truthful answer. His email reply - "Ms.Frazer I have reviewed your situation with my staff at Total Tire. It appears that you were in to Total Tire on May 6, 2017 and your car had 16,862 miles on it. You returned on May 5, 2018, a year later with 37,859 miles on the car. That is 21,000 between visits. You may have taken your car somewhere else in between those visits. It is very possible that in that amount of time your tires wore unevenly due to an alignment issue or the lack of rotations. It is recommended that rotations be done every 5000 miles. However we can not rotate them once they are worn to the point of needing replacement. Witch is what appended when your returned on May 5th of this year. I can assure you that we do not purposely try to make customers tires wear out so we can sell them new ones and your statement to that is offensive to me and my staff. It is clear that we can not provide you with the service that you are looking for and I suggest that you take your business somewhere else. Sincerely Dan Weeter, Owner Total Tire of Palm City, Inc." I have been using Total Tire in Palm City (solely) for all my oil changes and tire rotations since moving to Palm City years ago. No one took the time to check that we had two accounts under my husband, and myself. This where the confusion lies. After my last oil change and NO tire rotation, I was told by the young lady behind the counter #1 that they only do tire rotations on tires purchased there, (this is a brand new vehicle) and #2 NO ONE told me upon check-out that I should start looking into getting 4 tires. Does that mean that on my paid receipts all the tire rotations were false and not completed??? I was never informed that the passenger front tire was worn due to needing a wheel alignment, which would have prevented me from needing two new tires prematurely. He informed me I needed to replace all four. Which my neighbor, an auto mechanic, replied I had at least 15,000 miles. Again I am so confused. Don't these large companies make enough money that they need to cheat a female? After talking to the "manager" Buddy, I insisted on going higher up because I wasn't satisfied with his answer. I wrote an email to the owner, Dan Weeter. Within a couple of days he responded with a very nasty and cruel reply, that I would not send to my worst enemy. Being from Australia, I am not used to this kind of disrespect from American men, I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to this business "Total Tire Total Car Care" in Palm City. read more
