Came in with a spare on my car. I needed a new tire . The one good thing was they had the tire I needed here already. However, I got in at 9:30 AM. It is now 11 AM and I am still waiting just for a tire to be put on my car. I understand people have Appointments. I just don't understand how it should take that long to put a tire on a car. Went in for an inspection and came out with an estimate of $3779 (new tires added twice). My brother-in-law who knows cars, looked up the price of parts "needed" for Engine/Trans Mount and couldn't figure out why parts were $288, $298, $286 when he found them on line for less than $100! Also, a job that was done a year and 2 months ago by Firestone (same company) had to be done again, which was a price of $499! Went to Firestone who asked if they offered warranty for parts. They did not. I was told it was over a year so no. (Firestone at least offered warranty for parts). Don't go here! read more

Needed a Michelin Tire they said they didn't sell despite their sign on the front of their location saying they did. Then they told me I could put a different brand on the right front which is not a good idea only later to sell me two tires for the front. Okay. Anyway, went to pay, had other work done and it came to$1,100 which I had agreed to. Went to pick up my car and wanted to see the work order BEFORE I paid to check for charges I may have not agreed too, math errors, etc. The guy I dealt with told me he had never been ask by anyone to see the receipt before paying in the last 9 months or so. I said that was their problem and he turns his store computer screen around for me to look at. After seeing a bunch of computer BS he finally printed out a copy I could double check . Didn't appreciate the insult. Have bought a lot of tires at this location. All he had to say was, no problem, print out the work, let me see it and I would have paid and been out the door. Will not go back and I got hit with multiple 'hidden' fees. read more

I took my vehicle in yesterday for a brake flush. they obviously have no clue what they are doing I would not waste my money here again. the brake fluid was still a dark color. not only did they do a horrible job on my brakes my AC no longer works. i don't know what they were doing under my car for 2 hours but it was for sure not what i was paying tires plus to do. read more

Brought my truck there yesterday to have tires rotated balanced had a slow leak on one tire. Had them replace the tire pressure sensor gauges inside the tire. And an oil change. I got up this morning the same tire in the same location was low on air. I called Robert the manager. He assured me that they had replaced the valve stem and that's where he had seen it and he assured me that he had seen them do that and he had seen them rotate the tires. I took it to a no one tire store beside my office. They agreed with me because the tire where in the front was the tires were cupped that the tires hadn't been rotated. Furthermore because of the build-up of brake dust on the front rims that was more proof that the tires hadn't been rotated. Check the oil the oil was black black black black black black. I believe they put a new oil filter on and did not change my oil. Untrustworthy, lying, stealing, thieving people!! read more

Never again . I made an appointment for four new tires. I arrived at 12:30 . They told me 1.5 hours . They called me at 2:00 and said come on back , it's almost done . It's now 3:35 and I'm still sitting here . Unbelievable. Let me add that after I complained , the manager Ron Parker said to me , " that's funny ,I'm the one who called you , that never happened , I never told you to come back ." Zero customer service . No sincerity. 4:00 my car is finished. I was handed my paperwork and my keys. No walk to my car to show me the work they had done . Or even tell me where my car was parked. Never again . I called on a Monday (8/29/22) afternoon and asked to make an appointment one morning this week for oil change, tire rotation, check-up - drop off and done by noon ... told you don't need an appointment, just drop it off...I asked if I could make one to be safe. Put me on hold forever and I hung up. I called again Tuesday, asked again and was told the same thing....just drop it off - you don't need an appointment. So I do that. I dropped my car off at 7:45 am - said I need by noon, by 11:30, no call. I call, am told my car hadn't even gone into the shop yet. I told them to cancel and picked it up without having the work done. I've been in before, got roped into their credit card, had a decent experience that time. This time - complete disaster. Went in for a tire patch (i work in construction so i get leaks frequently) and it took roughly 2 1/2 hours to do 2 tires. I'm not really upset with the quality of the patches. But they broke my tire pressure sensor and that really pissed me off because they cost $200 to replace on a ford which is 1/10th of the price of a patch! Wont be going back there if they wont say anything about the tire sensor they broke. Just imagine what they do to people's oil changes. read more

A SUNDAY GONE WRONG!!!!!! Rear brake job on a Jeep Wrangler $938.00!!!!!! I realized when I was going to get my brakes done at a unfamiliar place on a Sunday that I would pay a little more than going to my local guy who I can trust, however I never thought I would be ripped off to the extent that Ron the Manager tried doing to me. Needless to say, I called him out on his price gouging, and subsequently the price was adjusted to $685 which still was incredibly high for just rear brakes. I would hesitate to take my vehicles here unless every other place in the surrounding county, including used tires sales places, were closed for good. The communication skills are non existent. I ordered tires, booked an appointment and scheduled my travel day around their schedule. Tires would arrive between 9-11. I called around 10 just to make sure everything was still going as planned, tires hadn't arrived, which was fine with me. I called back at 11:30, asked about my order, the guy who answered didn't seem to know what I was talking about and said he would call me back. I called back at 12:30 and got the same response, with a promise to call right back in a couple minutes. I called again at 1:30 and was told they would call call me back. I explained that my plans were made around their schedule and I really needed them to figure out if they received the tires or not, so that I could proceed with the trip, said they would call me right back. At this time I decided they lacked confidence, honesty, integrity, so I left out on my trip. Here it is, another day and no call back. Today, I've moved our business/fleet account to our local Firestone. This Tires Plus location in Stuart, Florida is not worth the effort. Jason Jordan read more

I have used their services for oil changes, tires, alignments, brakes, and several other automotive maintenance and repair needs. There have been several personnel changes over the years, but the quality of work, integrity of the company, and respect for customers has remained the same. These folks are honest, hard-working, friendly, and affordable. I never feel pressured by "upselling", and I've never been disappointed by any service or product I've received here! Terrible customer service! One of my automatic car windows stopped working. I made an appointment and arrived on time. They made me sit for over 2 hours while they tried to find other things wrong with my car (which I did NOT request). Once they brought this to my attention, I told them no thanks, just fix my car window as I requested. They told me they hadn't even started that yet, so I had to wait another 2and 1/2 hours for that to be done. No updates, no concern for me at all. FINALLY, they said they were done and charged me over $100 more than what they initially quoted me. But then.....check this out....I'm sitting in my car in the parking lot and I'm talking on the phone, when suddenly one of their mechanics runs out and says he forgot to put my new windshield wipers on!!! Again, no apologies from management, nothing. They've got a whole new crew up in there and they are nothing like the former crew which was pretty good. But the bottom line: I'm DONE with this place. And I absolutely do NOT recommend them for ANYTHING!!! Poor, poor service! read more

I called to get an appointment for an oil change, and was told to just brig my truck in, no appointment needed. When I brought my truck in, I was told it would be an hour and a half (for an oil change, AND no appointment). Left the truck, went and ate, came back an hour and a half later, waited another hour and still no work on the truck. 3 hours into it and I asked for my keys. They had not worked on it at all. All lies at the Stuart, FL Tires Plus. Retired, 100% disabled VET- not impressed at all with this organization. Piss poor non-performance. read more

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They are located directly next door to where I work (convenient) so I dropped the car off at 10:00 a.m. and I was greeted by the friendliest young lady at the desk. She was all customer service oriented and told me it would be about an hour. I walked to work from there and received a call in exactly one hour that my car was ready. Oil was changed and tires rotated, all fluid levels were checked and everything checked out fine with my car. This saved me an extra hour from taking the car to my dealership and waiting an hour and a half for a simple oil change and tire rotation plus the drive time there and back. Also saved me about $10 in difference of the cost from my dealership doing the job to what they charged me. I will be back to Tires Plus in Stuart for my next oil change!! read more

These guys were great! I came in because my battery that had died twice in one day. The staff there was super friendly and took a look at my car. They informed me that I needed a new battery and voluntarily informed me that my current battery was still under warranty. They said I had two options. I could go to where I bought the battery and get a new one for free or I could buy one off of them. I really appreciated their genuine honesty and helpfulness. I did not buy a battery off of them because I obviously wanted a free one. However, I will go back to them in the future, when needed and I recommend that you do too! read more

I don't think I could have found a better company that cares for the person in their pocket and the safety of the people on the road. Every time I come here they're reasonable tell me everything that's wrong with my car and understand if I cannot afford it. The manager Ron is fantastic with customers friendly and down to earth. All of the staff is pretty amazing. All the guys in the back really seem to know what they're doing I've never had to bring the vehicle back nor worry about if I was going to be safe with my daughter and myself in the vehicle. I really trust these guys. I mean I obviously trust him with my family's lives. The employees care you can tell it's more than just money for them. We really need more of this around. I was quoted 1 hour for a simple oil change. It took 2 hours!!!! Of course they said I needed $650 worth of work done: 1) ball joints were "loose", and 2) thermostat was "leaking". A quick google search shows both recommendations to very likely be scams. I must have stupid female tattooed on my forehead. There is no steering problems with my car, and no overheating problem at all. The female that checked out in front of me was told she need two things done, one of which was her brake lines should be updated to copper before the current ones corrode! When I expressed frustration at the 2 hour wait for an oil change, the chap gave me a coupon for a free oil change with an expiration date of 3.5 weeks away! What!!?? Avoid this place. read more

I had the best experiance at this location. I have never been to a shop that actually cared for your safety and showed it. They were not pushy or rude. I had four tires done , my rear differential , my brakes and for as long as I live in this town that's where all go!
