Came out with more problems than I started with.
I should've known this place wasn't going to be reliable from the time I pulled up and got out of the car and all of the employees stopped and stared at me as I walked in. I felt so uncomfortable with the stares, that I had to ask the girls at the front desk, is it was ok for me to be there. It creeped me out, but I still needed to get my AC fixed. After waiting all day, (on a Friday) I had to call to get an update on my car. That's when they told me the parts won't be in until next week. I approved the AC fix and declined replacing the right rear tires. They recommended the tire replacement because the two didn't match in the rear. After approving the $1,500 services, I decided that I would take my car until the parts came in. So I went to pick up my car but was told that the undercarriage area was not put back together so it would be best that I didn't take the car. I reluctantly left my car there for the weekend. Monday afternoon comes and I'm told that my vehicle is ready. I go pick it up and head home. Immediately I notice that the AC is not blowing consistently. I call them the next day to let them know of the AC issue. I explain to them that I'll have to bring it in after it gets serviced at the dealership because I had just brought it to the BMW dealership for brake pads. While my car is with BMW, I get a notification that there's a nail in my front tire that needs to be replaced because it was stuck in the sidewall. I immediately call Foreign Auto because my car did not have a nail in the tire when it arrived at their shop (also confirmed by the tire inspection performed by their own company). The tire inspection was done on Friday. My car sat in their lot all weekend and then was worked on that Monday. Then suddenly had a nail in it. Also, my ac is still not working well. Air pressure blasts then goes low then hardly blows, etc. you would think after $1,500 that my air would be running perfectly. So I bring it back to Foreign to discuss what they did to my tire and the air conditioning issue still wasn't resolved. I got nothing but a bunch of BS coming from Jae about how pretty I am and how much she loves my smile and that she would have the tire fixed free of charge as long as I smile for her. I definitely did Not oblige to her request (like where is the professionalism) and I left my car with them again to hopefully have the issueS (came in with 1 issue, left with 2). I later get a call from Jae stating that I could pay for a new tire because "They weren't the ones who put the nail in it", but they would be happy to order me a new one. I declined that because anyone with common sense would be able to know that the nail came from their shop. I have proof that it wasn't there when it arrived! Soooo I I ask them to leave my car there for me to pick up after hours because I have to get a ride... I get my keys, try to unlock my BMW, and it doesn't unlock... no click, no beep, no nothing. I approach my car and pull on the door only to find that my car was left UNLOCKED IN THE MIDDLE OF RIVIERA BEACH!! Talk about the icing on the cake! I was furious!!!! And to add to that, the AC is still not at working 100%. And I need to replace the tire I just purchased less than 6 months ago!!
I will not walk into that establishment EVER AGAIN!!! I will take my AC somewhere else to be re-serviced because those unprofessional idiots over at Foreign auto will NEVER work on my car again!! read more
