After a friend recommended, I took my car to mike's shop and really glad I did. Mike is reliable and honest, always on time and when he tells you the car will be ready at a certain time, he's always on point. I own a 2013 Dodge Challenger and before going to Mike, I took my car to the dodge dealership to fix my suspension. They gave me an outrageous quote and a list of parts I needed to replace. I took that list to mike, he checked the car and verified I needed all the parts from the list, he ordered the same exact parts and with all the labor he charged me half the price of what the dealer quoted me! I'm a 1st time customer and I went in on a whim having my car at another mechanic for about 2 months and problem still not solved. I didn't have to much hope but Mike told me that he'll find the issue and get her back to me and he did just that. Mike's communication with me was remarkable he kept me posted and explained everything step by step until it was time to pick up my car and when I arrived she was alllll cleaned up and ready to go. By the time I took my car to Mike's Automotive, the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree, it had several different issues and was running pretty rough. I really expected that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and take forever to fix everything. It didn't take long at all to order replacement parts and repair all the problems - brakes, sensors, modules, valves, spark plugs, reprogramming, etc. My car feels great again, nice and solid and the cost was not as bad as I was expecting. He even polished my cloudy headlights for free, they look brand new. I am so happy that I used Mikes services. Mike is a honest stand up guy. I took my car to Chevy who told me I needed a new motor and to charge me $9000.00. I looked up repair shops and Mike's Automotive came up. I called Mike and from start he was very helpful. I blind trustingly towed my car to Mike who not only found out that I didnt need a new motor but gave me a refund on the thousands I already paid him. This the ONLY auto repair shop I'll use. Mike is such a professional and his shop is always clean. He's the only mechanic that will take time to thoroughly explain what's wrong with the vehicle and doesn't charge for nonsense to get a few extra bucks. He's been the only one I've allowed to touch my Cadillac since I moved to Florida. Also on top of everything else he's such a nice guy. I got an estimate from Mike to replace the starter in my SUV via Yelp. He wasn't the least expensive nor was he the most, but he followed up with my questions as the others didn't. Also the others wanted me to leave my car, maybe even overnight. I decided to go with Mike and it was a great decision.
