Car was "repaired" drove car home heard noise at that point contacted Classic Collision multiple times finally was told to take car in to have it checked, when arrived they did in fact notice the noise, at that point they stated they would have to order the part and I would be contacted once part is received it has now been 6 months since the part was ordered and I've yet to get a call. read more

I take my car to that place recommended by State Farm. If I ever found out or read the rating of this place, I wouldn't have delivered the car there. "They repaired the damage from my accident", but.....the car left with another major blow to the rear bumper that it did not have, apart from scratches on the paint on the rear part that it did not have either, add to that that they delivered the car full of white powder completely covered, but that's not all, now the "repaired" door does not open from the inside!!!!. The blow of the rear bumper did not have it when I delivered it and the one who received it knows it very well because he checked the whole car before receiving it !!!. They are a disaster, irresponsible, and that they told me that my car would be repaired by the best mechanic they have !!!!. ¿Who solves this situation now? read more

Terrible collision company My car arrived in March and was severely damaged. The company did not declare it a total loss, instead Classic Collision did not declare a total loss and ignored the car for over 6 months. I rented a car at the cost of over $5,000. This was out of pocket and should have never happened since their adjuster, who was totally inept, arrogant and ignorant. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. My car was crashed in a hit and run accident in which a truck hit me, This place was recommended by StateFarm. Had it at the shop for about 3 weeks, signed a contract obligating the company to update us every other day (not once was I updated). Eventually had to come to the place and didn't even see my car there (Presumably context wise it should have been at the shop getting worked upon), 3 weeks later i come in and they tell me the car is a total loss. I go to pick up the license plate for it since it was a total loss (you would think it would be in and out, right?) I waited around 10 minutes and eventually they let me see my OWN car, was eventually just gunna go outside and take it off myself (which was the idea) the greeting was more of a hey i'm the guy who owns the car, i'm going to take MY license plate off MY car okay. Nope it was down the block and hiding away in a corner left alone, keep in mind this car wasn't a total loss less than a week before it was "repairable". extremely disappointing and a lot of unnecessary time wasted, thinking i would ever get my BMW back. Liars and Thieves. State Farm sent me there after I was T-boned and my car fishtailed and hit another car on the other side before bouncing back. Dropped my car May 23/24. After repeated lies got in back July 8. They didnt repaint the passenger door (claimed not part of damage but listed with insurance company). My engine now had a horrible noise in it (claimed nothing to do with accident). Brought it back to have engine checked and door fixed. Ten days later it still sat outside. This guy Sol was the point man. A joke. This is a place to be avoided at all costs. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have already filed one with State Farm read more

Terrible ! They supposed to have for my car some parts and I'm still waiting after more than year. And no good service

After having the side of my car damaged . Ended up taking almost three weeks longer than they originally said, When I did finally receive my car, my tire sensors weren't working, one wasn't even reading, so therefore I had to rearrange a day to come back to for them to fix the sensor on the tire they sent to get inspected while fixing my car. I was also told by kevin, that They would just give me a rental for a day , while they fix the tire sensor so that I wouldn't be waiting for my car. Of course the day that was scheduled that I come in, they "forgot" i guess to secure a rental for that time, so they promised it would be quick fix , so i agreed to just wait for my car. I am writing this review as I am in the waiting room of Carolina auto and body , that I have been waiting in for about 2 hours and 30 minutes, for a tire sensor to be changed . I looked up how long it requires to change tire sensors and the exact process to see if maybe im neing unreasonable and they are hard at work it just is a long process .... It takes 15-45 minutes, longest being an hour. So why is it that I have to wait up to 3 hours for a 30 minute tire sensor change, when it was their screw up and not having the rental that they said they would have for me. I have been disappointed not once but twice by this company, and if given the option again to decide where to have gotten my car fixed, I would have not chosen here. I showed too much patience and restraint with the staff here , but i see all that is rewarded with is more excuses and a longer wait. read more

I just want to say that this is the first time in my life that I have ever taken a car to an auto body shop because of an accident and if this is the way Collision aka Carolina auto body takes care of their customers I will recommend them to EVERYONE! I had my car repaired here and I have to say that they are on point! Not only did they do a great job but keeping me informed on a need to know basis of when they were stripping the car, when they were painting the car when they were putting the car back together and when it was going to be ready was awesome! Meka was the best keeping me informed of everything! It's little things like that which makes the customer feel like they're being well taken cared of.
