They ordered a compressor- got the wrong one and said they could have the right one tomorrow- I was disappointed but it happens- then I get a call at 5 and it was Done!!!! Came in at 10:30 am to have a new tire put on. Was told a few hours. I called at 1:30 for an update and was told the car had not been worked on yet and would be ready by 4:30. A half hour before they close on a Sunday. I was told they only had two techs working on X amount of cars. Which is understandable, my problem was with the manager and the attitude given when asking if he was sure they would even have it finished by the end of the day. Still have a warranty on of my tires so I'll be going back for that, but otherwise I'll find a new tire shop in town. read more

Completely unimpressed by their service. Jefferey Torres and his shop tech could care less about providing good service to patrons. I went to have two tires changed. My care has white leather interior and I brought it in fresh from a detail. They sat in the driver's seat, left it near black with God knows what and when I raised the concern, Jefferey argued with me about how he claims his tech put a cover on the seat before getting into the car. He then took a paper towel and some water and wiped some of it out. But left me to clean up the mess they never should have made. I 100% will not do business with this Tire Kingdom location again. read more

Terrible service! These people would not help my 16 year old daughter with a dead battery and she was in the parking lot beside theirs. The guy told me to call a tow truck to move a car 50 yards. A 16 year old girl stranded, and they would not help at all. With this kind of service, I'm sure the building will be boarded up before long. Don't waste your money with these losers. read more

My tire had a slow leak, so I dropped it off at 8:30 am, thinking I would pick it up on my lunch break. They said it would take 2 to 3 hours and would call me when it was ready. At 1:30 pm, I called to check the status, and they said they had to go find out and would call me right back. At 2:00 pm, I called back and they said they had found it, but it wasn't ready yet and said it would be the next job on the machine. I stopped in at 3:30 pm to pick up my tire, and they still had not repaired the tire, and started the repair right then. I waited another 30 minutes while they quickly repaired it. When I cashed out, they said it was $80 and not $40 because it needed 2 patches. I said the $40 was to remove the tire from the rim, remount the tire, and balance, not just the cost of the patch and they didn't have to remove the tire from the rim twice. They said they didn't have a price code for just an additional patch and had to charge me the full $40 for each repair. Find another shop to go to. I've been using them for years, and they used to be good and fast. Now it takes 7 hours and double the price to repair a leak on a tire that was already removed from the car. read more

I've been here a few times and I've only had good experiences. I will say sometimes the people seem a little harried or rushed, but when it's your turn with them they are always polite. I've gone for tires and most recently a bad sensor. The person walked me through the whole situation, explaining in detail. Everything, answering all of my questions and we had a good conversation. I felt listened to, and respected, and that's why I go back. I honestly don't know how pricey they are, they seem to be very competitive, and offered me different options for my tires. One of the worst managed businesses I've had the mispleasure of stepping foot into. After being told the tire i ordered wasn't in, and calling corporate to have the tire sent elsewhere was told it was at the store. When i arrived back at the store the manager denied speaking with anyone despite corporate telling me they spoke to the manager and located my tire. I was then charged 1.5X what i was told to install the tire, as well as a disposal fee despite not having them do any work or disposing of anything. I was told it would be about 60-90 minutes, then 90-120 mins to do the work. If i could give negative stars for having my time wasted i would. read more

**BUYER BEWARE** Was down right lied to. I called them out, manager Steven Rogers came out admitted that his representative lied seemed to not even care. Very poor management at this location and it shows it. (50 Bush Rd, Jupiter) I came over to get my wife's tire repaired that was purchased from this location. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours was told by sales representative they took the tire off the car pressured tire up, dipped in water tank and did not find a leak. I was going to pay the bill when I decided to go look at the work, I knew there was a leak, I quickly realized I was being lied to. I called them out asked to speak to manager Steven Roger came out admitted representative lied and did nothing about it. Made a appointment after work for nail in tire plus tire rotation. The tire with nail was passenger rear. Everything appeared to have been done at that point. But about a week later noticed marking on outside of rear passenger tire. Does marks help to locate objects in tire. So basically it appears that they didn't rotate the tires. Took it in again to explain my concerns, they did a visual inspection but couldn't verify anything. The service agent took down information on when the work was done to look at video to see if rotation was done or not,and said that he would call me the next day that never happened. I did call him back at end of the day, and he said that he required a pass word to be able to see video but was having problems getting it. But he said that he would rotate tires for me no charge. He set up a appointment for me on a Sunday and asked me what time would be best they had every time slot opened, so we agreed at 10:30. I arrived on time and the place was beyond busy. Finally I spoke to a saw called customer service agent and started explain what happened,and he said that Nate the agent was not there today but that my appointment was set for 10 not 10:30 They wanted me to drop off the vehicle for the whole day on a Sunday after they messed up, I just walked out of that place they really suck bad. read more

I have never written a bad review in my entire life, but here's my first one, and it's warranted. I work in service and I understand where imperfections may lie, but my experience was quite beyond that. I have always taken my car to tire kingdom and had appropriate service and care. This most recent time that I went was quite awful. I made an appointment and took my car there and backed it into a spot, as I always do when I take it there. They told me they did not see an appointment ever for me, and made me drop it off. I spent a lot of money getting all of my tires replaced. When the service was completed, I picked up the car. When I picked up the car, I noticed there was a 6 inch dent with paint scratch along the back bumper. It appeared that someone there had backed my car into something. And I don't have any other dents on my car. I have never had an issue with them before, so I reached out and patiently waited as I was directed through the proper chain of command. For days I waited for the manager to get back to me, and would reach out and touch base sometimes to minimal avail. When the manager did get back to me, Jeffrey, he repeatedly would tell me that they had to review everything and that "Overhead" would be reaching out to me. I understood that part. For WEEKS I would reach out to Jeffrey and Tire Kingdom trying to get this sorted out. Overhead never called me. And Jeffrey would not give me many answers. I finally talked to Jeffrey once more, 3 weeks into it, and he told me they were most likely not responsible and then also lied and told me that they saw on video I pulled my car into the front of the location (even though I parked it) and that it must somehow be my fault. When I asked that don't I deserve to speak to Overhead, he told me once more that they would call. They did not. And frankly, I gave up after that. It was more of a headache trying to reach out to these people while I also tried to work at my job. But just recently, I took my car somewhere to get the tires rotated and they told me that whoever had put my tires on had stripped the lug nuts, and thus one had to be snapped off. So that terrible day is still haunting me and the service to my car. Overall, I had a terrible experience here and the service was awful. Not only will I never return, but I will make sure that I steer anyone I know away from here. read more

I had a wonderful experience at the Jupiter Tire Kingdom (50 Bush Road, Jupiter). The store was clean and COVID safe with the staff wearing masks and politely enforcing social distancing. Steven the Manager and Israel the Asst. Manager oversaw that my new Jeep tires were efficiently mounted, balance and aligned. I came first thing and was done inside of two hours, all at a reasonable price. I know they offer other services but didn't try to "upsell" me. I did take certain tire protections by choice. I asked for alignment services and was also advised to do the rear brakes. All of the work was done very much to my satisfaction in accordance with the quoted price and timing. Then as I'm heading to my car one of the workers told me that someone is getting me in. I'm waiting and the front man from earlier doesn't even speak to me. Ended up walking out. Got a quote for almost $1,000 to replace coil, wires and spark plugs in a volkswagen Jetta. Looked online and the parts were about $150 all inclusive. Wondered why the price quoted was so high? Even if the parts were marked up 100% that left almost $700 dollars for labor. Seemed like price gouging to me. I decided to buys the parts and do it myself. Eventhough I had never done it before and probably don't have the exact right tools for the job, it took me a little over an hour. Seems to me that this place over charges and feels entitled to do so because people are generally not very smart. Not a fan of this place. I suggest going somewhere else. read more
