I have taken two cars here now. Purelyboutbof conveince as they are close to my home so I can ride a bike to get there and back. Both times they have "aligned" my vehicles there were problems. First my car. Had a completely upgraded aftermarket suspension so it can be precisely dialed in. They finish it. Never call me to let me know it's done so I finally go in it's been done a while BUT they couldn't get it done all the way. And asked that I not bring it back as it requires a specialty alignment shop. Not only that but after the alignment my tires are now hitting my fenders when I turn. But they did not advise of that when I got it. Next my truck. Take it in after getting a lift kit installed brand new suspension all around. Couldn't do it because my toe arms need to be swapped. Okay I understand that. But again they kept my truck all day and didn't call to tell me they couldn't do it. Just parked it and forgot it. I go in yesterday make an appointment remind and ask that they call once it's done yes yea we will call. I go in minutes before closing today to get my truck after waiting all day for the call I never got. The excuse it they are short staffed and busy... on customer in the lobby that was just waiting for his call so they clearly could have been making calls at that time. They just didn't want to. I get my alignment sheet and the only thing that is in specifications is the toe. Everything else is barely In or almost in. They did the bare minimum to get it done. Clearly no effort or pride put into their work. When I say I'll never bring my vehicles back after talking to the guy for a minute about how I'm not satisfied with it. He offers to give me a refund. I say no I just want my receipt so I can go. And instead of giving it to me he holds it and argues with me for another minute about you're not happy I'm not charging you all the while I'm saying I just want my recipe I can go. I got a flat on the way back from Jacksonville and my car does not come with a spare, only runflat tires...It was almost closing time and after an unsuccessful AAA meet up and Roadside assistance only able to offer a tow (which was going to run me $1k), I ended up at Tire Kingdom and Al took great care of me. I was in tears and panicking as I'd already been driving for 5 hours, and with my dog. I was so appreciative of the service, the work and the kindness to me in a time where I was really stressed. Recently moved to Jupiter and needed a tire plugged on a Sunday morning. To be honest, based on reviews of options in the area, had it been a different day of the week, I probably would've gone elsewhere. What a pleasant surprise. I called ahead and made an appointment. If you're familiar with customer service in South Florida or rather the lack of it...it was almost like stepping into The Twilight Zone. In a good way. I was greeted promptly by Joey when I walk in. He said it'd take an hour which it did and throughout the hour I was there they kept me posted that I'd be on my way in the hour. While sitting and waiting it was incredible how Joey and the other employees warmly took care of the other customers that were already there or came in. It's been a very long time since I witnessed such wonderful customer service. Most importantly, they didn't try to sell me new tires! Horrendous. Called on a Wed to see about tires. They had three of the kind I needed and said they would have the fourth in the store by the next day (Thurs). Called them Friday to make certain they had it in and that I would be coming in early Saturday morning to have the tires put on. Show up on Saturday and they tell me the job will take 1 hour, maybe 1:15. An hour and a half later I check the parking lot and my car is still sitting there, unmoved, w the same old tires on it. I approach them and they apologize and say they will do the work right now. 45 min later they tell me they changed two of the tires but only have two times so I need to come back to have the other two done. Called ahead and explained that I had a couple of tires that I needed mounted and balanced. They gave me a price and told me to bring them in. I show up 5 minutes later and they tell me they can't do it because the tires have been used before. Mind you- they are nearly new- not even close to being near the tread market for needing replacement. How is it that they can't tell me or ask this question on the phone before I get there??? It was the FIRST thing they asked when I showed up! Also, they refill people's tires with air as a courtesy service and many of those are bare... So please tell me how this would be any different? I just didn't know where to seek help so I drove into this Tire Kingdom off Indiantown Road on Bush Road. Wow! This was my lucky day after all! AJ was the employee that greeted me in the office. AJ went above and beyond to help me get my car drivable! He personally came outside to their parking lot, got under my car with tools, and fixed the problem. Do not go here, all snake oil salesman. I was in line to get a simple tire replaced on my 2015 Mercedes with low mileage, and these idiots tried to tell me $1500 worth of stuff was wrong on the car. I had to tell the guy point blank to put my F--- tire on and thats it -- in front of about 20 people. Then as I went to walk out, he tried the same exact sales pitch on the next guy for about $700 worth of service parts....guy laughed at him and walked out. Disgusting place. read more

I took my truck in about 2 weeks ago when the tire showed it was low in air. The technician came back at 15 mins and told me that nothing was wrong with my tire. One week later the tire was low again. I took it back and dealt with Zack and Ian who helped settle the entire issue. Crooks! Went in to have tires rotated. They don't have a good reputation locally but I was in a rush and the job was simple. They said my tread was too low to safely rotate and I needed struts. Tires were less than a year old so I knew darned well they didn't need replaced which made me suspect the struts were fine too, and because it drove fine. So, I thanked them ,took my keys and went to my usual guy who rotated the tires, said the strut was fine and didn't try I sell me four new tires. read more

Horrible experience. I worked with Camilo Diaz who had the attitude that he could care less and hated his job. I wanted over an hour and a half to have a tire fixed when I had called in advance and arranged an appointment. I was told over the phone it would be no long then 15 minutes. The only saving grace about this shop is the manager, Matt. He knows his stuff and tries his best to make your experience the most customer-will one possible, with an old-school approach of feeling like a friend you've had for years. Super classy guy. If you deal with anyone else, prepare to wait hours for a simple tire rotation, even though you had an appointment scheduled days ahead. The staff are upselling you left and right for stuff you don't need. I had a 3 year warranty on a battery I bought from them, and when I got an oil change, told me my battery failed an inspection and that they had a deal on a new one. I recently bought a set of Continental tires for my wife's car and had my pickup truck tires re-balanced. I dealt with Matt Missant and the tires were balanced by Duane Wildman. Both vehicles are riding smooth as silk. I was not charged for the re-balance on my truck and Matt did an alignment check for free. Also I was driven home in the morning and picked up later when all the work was done. I liked the price too. read more

These guys have come a long way. Recently I've had two major repairs done here - not just tires/batteries/oil changes. Price for the work was very reasonable and my 14 year old truck has stayed repaired and not been back for more service. Also, the agents and manager have become much more friendly and helpful. Tire Kingdom to the rescue! I'm so appreciative to Ian Laberge, the service manager, and his TK team for helping me out last week. I drove an hour to Jupiter from S. FL to visit a childhood friend for lunch. Three miles from the exit, my tire pressure started steadily decreasing. Upon my friend's suggestion, I took it straight to TK at 11:30am. Ian was able to diagnose the problem (a puncture in the inner rim), find me the same tire, had a technician drive to the Mercedes dealer to secure the new tire, and installed it all by mid-afternoon. I was so grateful as it allowed me to visit with my friend, but still make it safely back to S. FL late that afternoon. He and his team went out of their way to fix my issue and all with a smile! They are an authorized Tire Rack installer but as an owner of a Corvette C6 called one advance of ordering the tires to insure that they could install. The manager on duty said certainly, the tires are difficult to install but they have installed larger. Based on that I ordered the tires and had them shipped to store #48. Upon arrival I was informed that the installation costs (dismount/remount, new valve stems, balance and disposal of old tires, standard stuff) was $20 higher than their agreed upon price with Tire Rack but the car and tires were there so I did not even discuss that. After (45) minutes there (I had an appointment) was told that the car was too low for their rack. This is a standard Corvette with a standard suspension height. I eyeballed the rack, this is a large tire house with all of the correct equipment, have had (2) other sets installed over the years of ownership and never had this difficulty before. Conclusion: this shop just did not want to wrestle with this job, and oh, did not offer any solutions. Just a bunch of B.S. from a shop that did not honor their commitment. read more

Went to tire kingdom in Jupiter to have two tires changed for my new VW Mk7 Sportwagen Durban wheels hat had no scratches or curb rash at all. I bought brand new Pirelli tires and the wheels were already off the car I just wanted the old tires de-mounted and new tires mounted and balanced. The service rep had to see my wheels and tires before he accepted the job. So my confidence began to diminish with them already. Then the service rep said "yeah we can change them". He gave me the bill and it was a whopping $71.40 for two tires mount and balance. I've never paid that much anywhere but I needed them done so what ever. So two hours later they were done and after rolling the wheels back to the cargo of my car I didn't notice anything obvious. When I got home and jacked up my car putting the rims on I noticed they must of used a hard metal breaker bar to demount the tires creating huge chunks in the lip of the rim in the hyper silver powder coat in multiple places on both wheels. It's obvious to me now and makes me so pissed off that there are never people who care and use crap tools for a service they offer. I will never ever use tire kingdom again. I haven't gone back to complain but after reading how horrible tire kingdom is to deal with I don't even want to waste my time. Let this just be a warning that if you have nice new wheels DO NOT USE tire kingdom otherwise expect to get them scratched. read more

I came here because I couldn't get ahold of the local guys I go to (I'm thinking they might have had damage from the hurricane). I made an 8:30 AM appointment for an oil change and alignment. I had forgotten to print a coupon so I mentioned it and the gentleman applied it anyway! I was really grateful about that. I didn't wait very long, maybe 10 minutes. Once they were done with what I came in for, the gentleman informed me that my tires were so bad that I needed to get them changed that day. He brought me into the shop to show me and although I know almost nothing about cars, I could tell the tires were in the danger zone. I asked if I could get some kind of deal on the two tires and he gave me an amazing discount. I was so grateful since my paycheck suffered from not working during hurricane Irma. After everything was finished, I mentioned a couple of minor things I would like to come in for and he said anytime would be good. Overall, I was only there for about 2 hours and 15 mins. If any issues arise in the future and I can't get in touch with the local guys I go to, I'll definitely come back here. ** Jan 9, 2018 edit: ** I brought my car over to Richards Automotive, the guys I had tried to go to first, because in the last week my car has been making an awful ticking sound, and the vents had let out a white wispy smoke a week or so ago. He informed (and showed) me that there was hardly any oil in my car, and that my car wasn't even designed for synthetic oil (got half syn/half con at TK). I went to Tire Kingdom 3 months to the day as of tomorrow. I really trust Richards Automotive and was bothered that TK didn't know my car shouldn't take synthetic & not put enough oil. If you're in the Jupiter area I highly suggest Richard & Dick, they have decades of experience. read more

Awful experience. I had a nail in one of my tires came in to have it patched. Upon arrival, the Tire Kingdom staff said it was OK that I didn't have an appointment and seemed very helpful. That all changed when I waited OVER 2 1/2 HOURS for my car. After asking for my keys to leave (when I saw my car was still in the parking lot and hadn't even been started) one of the guys apologizes and says they'll do it in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they'd FINALLY managed to patch it and I was able to leave this terribly run establishment. This experience prompted me to get a YELP account. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER waste your time with a company like this. read more
