The were the only place that took the time to find out where my tire was leaking from . I went to 2 other places Tire Choice who claimed the tire wasn't leaking. As a last ditch effort, I went to Tire Kingdom and the guy behind the desk was great. Right away they had the tire off soaking in water to see where the leak was and then showed me a video of it. A nail must have punchcard the tire and had fallen out, with just a pin hole remaining. They fixed the problem in under an hour and I was on my way! Thank you read more

Had a nail in one tire. Brought car in 4pm on Saturday. Told if I bring it back on Monday at 7AM they would fit me in. Went back on Monday at 7am and bought a new tire and was told it would be ready in 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Had to borrow neighbors car to drop it off. Two hours later, no call, so I got neighbors car and drove back. My car had not been touched and they said I did not have an appointment. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Not Reliable!!! Horrendous. Called on a Wed to see about tires. They had three of the kind I needed and said they would have the fourth in the store by the next day (Thurs). Called them Friday to make certain they had it in and that I would be coming in early Saturday morning to have the tires put on. Show up on Saturday and they tell me the job will take 1 hour, maybe 1:15. An hour and a half later I check the parking lot and my car is still sitting there, unmoved, w the same old tires on it. I approach them and they apologize and say they will do the work right now. 45 min later they tell me they changed two of the tires but only have two times so I need to come back to have the other two done. So after being there for close to three hours I leave w two new tires and had to come back the next day for the other two. The second day I was there for another hour and half. I did not realize the tire business was so difficult to get right!,, read more

I got a flat on the way back from Jacksonville and my car does not come with a spare, only runflat tires...It was almost closing time and after an unsuccessful AAA meet up and Roadside assistance only able to offer a tow (which was going to run me $1k), I ended up at Tire Kingdom and Al took great care of me. I was in tears and panicking as I'd already been driving for 5 hours, and with my dog. I was so appreciative of the service, the work and the kindness to me in a time where I was really stressed. Al, I appreciate you demeanor and help in getting me on the road quickly and safely. Thank you! read more

Called ahead and explained that I had a couple of tires that I needed mounted and balanced. They gave me a price and told me to bring them in. I show up 5 minutes later and they tell me they can't do it because the tires have been used before. Mind you- they are nearly new- not even close to being near the tread market for needing replacement. How is it that they can't tell me or ask this question on the phone before I get there??? It was the FIRST thing they asked when I showed up! Also, they refill people's tires with air as a courtesy service and many of those are bare... So please tell me how this would be any different? Poor service and/or communication! read more

I have taken two cars here now. Purelyboutbof conveince as they are close to my home so I can ride a bike to get there and back. Both times they have "aligned" my vehicles there were problems. First my car. Had a completely upgraded aftermarket suspension so it can be precisely dialed in. They finish it. Never call me to let me know it's done so I finally go in it's been done a while BUT they couldn't get it done all the way. And asked that I not bring it back as it requires a specialty alignment shop. Not only that but after the alignment my tires are now hitting my fenders when I turn. But they did not advise of that when I got it. Next my truck. Take it in after getting a lift kit installed brand new suspension all around. Couldn't do it because my toe arms need to be swapped. Okay I understand that. But again they kept my truck all day and didn't call to tell me they couldn't do it. Just parked it and forgot it. I go in yesterday make an appointment remind and ask that they call once it's done yes yea we will call. I go in minutes before closing today to get my truck after waiting all day for the call I never got. The excuse it they are short staffed and busy... on customer in the lobby that was just waiting for his call so they clearly could have been making calls at that time. They just didn't want to. I get my alignment sheet and the only thing that is in specifications is the toe. Everything else is barely In or almost in. They did the bare minimum to get it done. Clearly no effort or pride put into their work. When I say I'll never bring my vehicles back after talking to the guy for a minute about how I'm not satisfied with it. He offers to give me a refund. I say no I just want my receipt so I can go. And instead of giving it to me he holds it and argues with me for another minute about you're not happy I'm not charging you all the while I'm saying I just want my recipe I can go. This place is a joke. Go anywhere but tire kingdom. I will NEVER GO BACK read more

Recently moved to Jupiter and needed a tire plugged on a Sunday morning. To be honest, based on reviews of options in the area, had it been a different day of the week, I probably would've gone elsewhere. What a pleasant surprise. I called ahead and made an appointment. If you're familiar with customer service in South Florida or rather the lack of it...it was almost like stepping into The Twilight Zone. In a good way. I was greeted promptly by Joey when I walk in. He said it'd take an hour which it did and throughout the hour I was there they kept me posted that I'd be on my way in the hour. While sitting and waiting it was incredible how Joey and the other employees warmly took care of the other customers that were already there or came in. It's been a very long time since I witnessed such wonderful customer service. Most importantly, they didn't try to sell me new tires! (Which I knew I didn't need-but you know how car places can be;)) read more

Disappointed as a long standing customer. Purchased two tires and was told I needed new brakes on a car with less than 15,000 miles, potential safety issue. Had brakes inspected at dealership and was told there was no issue. I won't be going back. read more

I was visiting my family in Jupiter. I had my baby grandson in the car when I had a car problem. The problem had nothing to do with tires or any service that Tire Kingdom advertises to provide. I just didn't know where to seek help so I drove into this Tire Kingdom off Indiantown Road on Bush Road. Wow! This was my lucky day after all! AJ was the employee that greeted me in the office. AJ went above and beyond to help me get my car drivable! He personally came outside to their parking lot, got under my car with tools, and fixed the problem. And.... this Tire Kingdom did not charge me for their services! Their act of kindness was appreciated and should be applauded! THANK YOU AJ and Management! read more

Never going back again. Over 5 hours for 4 new tires, and that was with an appointment. In addition to that, sales associate said that they might be able to replace hub cover that they broke. Don't go ! read more

Do not go here, all snake oil salesman. I was in line to get a simple tire replaced on my 2015 Mercedes with low mileage, and these idiots tried to tell me $1500 worth of stuff was wrong on the car. I had to tell the guy point blank to put my F--- tire on and thats it -- in front of about 20 people. Then as I went to walk out, he tried the same exact sales pitch on the next guy for about $700 worth of service parts....guy laughed at him and walked out. Disgusting place. read more

Another great experience at Tire Kingdom on Bush Rd. in Jupiter. Needed a tire mounted and balanced on a busy holiday weekend. Steven (Store Manager) and his people got me right in and the tire was ready to go within about 10-15 minutes. Everybody was friendly...great customer service! read more

Seriously pleased. Quality keeps going up. I have been a customer for several years. Even on the phone, everyone there is polite and helpful. They are honest with their assessment, reasonable in their prices and Covid careful which I appreciate. David, the manager, and his team assessed a brake issue I had and relayed my results without pressure. Honestly, it is a pleasure going there. Thanks David for keeping things running so smoothly! Customers like me appreciate it! read more

I have a 5 year alignment package I purchased with my tires last year, so obviously I come here for my wheel maintenance. SCAM!!!! Do not buy these plans- to many fine prints!!! I wish I could leave less than 1 star. First off, I came in for the buy 2, get 2 which really is like paying full price but getting their alignment and road hazard plans free. Debatable whether that was worth it. Then they put the wrong tires on. Of course I had already paid $800 so I was just out of luck. No discount, no consideration. When it came time to get the right size on, two advisors confirmed my appointment after wrk at 6, but when I got there, I had to wait. read more

Tire Kingdom was amazing I bought 4 tires from them a few months ago and my job took me to the new construction in Alton and boom nail in tire. Thanks to the team here they fixed me up in a half hour. Truly great service and they didn't try to push more service like other places do. Since I bought the tires there, it was a free service for the repair. read more

Crooks! Went in to have tires rotated. They don't have a good reputation locally but I was in a rush and the job was simple. They said my tread was too low to safely rotate and I needed struts. Tires were less than a year old so I knew darned well they didn't need replaced which made me suspect the struts were fine too, and because it drove fine. So, I thanked them ,took my keys and went to my usual guy who rotated the tires, said the strut was fine and didn't try I sell me four new tires. read more

Horrible experience. I worked with Camilo Diaz who had the attitude that he could care less and hated his job. I wanted over an hour and a half to have a tire fixed when I had called in advance and arranged an appointment. I was told over the phone it would be no long then 15 minutes. There communication skills and business professionalism is very much lacking. I highly recommend that you go anywhere else because you could not possibly have a worse experience. read more

HORRIBLE!! I will never return. Not only do they not acknowledge you when you walk in the door, my car has been parked & completed for over forty five minutes & this guy is taking customer after customer before me just sitting here. When I inquired as to why a gentleman was serviced before me when I was waiting 40 minutes & he just walked in the door, he stated because his car was done for 4 hours! Ridiculous! Get more help! Get a customer service course in there for these guys!! read more

I was hoping to disprove the bad reviews but man... Came down because the guy on the phone said its dead today. I shoulda waited for Pepboys. There are 4 techs - all walking around like they just woke up. Zero sense of urgency. They have a good tire selection but the service sucks. Avoid this place like the plague, last time I'm coming here. read more

I took my truck in about 2 weeks ago when the tire showed it was low in air. The technician came back at 15 mins and told me that nothing was wrong with my tire. One week later the tire was low again. I took it back and dealt with Zack and Ian who helped settle the entire issue. I had my tires changed, balanced, and rotated for a steal of a deal and within hours. The team was friendly, and I would recommend there services. read more

They get the job done... but very unfriendly and slow. Deceived to get in the door the waited longer than told.

These guys have come a long way. Recently I've had two major repairs done here - not just tires/batteries/oil changes. Price for the work was very reasonable and my 14 year old truck has stayed repaired and not been back for more service. Also, the agents and manager have become much more friendly and helpful. Seems like they have turned the corner as a company. read more

Our family had a flat tire on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. We had to be towed and visited two other places unsuccessfully before Tire Kingdom. Steve Rogers at Tire Kingdom was incredibly helpful knowing that we had to leave and be on the road quickly that very day. Best customer service we could ask for. Thank you tire kingdom! read more

The only saving grace about this shop is the manager, Matt. He knows his stuff and tries his best to make your experience the most customer-will one possible, with an old-school approach of feeling like a friend you've had for years. Super classy guy. If you deal with anyone else, prepare to wait hours for a simple tire rotation, even though you had an appointment scheduled days ahead. The staff are upselling you left and right for stuff you don't need. I had a 3 year warranty on a battery I bought from them, and when I got an oil change, told me my battery failed an inspection and that they had a deal on a new one. Didn't even bother to look that I would have a free one from my warranty, just wanted the upsell. 3 stars, only because of Matt. Otherwise don't bother. read more

I like it! I have been coming to this Tire Kingdom for years and always have a great experience when Chris Allen is my mechanic. 0 sense of urgency. Now I know why the wait was over 3 hours. Very poor customer service. One of the service techs thought it would be ok to smoke cigarettes directly next to our car with the doors open. I will never return to this place again. read more

I recently bought a set of Continental tires for my wife's car and had my pickup truck tires re-balanced. I dealt with Matt Missant and the tires were balanced by Duane Wildman. Both vehicles are riding smooth as silk. I was not charged for the re-balance on my truck and Matt did an alignment check for free. Also I was driven home in the morning and picked up later when all the work was done. I liked the price too. read more

Tire Kingdom to the rescue! I'm so appreciative to Ian Laberge, the service manager, and his TK team for helping me out last week. I drove an hour to Jupiter from S. FL to visit a childhood friend for lunch. Three miles from the exit, my tire pressure started steadily decreasing. Upon my friend's suggestion, I took it straight to TK at 11:30am. Ian was able to diagnose the problem (a puncture in the inner rim), find me the same tire, had a technician drive to the Mercedes dealer to secure the new tire, and installed it all by mid-afternoon. I was so grateful as it allowed me to visit with my friend, but still make it safely back to S. FL late that afternoon. He and his team went out of their way to fix my issue and all with a smile! I really appreciate it. read more

Awful experience. I had a nail in one of my tires came in to have it patched. Upon arrival, the Tire Kingdom staff said it was OK that I didn't have an appointment and seemed very helpful. That all changed when I waited OVER 2 1/2 HOURS for my car. After asking for my keys to leave (when I saw my car was still in the parking lot and hadn't even been started) one of the guys apologizes and says they'll do it in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they'd FINALLY managed to patch it and I was able to leave this terribly run establishment. This experience prompted me to get a YELP account. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER waste your time with a company like this. read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! If I could give this location zero stars I would. My wife had surgery today, when we left the hospital we picked up a nail. I tired to put the spare on but one lug was slightly rounded off. So I go in to this location explain all the above to "Ian" and was immediately told, "yeah we can do it but it will be two hours"?!! In disbelief I limp my car over to Walmart, buy an air pump and plug kit and do it myself. I can not believe the lack of compassion from this little prick. I've filed a complaint to their corporate office and recommend that if you need any tire service done, you find somewhere else. From the other reviews on here it looks like this store needs some serious revamping from corporate. read more

Do NOT go here. Read on: I made an appointment for a Saturday morning oil change for my Honda (it uses synthetic oil). My appointment time was for 07:30 when the store opens. I was told when I made the appointment the service would take 1 hour for the oil/filter change including the free tire rotation that is part of the service. I arrived early and was told by the Manager that 2 employees called out sick, therefore the service would take longer than 1 hour since there were 8 cars leftover from the day before. He told me to return after 12:30 for my car. I couldn't wait 5 hours so I asked for an earlier time of 10:00 AM. He made a counter-offer of 10:30 and I agreed. I returned at 10:30 and found my car parked in the same spot I left it, untouched. The man working the counters did not know if my car was ready yet and then he spent 10 minutes looking for the job slip and keys. He couldn't find them in the lobby or in the auto shop. He finally returned to say my car would be done in 30 minutes. While he looked for my keys, the employees in the lobby were verbalizing how upset they were that 2 guys called out sick leaving the shop short-handed. They talked in front of customers how rotten a place it was to work with the manager. Meanwhile, the manager was in the auto bay arguing with employees about working the schedule he assigns and yelling to them "tough shit if you don't like it!" I then stood outside and watched the technician bring my car into a bay, put it on a lift and change the oil/filter. He never rotated the tires! He brought me my car and I asked him why he didn't rotate my tires. He said he did rotate them even when I confronted him with his lie. Fucking amazing that he kept a straight face. As he walked back into the shop, he stopped to argue with the manager who told him he needed to work late to cover the absent employees. He said "fuck you! I'm not working overtime for $8 an hour!" The manager replied back with his "fuck you, yes you will!" in return. All of this in front of customers. Incredible. I paid for my oil change. Had to. I didn't get my free tire rotation. Not surprised they skipped the free stuff so they could catch up on falling behind. I then noticed the window decal reminding of the next oil change had the $20 dollar 10/W30 oil checked off, not the $70 synthetic oil it is supposed to have, oil I paid for. Who knows what the hell they put in my and other peoples cars? I then got a "courtesy call" 2 days later asking me how I liked my service and to please come again. Never! I'm going to Meineke on Central Ave. Don't trust the Tire Kingdom cunts! read more
