I dropped my vehicle off to have a screw hole patched. It was a fairly new vehicle and the 1st time having a wheel removed. I learned that the lug nut lock that was given with the new vehicle was wrong. They could not get the wheel off to repair it, so I had to have it towed to the dealership so they could take the wheel off. Tire Kingdom did not get paid for the job but went out of their way to help get the vehicle to the dealership. Amazing service!!! read more

The WORST!! Don't take your car here unless you want it to be damaged. I took my 2024 Chevy Tahoe in to be looked at for a screw stuck in the tire. The employee looked at my tire and car and stated they could fix it with patch and gave me a quote. I waited about 25 minutes and he pulled the car into the bay. After a few minutes he pulled the car back out stated they could not fix it because of the size of the rim. At that time I noticed that the rim was scratched towards the side wall of the tire and asked to speak to the manager Johnson Smith. He proceeded to tell me I was lying and that the damage was not new. Which is completely untrue. Not only did they cause damage to my brand new rim but they couldn't tell by the rim size before taking it in that they did not have the correct equipment to fix the tire. They are CARELESS, INCOMPETENT, and have POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not take your vehicle here! read more

I dropped my Tesla off for an 8am appointment, literally the first person walking behind the guy opening the door at 7:55 am. After three hours of waiting I view my dashcam to see my car has not left the spot I parked it in (again 3 hours ago) I call back in to ask for a reason why I have not been serviced yet and was told they they prioritize walk ins over appointments. After telling the employee how unfair and idiotic this is from a consumer standpoint I see work has begun . After 2 more hours I am told that I would need to pay an additional $200 to align the tires I just paid $1580 to have installed. This is the exact opposite of what the employee told me at 8am when I signed off for a total cost of 1500ish and he verbatim said "the only extra cost is the valve stems". I then ask the employee to explain why this cost was never told to me before he then hung up the phone in the middle of me speaking. I come to pick up the vehicle only to find out that one of the employees have literally ripped off the plastic aero covers on my Tesla tires claiming that it would have "fallen off while driving" which is funny considering the fact I drive this vehicle 60+ miles daily and have had no issues. Let me start off by saying that I have not had the best experience with large tire corporations like this or their competitors.. it's always a sales gimmick or something going arrayed while there. So I decided to start fresh with new location and hopeful for better experience. I needed to purchase 2 new tires. One immediately due to tire blow out on 95 and Acura not coming with a spare tire upon purchase (2020). I purchased a new tire and scheduled for the following day the other front tire to be replaced and an alignment. I found out I must've made the appointment with corporate office, who was very helpful and nice. It was a young woman but very patient and friendly. She made the whole experience on the appointment end nice. My total was out the door a discounted amount due to Presidents' Day sale? Or a weekend special? Unsure of which. In any case, the first tire that was purchased from them the day prior that was brought back to my home and place on the vehicle so that I could get it to the shop- was filled to a PSI of 51! My car is an Acura ILX and is max PSI of 35! They were aware of the car it was being placed in- NO ONE CHECKED THIS? After placing the rim on and balancing it? My car immediately set off alerts when I started to drive on it. I was on my way to their shop when this happened- so the gentleman that had handed me off this tire the day before called to make sure I was on the way to my appointment- was informed of this error- he didn't care and was like we'll fix it when you come in and do the other tire: well: you think I didn't have warning bells already going off about them now? Any their "quality work and techs"? Wrong! It wasn't sitting well with me at all! It takes 5 seconds to check tire pressure after you've sold this tire to me! So I changed my mind about them handling my alignment: if they can't even manage a PSI check after mounting a damn tire! So I kindly and nicely said/ I'll just have you place the new other front tire and come back for alignment. The man Eric at the desk said: okay then and then UPCHARGED my tire price on the second one! I told him: you sold me a tire yesterday for less- now this one is more? How is that possible? It's the same tire and less than 24 hours later! He said: it's a different day. That was a sale yesterday! I said no! That is what I was quoted! He said: you have a problem-call corporate then. (He was the one who sold me my first tire less than 24 hours prior too!) I was so infuriated I told him to just give me the tire and I'll have it mounted elsewhere. He then proceeds to tell me: sorry I can't sell you the tire now. I said what?! Are you kidding me? He said no. Then he gets nasty and says well maybe if you tell me why you aren't having us do it. I said: bc of the games like this! He said hold on I have to ask my manger now. He comes back and says okay- we can sell it. I go to hand him my debit card and he says sorry can't do that. You have to pay us cash now. I said this is insane! What! He said cash or I can't help you. I had to drive to ATM get cash and he up charged! NEVER go there. This place is quack scam artists. There was also another elderly gentleman there with me and they put on wrong size tires for him then he was told it was in error and they didn't have his size in stock! This place is a disaster. I had new tires and some very basic service done here. I figured they could handle a basic job. Long story short, the car was not done correctly and eventually would need to be fixed elsewhere. They didn't honor their work at all. I would never recommend any business that won't at least stand by their work. Once the deficiencies were realized, the excuses started. Every excuse under the sun came out for them to not fix it unless I paid to fix their mistake. Upon investigation they didn't even order all of the parts needed to do the job correctly in the first place. After asking some questions, they apparently didn't even know how to do this basic job correctly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If they at a bare minimum just made it right I would have given them a pass, but simply walking away from their mistake is a sign of much bigger problem. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable shop instead of this one. read more

SCAM ALERT! I just picked up my truck from getting 2 new tires and an alignment check to be told I had a seized tie rod and my steering wheel was at a 90* angle because of how off my alignment was. that would be an additional 690$. There were no issues with my alignment when I dropped it off, I paid to have it checked. (and they over charged me by 60$ on top of that). I wasn't giving them a dime to fix what wasn't broken. called corporates resolutions who sent us to another location to have it fixed. just got a call from the other location where we were told it wasn't a seized tie rod and my alignment is now good to go. these guys are absolute SCAM ARTISTS. I dont think i've ever been treated this poorly. I ordered a tire in october and scheduled the service to install it. Showed up and was told the tire wasn't there and that it was my fault for coming before i confirmed the tire was there, despite having an email confirming my appointment. Went home and called corporate, was told they talked to the store and my tire was there. went back to the store and was lied to about anyone talking to corporate and again their mistake is somehow my fault. turns out they had the tire but with a 2hr wait i decided to buy the tire and have it installed at another location. 9 weeks later my car goes in for an oil change and im told the tread is low. I call tire kingdom to get the serial number, DOT # and invoice and am told none of that is possible because they dont have any of my information. Now Pirelli can't cover me under the hazard warranty because i messed up and had tire kingdom sell me a tire. ITs obviously entirely my fault according to the store managers, corporate, and regional manager that wont return my call. You know who might return my call? The state attorney's office and the BBB. read more

Traveling from NY to Boca it took AAA 4 hours to get me towed just to next exit where I had to spend $200 on a Hotel Room for 8 Hours even though I have the AAA premier plan including Motorcycles and RVs ( Dont spend the EXTRA ) And offered the driver $100 cash to take me the extra 20 miles so I did not have to stay in a hotel.No Go AAA is not what they used to be ! Made in Japan They took me in pretty quick as I had to be towed in again due to TOYOTA not including a spare of any type and AAA too busy the night before. The tec said you other tire is showing cords ( It was fine the wear bars were in limits) but I believe in ( replacing in pairs )and I wanted a tire I could obtain when I returned to NY. I found a nail in my front right tire and the rest of the tires had low pressure that made me worried there may have been more nails. So I brought my car into Tire Kingdom across from the TJMaxx on Indiantown Rd. They were busy so I left my car with John and had gone shopping for a couple hours. When I got back, John let me know that he had carefully examined all 4 tires and luckily I only had that 1 nail that did not go all the way through my tire. So I didn't end up needing a patch. Found a nail in my tire on my way to work. It was holding some air so I made an appointment for 3:30. While it took 90 minutes to get it plugged, to be honest I was happy they were able to fit me in same day. Lately it seems everyone is too busy to help anyone, but these guys were nice, interacted really well with the customers, and in general had a good,calm, comfortable atmosphere. I have been to other tire stores where the people working the desk are impatient, grouchy, and not helpful, and fact is, half the people coming to the tire store are in a bind with a flat, need for a replacement, or other stressful emergency and need some good attitude to help them deal with the situation. These guys were rocking the 80s music in the garage, attending politely to all the customers, and gave us updates a few times to when we will be finished. Very helpful place and they treated everyone with a good attitude. I will Come here to get my next set of tires. read more

After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I was told by the technician that he would not work on my truck, said it wasn't worth it to him, wouldn't make enough money. Moved on to another job. No explanation from the manager, just said it wasn't worth it for them to rotate my tires. It seems like they only want to sell and install new tires, and not support customers after the sale. They couldn't sell me new tires because my truck only has 8,000 miles on it, when they realized they couldn't sell me a full set of tires, they did not seem interested in rotating and balancing my tires. This will be my last time coming to this location. Made an appointment yesterday for tires at 9:30. Only 1 person at the front and wasn't able to check in and give my key until almost 10, fine. The car was done at 11:30, all good. I drove 3 miles to work and home. I live 1 block from this location and today I start the car and the tire pressure warning light is on. Goes from 36 to 32 driving the 1 block back to the store. I get there and they just want to put air. The older gentleman inside was too busy having a conversation with guests to care very much to over see this. The guys in the bay seem annoyed that I would like it checked for a problem as opposed to just air. I give them my key as I thought he was going to check only to find he goes on a test drive with my key so no one is able to move the car. It's been 45 min at this point to have the tire checked after spending the time and money the day before. This store is not the same as it used to be and I will be going to the one on indiantown rd from now on. They are much more efficient and friendly. read more

I have never seen nicer guys and really great people skills in my 65 yrs. A credit to themselves and the company. They offer a variety of price tires. Stay away from this place. They charged me $192.95 for a wheel alignment and balance plus another $19.30 for shop fees. The shop fee is supposedly misc supplies and waste disposal. I don't know how they charge that for a wheel alignment and balance. My total bill including taxes was $225.76, it's clearly a rip off!!! I checked two other car service places in Jupiter and a wheel alignment came in at $80.00 and $36.00 to balance 4 tires - that's $116.00. They are the absolute worse! I waited in the lobby for a good 10 minutes- had to go outside to ask if someone could help me- he told me he was "talking" to a customer- I told him I was a customer as well and his fishing plans wasn't exactly a car concern. They then charged me for the most expensive oil change and did not set up my car to reflect this longer oil change. Then they had to replace my two back tires- and broke my tire inflation light- forgot to tell me that they broke it- and I had to inquire about why the light was on. Then they were like "Oh, yeah, our service guy broke it so I had to order you another one- it should come in in about 1-2 days." So now I have to go back to this awful place and wait another 30 minutes. When I called to ask the service guy why I wasn't informed of this when I checked out he told me " well people make mistakes, haven't YOU made a mistake before." I answered saying YES- by choosing this horrible place for a simple oil change. He then called me back to ask why I hung up on him. Only to then hang up on me!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN.
