Sales pitch was like get the tires plus credit card , get the alignment services and tire rotation for Life this way every time you get an oil change you can get all those things done for free. Sounded like a great deal but when I came back in to get those done they tried to charge me for the tire rotation, never performed the alignment, took half the day, and they charged me $185 for an oil change stating that I had an exotic oil filter and my car is not exotic and I've never heard that before. I was very clear that I wanted the alignment done and that was my main reason for going there. I also called up customer service to make sure the alignment was being performed and not just checked and they assured me that it was done, but when I got there, they mysteriously hadn't done it. I also had to drop my car off for half the day which was a total waste of time. So basically don't fall for their scam of overcharging you upfront but promising that you'll save money in the future because when you come back, there's not gonna be anything there for you. Every part of this organization is broken and flawed from the person at the front desk to the people doing the work on the cars to the support staff online, all of it. After arguing, they agreed to about 20% above the original quote. They promised two days. A full week later, after almost no communication, they finally called saying it was ready, then tried to charge me nearly double because they installed FOUR tires when I only authorized TWO. The other two tires were basically brand new. Their excuse? They threw them in the dumpster. Then told me they'd have to dig my tires out of the trash and needed another day to reinstall them. Changing prices, broken promises, unauthorized work, terrible communication, and excuse after excuse. I wouldn't trust a word this location tells you. Complete incompetence and dishonesty from start to finish. Avoid this place.
