Based on there install I would grade the quality of the work on my installation a "C". If you are particular about you vehicle whether it be a weekend or special occasion vehicle or a daily driver and you are only concerned about getting your car wrapped then this company is fine. However if you are looking for a professional and clean installation of PPF on your vehicle that allows your paint to shine through this is not the place. My installation has dozens of spots of contamination under the wrap the reads through the film, it also has a number of areas where the edges of the wrap were not wrapped properly. I have not driven the car or washed it since I picked it up 3 weeks ago and I am still experiencing edges coming undone. I also am finding poor alignment of the film and lines in the film. If your looking for a place to apply film, make sure they have a dedicated location that is clean and free of airborn contamination as these guys do not. I now have to go elsewhere to have this poor installation corrected. The owner is a nice enough guy but quality of work is not up to standards for individuals who are particular about there vehicles.

So after doing some online investigation, I decided I wanted to do a PPF wrap and ceramic. I asked an expert acquaintance (a high-end body work / painter), who gave me extensive advice about what I should look for in an installer. So I looked far and wide, and each person/company said something off-base with what my expert told me. But then I found Peter, who happened to be right around the corner from me! In talking to Peter initially, he walked me through all the relevant points, and without prompting said exactly what my expert told me I should look for, including offering me a chance to look at the shop in person (which is also something my expert advised). Most importantly, I couldn't be happier with the result - I get compliments on its looks constantly. I've seen Peter a few other times since for random things (most recently to install "Rim Savers" for the wheels), and each time I walk out feeling like the car has been given the full "princess" treatment. Couldn't be happier with my choice, in fact at this point, I wouldn't even consider letting another team touch it.

I addition to removing the $400 for the battery I asked him to remove a $250 diagnostic fee that I never agreed to. So I asked him, I owe $250 whether or not we do business and he said yes. I asked him to remove it because I was never told by him that I would have to pay this fee. Then he makes the snide remark of " well I did not know I had to work for free today" What an ass. A half hour before they close on a Sunday. I was told they only had two techs working on X amount of cars. Which is understandable, my problem was with the manager and the attitude given when asking if he was sure they would even have it finished by the end of the day. Still have a warranty on of my tires so I'll be going back for that, but otherwise I'll find a new tire shop in town.

The positives: the office staff was friendly and professional, and my truck was nicely cleaned when I picked it up. Unfortunately, the actual repair was disappointing. Two parking sensors, which worked perfectly before, were broken during the bumper removal. At first, I was told I'd need to pay for them and was even called "ignorant" for questioning it. The bumper itself wasn't reinstalled properly either -- it now sits about a half inch below the step. (See pic) While the owner eventually agreed to take responsibility for the sensors, the way I was treated and the quality of the repair left me frustrated. I expected my truck to be restored to its original condition, but instead I left feeling let down and unwilling to return.

Now having shaking from the cheap parts that didn't fit - and hobbled together with washers. On top of that they left a ton of bolts inside the engine bay and a pair of pliers they claimed werent theirs. Maybe this place is decent for tires and alignment, but I wouldn't recommend any automotive work done here if you want it done correctly the first time. My car drives worse than when I initially brought it in.

Sales pitch was like get the tires plus credit card , get the alignment services and tire rotation for Life this way every time you get an oil change you can get all those things done for free. Sounded like a great deal but when I came back in to get those done they tried to charge me for the tire rotation, never performed the alignment, took half the day, and they charged me $185 for an oil change stating that I had an exotic oil filter and my car is not exotic and I've never heard that before. I was very clear that I wanted the alignment done and that was my main reason for going there. I also called up customer service to make sure the alignment was being performed and not just checked and they assured me that it was done, but when I got there, they mysteriously hadn't done it. I also had to drop my car off for half the day which was a total waste of time. So basically don't fall for their scam of overcharging you upfront but promising that you'll save money in the future because when you come back, there's not gonna be anything there for you. Every part of this organization is broken and flawed from the person at the front desk to the people doing the work on the cars to the support staff online, all of it.
