This time was a much more extensive and difficult repair - and the results were virtually PERFECT! I have a 2022 Mazda Miata RF GT in Soul Red - a VERY hard color to match - and both times I've dealt with one of the two owners - Tim - who matched the bumper cover, hood, and fenders beautifully - it was very difficult to tell that the car was ever damaged. Just as importantly, my dealings with the owners (mostly with Tim, but sometimes his partner Dan) were exceptional - Tim kept me posted of the progress, went out of his way to get new, OEM parts for the car with the insurance company appraiser when he thought that aftermarket parts wouldn't look good enough - and even helped with the return of the car rental, so that I could leave it there, and the rental company picked it up. I thought that this quality of work would've been thousands of dollars to repair based on what other shops kept telling me. They wanted to cut my door apart and do all kinds of crazy stuff. Called this company, while more expensive they fixed it without mentioning the need to do that. I left Marcos with my car and watched some TV inside while not totally knowing what to expect. About an hour and a half later, Marcos called me and showed me a perfect repair. I legitimately can't tell that it was hit anymore. The lighting isn't great for photos at the moment but I'll be trying to add some later for anyone who's looking for examples of the work. While a bit more expensive than the cheapest route, this shop will get it done right the first time. I'll 100% only be working with this brand for dents in the future.
