I was driving my Range Rover on 440 when a person with road rage slammed into the back of my vehicle. It caused significant damage and was completely unavoidable. I have never been in a car accident and didnt know how to proceed. I was so lucky to have a referral from the people who sold me the vehicle in the certified used program at range rover to get quality parts and service so my car if ever i want to sell it will be certified used. This company exhibits a strong moral compass and their service rep was outstanding because i was stressed during the process i had some whiplash and he was kind and they went way above and beyond by helping with the insurance paperwork and it was no surprise that my insurance company had them precertified as a quality body shop. Everyone who answered the phone was exceptional, kind, profession but their attitudes were always poised relaxed and friendly. I am a doctor and driving to them with my schedule was a bit challenging due to my workload and they sent drivers to pick up and deliver my vehicle. They brought it back pristine and every part inside and out was polished and showroom floor ready. I unreservedly recommend this extraordinary company should you need top notch quality work. And thank you to Range Rover Palm beach Service for recommending them! I could NOT be MORE pleased!

About 2 years ago when the front bumper of my BMW 5 series was damaged by a pickup truck in Texas …read more I brought my car to Collision Center of the Palm Beaches to be repaired near my home in case there were lingering issues. Collision Center worked with my company and convinced them on what really needed to be done based on the extent of the damage and their experience and expertise in making these repairs. Collision Center are real experts and saved me from having 2nd class repairs on my new car. Unfortunately, my front bumper was damaged again by someone backing into my car and puncturing my bumper right near the sensors. My insurance gave me an estimate to take to their shop. Collision Center gave me an estimate. I shared both estimates with the insurance company and Collision Center. That's when the show started! LOL! After about a week of negotiating, my insurance company agreed with the Collision Center experts on the actual extent of the damage and needed repairs! THESE GUYS ARE SIMPLY EXPERTS AND ARE OBVIOUSLY VERY PROFESSIONAL! While there are a few other repair shops that can probably do just as good a job as Collision Center, I believe there are none that can do what they do so professionally and friendly! Regardless of who you speak with there, you will enjoy the experience - like you doing business with a true friend. They are a genuine pleasure to work with. While I don't expect to have my car damaged again soon, if it does, the upside is that I know where to go to have it repaired the right way effectively and efficiently! They are clearly 2nd to NONE!
