This was a long term repair because the entire car got repainted and fixed including frame repair, fender replacement, front bumper replacement and a lot of small parts and undercarriage repairs also. The paint came out great on this 2004 Lexus LS430. I am still working on the car but got a great start using Lakeshore to repaint and repair.

The positives: the office staff was friendly and professional, and my truck was nicely cleaned when I picked it up. Unfortunately, the actual repair was disappointing. Two parking sensors, which worked perfectly before, were broken during the bumper removal. At first, I was told I'd need to pay for them and was even called "ignorant" for questioning it. The bumper itself wasn't reinstalled properly either -- it now sits about a half inch below the step. (See pic) While the owner eventually agreed to take responsibility for the sensors, the way I was treated and the quality of the repair left me frustrated. I expected my truck to be restored to its original condition, but instead I left feeling let down and unwilling to return.

BOY WERE WE WRONG! My car only needed one metal panel replaced. THATS IT. First they ordered the wrong part, then they delayed pickup for a month and a half. They would say it'd be ready on Friday then when Friday comes they would tell us next wednesday. That cycle repeated until present day, when a police officer shows up at our doorstep telling us AN AMAZON TRUCK HIT MY CAR IN THEIR PARKING LOT. We now have to get my bumper replaced which will take god knows how long and it is because of their incompetence, and lack of care for their clients. While the "shop supplies" fee was a bit excessive in my opinion (I'm used to that being like $10 at my old repair shop or like 1.5-2% of the repair cost) at least the billing is clear and straightforward. I've seen other shops add lots of random fees, disposal, hazardous waste, facility fees, etc... However, with a great deal of effort from Mark and his mechanic, Roberto, after replacing the engine and several other major parts, it's running great finally.
