Over Easter weekend, I had…read moreaccidentally spilled a whole thermos of Crystal light on my black car seat, which dried a mottled white. Based on Yelp reviews, I reached out to Eddie at Wash Boss Mobile. I was quoted a price of $95 for what I needed, and was able to make an appointment for him to come to me the next day. When Eddie was 15 minutes late, I texted him and he told me he was finishing up the first appointment of the day. I waited another half hour and texted again. I had told him that if he couldn't be to me by 11:00 (a full hour after my appointment) to go ahead and cancel the appointment. He decided to cancel, and then contacted me at 11:00 and said he was 18 minutes away and did I want him to come. He got started on my vehicle an hour and a half after my appointment time. He said he didn't know what services I had requested to be done, even though I had put it in through his website and he quoted a price. I showed him my seat he said he could fix it. He shampooed the entire interior, and washed, and ( I think) waxed my car. There was still bird poop stains on the car, which annoyed me but not that big of a deal since the interior was what I was worried about. He then changed the price to $130. When the interior dried, spots were still mottled looking. I sent him a text with the picture attached and asked when he could come back. He was able to come back the next day. He came back the next day without issue and re shampooed that seat. My seats look great now. Eddie is a nice guy, and a hard worker. But based upon him being so late to the first appointment, not doing a good enough job the first time where he had to come back, and the fact that the quoted price changed, I rated him three stars. I'm not sure if I would use him again.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Went for a bumper repair. When I picked it up they charged me more than we…read moreagreed upon for "hardware" to reinstall the front lip spoiler. Mind you all the brand new OEM hardware was given to them by me. Few weeks later the lip fell off. Turns out they didn't line up the lip properly to the underbelly pan so none of the holes line up. So they drove a bunch of cabinet screws into the underbelly pan to "secure the lip". They also didn't use any of the OEM hardware they removed that secured the lip to the bumper. they also didn't use not reinstall the grille properly and damaged it. This was also a brand new grille. I also found paint drips so I talked to them about fixing the paint. I elected to remove the bumper myself and being it to them. Dropped it off and a week later Danny tells me that there's cracks in the bumper. I told him they weren't there when I dropped it off, the bumpers been in their shop for 7-8 days at this point and he apparently just starting to work on it. Danny tells me come the next morning and it will be ready. Show up, nothings been touched. Take it out of frustration and figure I'll just have to pay a better shop to do it over. Danny apologizes and says he's shorthanded and if I bring it back and he will fix it personally. Take the bumper back again. Danny it'll be done that day. It's not. Come two days later. Paint is touched up slightly. Grille is WORSE than before. Huge gaps between grille and bumper that he managed to somehow make bigger than when I dropped it off. And he let his sander hit the lip spoiler (which is black plastic and was also BRAND NEW) leaving a massive white sanding scrape on it. BUYER BEWARE. AWFUL WORK. AWFUL TO DEAL WITH. WONT STAND BY HIS WORK. I have never seen a service business run this poorly.

His work is exceptional. His communication is flawless. Proof? Look At My Car! Took her to get a complete detail, ceramic and window tint. I drive a classic 2006 Lexus SC430 hardtop convertible. She is a rare beauty with less than 26,000 miles and I am her second owner. This vehicle requires the BEST care to maintain her original stunning paint, interior and systems. You can smell her light Ecru leather, sweet and rich, pretty much like it was when she rolled off the manufacturers floor and not a mark anywhere. The Maplewood on her steering wheel and interior facia gleams smooth like glass, not one stain or etch. Her Ecru carpet is flawless. Not kidding. I use custom clear mats. My husband does not drive this car and my mechanic knows to don the booties and gloves and whatnot. The engine compartment that houses her V8 can provide a meal service it's so clean. Her wiring harnesses look like a Blackhawk helicopters. Clean, sharp, organized. Seriously. Thus, I do not allow the use of any aftermarket cleaners, sprays and the like on the interior surfaces. I barely got the beginnings of that statement formed when Chris looked inside and said that he would "not be using anything other than soft cloths for the interior, no spray". He knew. You can see for yourself the ceramic finish Chris put on her outside. Like shimmering waves of gloss. The rims received a ceramic finish as well and they shine, oh they shine like hallelujah! I've had many cars tinted and I cannot even detect the slightest bit of pressure marking anywhere even with my polarized glasses, and trust me, I check. We did a 70% cool tint so that the UV/UVA heat and light are blocked but the glass looks only slightly darker, in order to preserve the classic aesthetic of the vehicle. Perfect. All this, in two days and it would have been one, but I could not make it in at 7am for a one day finish. I'm fine with that and Chris was too. When we came to pick her up in the afternoon we had a snafu with Zelle and had to wait a bit of time on the line for bank assist and although Chris had plans BECAUSE IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY, he was so chill and gracious about it. He said "I'm supposed to be right here, right now with you and not at the mall, and everything is exactly the way it's supposed to be, no worries". Life lessons. They put the wrong name in the quote after being told multiple times the correct name that should be on the quote. Their response? Not our fault, that's insurance fraud (she wanted to get a quote because of an insurance claim) even though the mistake was done on their end. Conclusion: If they can't do basic admin work and own up to their mistake then I think that should summarize how easy they are willing to make a QUICK BUCK and the type of work they do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because according to them they "got 5 or 6 things better to do" in which I think it would be best to give them more free time since it seems like they need it.
