After noticing some uneven wear on the tires I started checking the front end and realized my alignment was garbage and that's why my truck drove like crap. Brought it to total roadside, cost $300 for the alignment which is fair for these heavy trucks, they actually took the time to test drive it and make sure that they fixed the issues. People in the office were friendly and accommodating and the person working on my truck knew what they were doing which is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Can't recommend these guys enough, thanks for making my truck drive in a straight line!

After doing a lot of research, and checking out lots of reviews online, we paid a visit to Duane and checked out SLAD. We were impressed and felt confident that SLAD was the place to service our beloved RV in the future, for many reasons, too long for this short review. We have since brought our RV in for evacuation and charge of its a/c. The service was performed professionally while I waited. The price was fair and the a/c now blows ice cold. I have been to many auto repair shops and met many auto mechanics, some good, some not so much. I had some discussions about the MB Sprinter chassis, and found that Wayne was up to speed on all the details on this vehicle. I have a lot of confidence with Wayne and SLAD being the auto shop I will be using for all my RV chassis future needs.

The wheels had been all scratched and dinged from hitting curbs. Terry at Classic Collision went through every detail of the car inspection with me, and the entire quote down to $20 parts. He is very honest, and you can tell that from the fact they post labor rates on a big sign in the lobby. So honest, that he even called me after he gave me the estimate to tell me he found a way to cut the price by more than $250! I was very impressed. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the car looks brand new! (It's a little over four years old). The wheels look like they're fresh of the lot (you would never ever know they were damaged), and they weren't even replaced, just resurfaced. Beyond the excellent customer service and car repair work, the space is super clean and nicely decorated. You can tell a lot of pride goes into this business. I cannot say enough good things!

I would even drive 30+ miles just for an oil change. I trusted them THAT much. Carlile Motors is our new shop. Our 2020 Suburban started having a click in the engine in March 2025. After taking it to several shops, even to a Chevy dealer, we just didnt feel like we were getting straight answers from anyone. In August 2025 we found Carlile Motors. Cesar at Carlile knew immediately what our issues were. He walked me through the fix every single step of the way from identifying the issue, explaining how it likely happened, explaining the relationship to that part of the engine to everything else, and what the options are for a fix. He explained a short term fix and a long term fix, the costs, benefits and challenges with each. Cesar explained everything to me in laymens terms because I dont speak the automotive language.
